I'm reminded of the care my Mom received from a TheraCare physical therapist Jessica Biagini. My family and I firmly believe that my Mom was able to enjoy a better quality of life because of the care Jessica gave her. Thank you Dr Shawn Chen for requesting Jessica to be her PT. He told us Jessica is the Gold Star of PT and recommends her for his patients. After watching her with my Mom I agree 100%. My Mom told me she didn't give up because of Jessica. My Mom needed comfort, kindness, and understanding and Jessica provided that and more. For all Jessica did for my Mom we are beyond blessed. God sent us one of His Angels. Jessica was honest and realistic with my Mom about her outcomes and didn't create or encourage unrealistic expectations. She was patient. She treated Mom based on her level of motivation and capability for the day she was there. Her patience with my Mom strengthened her enough to go to the dining room for meals and enjoy activities for a much longer time. Jessica made it clear what the goals were. She was collaborative. She asked questions and then used her expertise to come up with a plan. Jessica made it possible for Mom to do so many more things than she would have been able to without her care. Jessica was determined to keep Mom motivated. Mom's had other therapists in the past. None of them were as determined and caring as Jessica was. Most other therapists were there to get a signature. Jessica was with Mom to see her get better. It was pretty obvious that Mom was going downhill and Jessica took that into consideration. Mom had ups and downs and Jessica took that in consideration when she was working with her. Jessica's resilience made Mom more resilient. Jessica, is so compassionate. Her empathy and good bedside manner makes her successful. She truly cared about Mom's well being. She treated Mom like family. Jessica kept herself knowledgeable to be able to treat Mom's individual needs. Early on we could tell that Jessica was constantly evaluating Mom and staying up to date on the best practices to help her. She looked at her as a person that needed healing. Not only was Jessica open and honest with us, she did what she said she was going to do with Mom. She demonstrated professionalism, strong ethical principles and a desire to keep Mom's interests as a priority from the beginning. That's integrity.Her respect for Mom came through each and every day. Our respect for Jessica increased daily. Her ability to communicate allowed her to understand Mom's specific needs better and enabled her to successfully get results. She quickly showed that she had the ability to assess a situation and how to best handle that situation. Her astuteness allowed her to mold a plan that worked specifically for Mom. She didn't just take a "book plan" and make Mom do it, she adjusted the "book plan' to Mom's needs and abilities. Jessica is an amazing, loving person and it showed with how she took care of my Mom. And last but not least, her positive attitude, calm voice and smiling face put Mom at ease. She has been blessed with all of these skills. My grandmother is recovering from a fall that caused a temporary brain injury. We needed more help than I could provide and I was desperate. I found Care Renewed online and the reviews were all excellent so I called and Fritzi was in our kitchen in 2 hours to discuss care and had a caregiver for us the same evening. I finally had a good night sleep! The team that worked around the clock to take care of my grandmother was so warm, lovable and competent. I spent many hours there with them. They took care of everything in her home from laundry, cleaning, bathing to just hanging out and listening to her stories. It's nice to be comfortable with caregivers when they start out strangers and now feel like family. We had a previous experience with a home health company so I was reluctant to hire another. The former sent an aide that was sick and asleep when I stopped by. Thank you so much Ms. Fritzi for the care, attention to detail, hands on management, and the visits you made yourself to check on my grandmother. She is precious to us and you are all the best!

Once we switched to Care Renewed, everything changed. Not only did caregivers show up, they were knowledgeable, caring and interacted with mom. I was able to sleep at night and even go on vacation. I was really nervous about staying in a Recovery House but this turned out to be a wonderful stay…read more Very cozy, clean, and the staff is super friendly and catering. The manager Alexis was super informative of the process of how things worked which eased my mind and helped me with the pre-op anxiety I was having. The driver Kim is so sweet and helped me with my luggage moment she saw me. She's very nice. The transportation vehicle smelled so good when I entered it and they have a bed in the back to help you lay down after your surgery. The other friendly face, Eryn, is AMAZING. She cooks for all of us, checks up on everyone and makes sure they do what they're supposed to do to feel better. Eryn and Nova are also exceptional and wow do I feel catered to! They have wifi so I was able to be on my laptop to kill time, and have access to Netflix and Hulu on the TV so I got to binge watch my favorite shows. I booked a private suite and made myself at home. I recommend bringing your own favorite blanket and maybe a small 1-2 pillows to help you acclimate to your new "home" for the days to come. I also brought my own pillow sheet because it helps with my curly hair so just a thought for those who are light sleepers like I am. The mattresses have like a clear wrap on them most likely to prevent any stains from drainage etc, so it will feel pretty weird to just lay on top of the sheet and feel the plastic underneath that. I brought a king size faux mink blanket; folded it hot dog style and laid it down as my sheet and the plastic feeling was gone, so yes bring your favorite pillow and blanket so you can settle in. The massage therapists are licensed and come daily in the morning. My room had a nice closet and bed frame with nooks in it so I could store all my meds vitamins socks etc. They provided me with a small plastic caddy too so I used that to put all my bathroom necessities in it to make my bathroom trips simple and don't have to worry about leaving things behind. Overall happy with my stay. Really relieved I picked out a good recovery home. There's also a snack area and fridge where you can grab Gatorade's, chips, snack bars, fruits, anytime you like. They keep the house pretty cold for sanitary reasons but they provide you with a comfy robe to make your life easier after surgery and to stay warm. It's hard for girls to leave reviews when they are in this amount of pain so while many don't leave reviews unless something didn't go great for them I can truly say any negative feedback that previous people left had me concerned but I can see the feedback was noted and accounted for because my stay is going amazing. Also each room has its own personal Window AC so I love that so I can adjust the temperature how I see fit for my own space. I prefer it to be much warmer. If you're coming from out of town I highly recommend this place. Will try to update with more pictures if I am up for it during my healing journey however as of now everything is GREAT. Update: Today I met Sam and she has been such a help. Between massages and helping me get undressed and dressed for the shower she has made my life easier. I also met Francis and she's so sweet. She made the best blueberry pancakes ever and they both made me my arnica teas to help me heal. My healing journey is going great and little by little I don't need as much assistance.
