    I've cream

Was very excited for this place!! Don't waste your money, it tastes fine but it's clearly melted right after we got it they didn't seem to put too much effort into it. Not to mention it was $17 for two !! Save your money. Wouldn't bother writing a review if it wasn't such a rip off. As you can see in the picture it looks nothing like the ice cream should look and this is five minutes after ordering.

Came down from upstate NY to spend thanksgiving with my family. Had a nice brother and sister day with my little brother. Took him out to dinner & bowling then Came here for dessert. He chose the death by chocolate which he said was really good & I got myself the coconut boba tea with lychee jelly which was such a hit for me, I got it in the LED light bulb which was pretty cool. It did cost a little more because I chose the light bulb but why not try something a little different . Would totally come here again. The two workers who assisted me were totally awesome! Great customer service ! & the presentation was awesome ! Would totally recommend this place hands down !

The first Thai Rolled Ice Cream in the Valley, that I am aware of! Stopped in after a late dinner at Filos. As we were walking down the street we spotted the sidewalk light, and decided to stop in! This is seriously dessert with a show. The guys rolling the ice cream were funny, and personable. The ice cream itself is delicious. Good flavors. The thing is, apparently, you order at the front part of the counter, and then pay, then follow your cups down the side where they make it for you, then a little father for the toppings. Grab your spoon and napkins up front, tho, before you make your way down. The rolled ice cream is made by pouring either soy or dairy milk onto a pan that's been cooled to -18 to -30 degrees, where it's combined with flavors and textures. It's manipulated with spatulas' that are more like drywall knives. These are also used to chop up any of the fruit or other flavorings into the cream. Once the cream and other flavors are combined, they spread the ice cream flat, let it solidify, and then roll it with the scrapers. I had the Key Lime which came with lime syrup and graham crackers. Then you can add whatever toppings you like. I added pocky, rainbow mochi, and chocolate syrup. The restaurant is very clean, and cute.

When my friend told me there was Thai rolled ice cream in Northampton, I dragged him here on a Sunday night. To begin... the entire shop is penguin themed. It's deliciously tacky in the funniest ways. You can buy penguin stuffed animals, there are penguin lights, and penguin signs that say "slowly, one by one, the penguins steal my sanity." Ohio isn't super hip to the rolled ice cream trend yet, so I don't have much to compare to, but I found Absolute Zero to be a delightful experience. I love watching them handroll your ice cream. Dan (I think that was his name), was super chatty and drew our names in syrup to make us laugh (yes, I'm fully aware we're grown adults, it was just cute). The staff were really pleasant and made the vibe enjoyable. I love how the ice cream is a flat price, and you can add as many toppings as you like. Dan was really careful with making our ice creams. They were almost too pretty to eat! Yes, its a little expensive, but you're paying for quality. The Thai ice cream itself tastes different than regular ice cream. It's not super sweet and has a tougher consistency. The highlight is really the toppings and visual presentation. Be sure to load yours up!

really good! great place for an urban town like Northampton. It has been getting better over the years in adding more selective restaurants and desserts than before

Decided to go out tonight and get some ice cream. We've always wanted to try Absolute Zero but just never got around to going. It was great 3 of us all got something different and all 3 were great. I got the pistachio with almond milk with crushed waffle cone and mini choc chips. It had real chopped pistachios i loved it. One other got coffee ice cream with cookies, chocolate chips and chocolate sauce and whipped cream. Lastly was the miss nilla wafer all three were delicious. We even ordered one to bring home. The service was very good as well, we actually asked for extra fresh strawberries after we had started ours and they had no problem adding more.

Absolute Zero is a go-to spot if you are looking for a nice treat that is also great as Instagram pics. They serve all the interesting desserts: thai rolled ice cream, boba tea in a light bulb, dragon's breath, and Japanese crepes. My friends and I ordered a "green super giant," "don't thai me down", and a "strawberry shawty" thai rolled ice cream. Make sure to add condensed milk as a topping as it makes the flavors burst in your mouth a little more. My favorite was the "don't thai me down" but they were all delicious. I loved how the thai rolled ice cream was a little smoother and less frozen, unlike other places. It was easier and more enjoyable to eat. I feel that for a Saturday, however, there should've been more than 1 worker at the shop. It took a while for each thai rolled ice cream to be made. Also when we asked for toppings, the worker barely put any on top which was slightly disappointing. I could see the line building up too behind us, and I felt kind of bad for him.

I love that they have organic soy milk as their base for a vegan option. It doesn't roll up to look as pretty as the cow's milk, but it tastes delicious. They told me they can't make #4 or #10 vegan or dairy free, but the others they can. If you're vegan or a knowledgeable dairy free person who obsessively reads nutritional labels like I do, you'll see many of the their other options are also not vegan... Pocky sticks, Nutella are two I remember. I'm sure they'll make your Ice cream without it as they're all add ons, just something to be aware of. Oh, and they have vegan coconut whipped cream! They also have a reserved vegan cold stone so that there is no cross contamination! Yay! The process takes a while. I was there fifteen minutes before I got my ice cream, but it was very delicious! I'm always happy to have more spots in the area where I can go and enjoy food just like everybody else! Thanks, absolute zero!

