If a client is late they shouldn't be accommodated to the point you totally inconvenience the people who are on time. She could have easily washed and set my hair and put me under the dryer and continued her day. But she chose to ask me to wait. I sat there about 20 minutes. She could have advised me upon my arrival. I'm not a regular client but little does she know I was going to be. She lost out. I would rather go to New York and spend my money! And I will!!
