A temporary fix was made and permanent options, including no further action, presented. No parts or extra charges, just a routine service call for them. They were professional (and considerate about not tracking slush and snow into the house, even though it meant some extra steps on the cold for them.) Through the years they've replaced our pump, thawed our pipes and helped us insulate them at the well to avoid additional calls, improved our water pressure and they have helped us deal with the sediments from our well water. While it is never fun to have water issues, Dewey Wright employees have always minimized the disruptions to our lives.