This is probably one of the best boba tea places I have been to. I really love how attentive the servers are to making sure that my drink was perfect. Instead of making my drink with an obscene amount of sugar, they asked me how much sugar I wanted, which allowed me to walk out with a drink that really suited my tast

This was the first place I went to when I visited here. It was so cute and fun. The people were very nice and explained everything to me. My friends and I loved it. We got peach, caramel, and regular bubble tea. It so good I can back a second time to try the dragons breath for the first time and that was so cool and fun and much tastier than I expected. It sucks I don't live in MA and can't go back but if I get the chance I totally would. It's located in a fun street with lots of stores and restaurants. Definitely a must

Housed in a beautifully preserved historic building, the café embraces its 19th-century roots with original wood floors, vintage furnishings, and the timeless charm of an old-fashioned soda fountain. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee mingles effortlessly with rich chocolate, creating an atmosphere that invites you to slow down and savor the moment before you've even placed an order. Watching my European-style dark sipping chocolate being prepared was a performance in itself. Every movement behind the counter reflected care and craftsmanship rather than routine. Paired with a warm brownie, the experience promised indulgence and exceeded every expectation. Crowned with a swirl of whipped cream, the sipping chocolate was impossibly smooth, velvety, and intensely rich without being overpowering. The first sip was so luxurious that the bustle of the café seemed to disappear, leaving nothing but the warmth of the cup and the deep, complex flavors of expertly crafted chocolate. The brownie followed with its own quiet perfection; warm, chewy, and deeply fudgy, delivering a decadent companion to an already unforgettable drink. Ana Bandiera Chocolates is more than a café; it's a destination for anyone who appreciates the artistry of fine chocolate. Sourcing cacao from across the Southern Hemisphere while honoring a tradition that stretches back to the ancient Aztecs, the shop transforms a simple afternoon treat into an experience worth lingering over. Northampton is fortunate to have a place of this caliber. It is a hidden gem that proves world-class craftsmanship can thrive far from the bustle of a major city.

Disappointed After Hearing So Many Great Things…read more I really wanted to love this place. As someone who works nearby, I've had countless customers recommend Ana Bandera's to me. People would constantly tell me how amazing it was and that I had to try it. After hearing so many positive reviews, I finally decided to stop in for a vanilla chai latte. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing like what I had heard. When I walked in, there were only about three customers inside. Right before me, another customer came in and was greeted with smiles, laughter, and friendly conversation. When it was my turn, the atmosphere completely changed. There was no greeting, no conversation, and honestly, I didn't feel welcome. The interaction felt cold, as if I was inconveniencing the staff just by placing my order. Since it was my first visit, I wasn't familiar with how everything worked. When my drink was ready, the employee simply placed it on top of the pastry case, said, "Have a good day," turned around, and walked away. There was no explanation, no smile, and no attempt to make a first time customer feel appreciated. I stood there for a moment in disbelief because I truly thought that couldn't be the entire customer service experience. I still left a tip because I believe in supporting people who work in customer service, and I hoped maybe it would brighten someone's day. But I walked out feeling disappointed, especially since it was raining and I had gone out of my way to finally visit a place that had been so highly recommended. Unfortunately, the drink itself didn't make up for the experience. The vanilla chai latte tasted overwhelmingly like straight chai. I couldn't taste any vanilla, it wasn't sweet at all, and it honestly wasn't enjoyable. To make matters worse, the drink was served in a to-go cup without being sealed, and it spilled all over my car on the drive back to work since it was filled to the top. When I arrived at work, I looked at the cup and honestly thought it looked like something I could have made at home and poured into a plastic cup. After such a disappointing visit, I decided to read some of the lower-rated reviews, and I noticed someone else had mentioned receiving an unsealed to-go drink that spilled as well (2reviews confirming this is not the first time) Knowing that another customer had experienced the same issue made it seem like this wasn't just a one time mistake. From the negative comments I read seems also the staff with attitude is a regular thing. I'm usually someone who believes every business deserves a second chance. I've had disappointing experiences elsewhere before, and if a business makes an effort to correct things, I'm more than happy to return. Sadly, this visit left such a poor impression that I don't see myself coming back. Customer service is just as important as the product you're serving, especially when you're welcoming someone for the very first time. I truly hope this was simply an off day, because based on the recommendations I received, I expected a much warmer experience. I genuinely wanted to become a regular customer. Instead, I left feeling unwelcome and disappointed. Would not be coming back and will be sharing my experiences with my customers.
