This company is AMAZING! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I am a personal assistant for two gorgeous house holds that has a fabulous dog but unfortunately the carpets acquired quite a bit of pet stains. I have used the usual carpet cleaning companies before with zero luck. All they gave me were excuses of why they couldn't get the stains out and that was that. When Absolute Resurface came to the house it was clear that this was going to be a different experience. He did a high tech assessment of the horrible old pet stains on the bright white carpet and told me "This is not a problem, I can get this out." He communicated to me his process, timing and expected results. The carpets looked BRAND NEW!!! I couldn't believe it! Eric and his assistant were very knowledgable, professional and polite. Eric also was prompt in answering questions I had before my carpet cleaning via email. Scheduling was very easily to do on the website. I scheduled the cleaning during a busy time of year (Spring cleaning!) My appointment was 2 weeks out. I asked if Eric could add me to the waitlist on any cancellations. When he did have a cancellation, he let me know and I was able to get my appointment within a few days time (rather than 2 weeks). I have called Absolute Resurface (Erick) to clean our carpets twice. For the first time, it was when we moved into our house and the previous owner had a dog which he let urinate all over the place. Finally after a good thorough clean, I felt comfortable walking around in bare feet! Fast-forward 3.5 years later, and we are now getting ready to sell. We still had Erick's magnet on our fridge and we called him up. He was able to come within a few days and clean our bedroom carpets. They are fantastic! Thorough, careful and efficient. You will not regret booking with Absolute Resurface. Online booking was easy and I got a text when Eric was on his way to my door. My carpets had been been really worked over by my household of 10, and I honestly didn't have much hope for a number of the stains to come up, especially being that they were 2 years old. I had a big nail polish stain, pink on a white carpet. Several other carpet cleaners told me there was no point and I was unable to get it out myself. Had severely soiled carpet. Wasn't able to get appoint from another company used in 2014 until late September, but I need carpet clean b4 kids go back to school. Holy cow, Eric made our carpets look new again! Not an easy task considering we have 4 little kids and the carpets are almost 9 years old. He took his time and worked HARD! I held off on writing the review since I've had other companies clean our carpets and once the carpet is dry they look horrible again. Totally not the case with Absolute Resurface.
