The price point is better than competing gyms like RevFit or F45, and the workout is just as good. Orange Theory uses heart rate monitoring to guide you during the workout. The coach will tell you to get to base (the green zone) or to push or go all out (orange or red zones). The colored zone you're in shows up on a few big TVs around the room and at the cardio equipment you're on, so you always have a good idea how much effort you're giving and can manage your heart rate according. The actual session is typically 60 minutes. A short warm up and exercise demo is followed by 30ish minutes on the treadmill, rower, or bike, and then another 30ish minutes of floor exercises (similar to a HIIT or circuit training workout). You can actually choose if you want to start with cardio or the floor first. Overall I'm happy with Orange Theory and this location. I recommend giving it a try if you're interested. They even do military/first responder discounts!

They nailed everything on the checklist from the minute you book a class to the moment class is finished. The tour was very thorough & they explained their programming. Our coach was great & I had zero issues booking on class pass app. The vibe was totally me . club lighting , stations , fun equipment , hiit mixed with strength , showers , amenities, the "boujee towel "area was funny , coffee station , lockers , water station and more. If I had to compare this studio to other franchises, I'd say it's got elements of F45 , BFT , Rumble boxing , rock box & even the lighting vibes of Orange theory . The stage for the coach made instruction seamless & the loud music was on point . Sadly , I did injure my knee during the double box jump station on round 3 ... The Club is noticeably cleaner, with an attentive crew cleaning much more than before, though the pool & hot tub areas remain a bit sketchy as it is hard to keep them clean with so much usage. Unfortunately, the Corporate office does not value the 35-40 members who attend specifically for the morning water aerobics class. The canceling of that morning class for 2 weeks with no substitute to take it was inexcusable. Complaints to Michael and Aressia at the Corporate office fell on deaf ears, with the both of them just paying lip service that they would look into the situation, yet never having the courtesy to return the phone call as they said they would. Time to check out the YMCA nearby in Benbrook, which seems to have a more consistent water aerobics program, from what I've been told.
