I contracted with Platinum to do another move out clean for me and as usual they came through with shining colors (just not on the rug of course)! Rodney, as always, asked for details as far as traffic and use so that he would know how to treat and clean the carpet to get the best result. We have a dog so there was pet use. No strong smells, I went through it today and it looks wonderful! Hands-down, they do such an amazing job, they are great with follow through, always shown up when they said they would - and Rodney communicates throughout, as needed (I was at the new condo). I also wanted to share that for the first time I used their handyman services - and Brandon was fabulous! I explained what I needed done and asked if they could please purchase the parts for me. I really appreciated the fact that he didn't buy the cheapest product - he went a step up, chose a reputable brand - I was really happy with what he selected. I took a few minor measurements and emailed that information along with pictures, over to them. Brandon built two standing cabinets for over the commode in the two bathrooms, that I had ordered on Amazon. He even made sure that it was grounded to the wall. Probably not the right term, but that's why I'm not the handyman! He purchased and fitted two brand new toilet seats. Patched the showers and around the sink with caulk upon request - and while he was at it? He saw that I had a shower-head, curtain and curtain rod on the sink - and asked if I would like it if he could put it together? Why yes - thank you very much! Lastly, he purchased a new towel rod for one of the bathrooms and removed the broken one to replace it. In all seriousness he was very professional, polite, patient with me and thorough - stellar work. I am very happy with everything and will definitely reach out again as the project list grows for my new home. read more

If you're looking for a place to get an area rug cleaned, look no more. Right before Christmas a potted plant that had just been watered fell on this wool rug. We don't have a before picture, but the large spot on the rug was awful. We actually though the rug was ruined. Found Platinum Professional Carpet Cleaning - - and look!!! I honestly don't know how this company gets so many positive reviews on here and on google. I feel bad giving a critical review because the guy who came out to do my service was so incredibly nice and the girl Shania who answers the phone is beyond sweet but I would prefer less friendliness and niceness and to do a better job at their actual service. My carpets look horrible. All my stains have come back full force and WORSE than before and I called about it and all they will do it offer me an additional special service for the spots that are worse that costs more money and they can't guarantee it will even work! Why was it not done correctly and the carpet evaluated properly before cleaning it the first time? The service helped with deodorizing but that's the only thing it did. The stains are all worse and the spots so rampant now that it would be a FORTUNE to do all those spots with their additional special service even if I wanted to. Even spots that were totally gone the first couple days after they left have comeback with a vengeance! And we haven't even walked on it with shoes on since having it "cleaned". I am too embarrassed to tell people I've had my carpet professionally cleaned with how awful it looks and the couple people I have told said I should get my money back! Only giving 2 stars because of the extreme niceness of the employees. All in all I should have just used $5 carpet deodorizer and saved the $180+ because mild deodorizing was all they provided. read more

Platinum did a wonderful job on my carpets. They had not been cleaned for 10 years so talk about dirty! Mike did a great job explaining the difference between steam and water cleaning and answered around 100 stupid questions. Most impressive, they were available on the phone on a Saturday afternoon when all the other cleaners I called seemed put upon to be working during the weekend. I had Platinum come out and clean and strip the wax from my concrete floor in my yogurt shop. They then rewaxed the entire floor.They did this after hours to not interupt my business.
