I was very pleased with the service provided by Clint at Phend Plumbing for my replacement kitchen-faucet install. After reading other 5 star reviews about Phend Plumbing I decided to give them a call. I was glad I did. They were able to be there within 24 hours and were exactly on time. Clint was friendly, courteous, quick and knowledgeable. In addition to the faucet install he even tightened a couple additional loose faucet handles in our bath when I mentioned them to him. The cost was reasonable and I would definitely use them in the future! Working with Phend was great after an unsatisfactory experience with another company for the same job. I had previously scheduled with a different company that had quoted a cheaper cost for the install. After waiting a week for my appointment and making sure I was at home at the agreed upon time, I was notified at the last minute that their "truck had broken down" and they weren't coming. They also said they were over-booked for the remainder of the week and it would be at least one more week before a reschedule. NOT! Give Phend Plumbing a call! I think you'll be pleased as well. I would highly recommend Phend Plumbing. When I purchased my new home Pete, the owner, came out to check on some inspection concerns. He really knew his stuff and could easily explain to me what needed to be fixed. We set up a time to fix the problems and I also had a new dish washer and sink installed. There technician Clint Walker came to do the work. He was extremely knowledgeable and when we opened the new kitchen sink, he discovered there was a crack in the corner. He helped me return the sink to Home Depot and had to do a little extra drilling for the faucet holes. Then when he opened the faucet, he discovered it was also broken (lesson learned, don't order home appliances online). While I ran back to HD to get another new faucet, Clint finished installing the drain and check my water quality. It was such a pleasure to work with this professional organization. Called to have someone take a look at a bidet that I was having issues hooking up. Was able to have someone come out the next morning to give me an estimate. Tyler B showed up in the morning after giving me a call to let me know he was on his way. Tyler was able to quickly find out why I wasn't able to hook the bidet up and it was due to the connection piece sold with the bidet was metal and was to heavy to make a clean connection to the plastic fill value. Then he was able to make a quick adjustment to the connection to get the toilet back to working condition minus the bidet. While he didn't have the part I needed he was able to save me a lot of frustration and let me know what I needed to get to make it work. Shockingly when I asked what I owed him he said nothing since he wasn't able to fix the initial issue. I was greatly impressed with his honesty and helpfulness will definitely be calling them again with any future plumbing issues. read more

Recently my hot water tank took a turn for the worse and I did not know who to reach out to. I received Phend Plumbing information from a friend and gave him a call. Not only did he answer my call, but he came back at an estimate that I could not pass up. Pete shoed up at the time he advised he would and went to work. One of the most important things I look for in anyone, is how they treat the consumer. Mr. Phend talked with my wife and not at her and that is very important to me as most will talk down to her, like she doesn't know what she is doing. I am super pleased with the way he handled himself and how he was so professional and personable. Being a small business owner, I know it is important to treat all customers the same. Amazing company!!! I called a big name company, the one with same name as a president, they spent 5 mins and quoted me $4000 to replace sub pump. I called Phend Plumbing for a second opinion, I spoke with Mikela she scheduled Corey for the next morning. They showed up when they said, they throughly checked my issue and gave me a reasonable quote. They quoted me to pull the pump and see if it was just clogged and clear it out and if it needed replaced they would apply that quote to replacing pump, instead of double charging me. They took pictures of the problem and the work completed!!! Instead of $4000 it was only $725. I would highly recommend this company to EVERYONE!!! I highly recommend Phend Plumbing!! I live in Southern California and have had a rental in Mesa for the past 10 years. The folks at Phend have always been very responsive to my requests...and I have had some unique ones!! They are timely and always call me with estimates as soon as a problem is diagnosed. For one of their recent calls, they did not even charge me. My tenant had reported water outside of the kitchen. When Phend got there, they realized it was from a neighbor's yard, so there was no work for them to perform. Both of our toilets went out at the same time. Phend was recommended to us by another company which was currently filled up. Phend took our request immediately and sent Tim over to assist. Tim arrived at the designated time and immediately went to work. Tim inspected the problem and knew what to do. We took his advice and he performed just as he said he would. Tim was very congenial and polite and we certainly enjoyed having him in our home. He corrected the problems within in a reasonable time period. Our water heater started leaking badly. Some neighbors recommended Phend so we gave them a shot. The water heater was still under warranty and the plumber dealt with the paperwork and went and got a new water heater and was done installing quickly. A few days later we noticed one bathroom faucet was barely more than a trickle so we called Phend back. They scheduled a visit right away and I felt like a fool (It was just the little aerator that's connected to the faucet which was clogged)! They didn't charge us anything to come back! Had a sewage back up that was filling our tub and toilet. It was a Sunday night, so we waited to call the next morning. Called five minutes till they opened, and the owner answered the phone. He made sure to take all my contact info, and gave me a timeframe he would be out. He actually came early, and told me the pricing upfront. Ended up being a pipe that was clogging our sewer line. He pulled it, cut it, and got everything cleaned up quickly. He also took the time to explain to me the problem, how everything worked, and what to try in the future before calling. There is only ONE plumber that we trust for our whole house, no matter the issue, and that is Phend Plumbing! Frank has serviced the couple calls we've had and he's always been knowledgeable, very informative and fair. We just went through a major shower remodel as a result of water leaking down to the ceiling below. After 3 weeks of work, water STILL leaked and the contractor never actually fixed the issue! I said forget it and called Phend - they came out that night and had the issue repaired in less than an hour. I purchased a kitchen facet and two bathroom facets from a home supply store and needed a plumber to install them. The quote Phend Plumbing gave me for labor to install these was $600.00 which is completely taking advantage of a customer so that's why I gave the rating I did. Family, friends and coworkers agree that $600.00 is completely unreasonable for labor only to install one kitchen facet and two bathroom facets. The kitchen facet took less than 1 hour to install. Look no further for your plumbing needs. Phend plumbing is professional, courteous and reasonably priced. Clint came out today to fix a plumbing issue that 2 other plumbing companies wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount of money to fix. Not only was Clint able to diagnose and fix the problem in record time, he also looked at and fixed another plumbing issue I had in another bathroom. He did not charge me for the additional fix. Called Phend Pluming to fix a problem that a so called plumber had done on a rental unit. Mike arrived the following day told him what was wrong--shower did not work-no water and drain did not drain I just had the tub taken out new pipes and new tile--I knew I was in trouble Mike cut plaster board from back side to save some tile--but had to jack hammer the floor to replace pipes full of grout,tile,cement. he could not finish it in one day, he was back the next day to finish,they moved some appt to be able to finish--GREAT read more

I have had issues with my faucet in the bathtub. My son in law gave me a card for Phend Plumbing. Frank had done extensive work at his home and was very pleased. Frank fixed the issue and how it's working perfectly! I have a few other minor things that need repair so you can be sure that I will call them first. Honest, dependable and reliable. Outrageous charges!! Our sewer line suddenly became obstructed on a day we were expecting guests so I didn't have time to rent a snake. I called Phend Plumbing based on another company's recommendation. The office wouldn't give me any sort of rough estimate or hourly rate over the phone, but I was in a bind. I dug around the clean out, had electric power and a water hose ready. The plumber was here 30 minutes and charger $285!! What a rip off. read more

Wow!!! Amazing customer service from a plumber very hard working guy Mr. .. A Travis came to my parents home and he was amazing. Very kind and very helpful. We have had several plumbers out for a issue that has been on going for years a Mr. Travis evaluated the situation and fixed it with in an hour and explained everything to my father in detail. Hands down the BEST plumbing service in the area. Called Phend last year to install 2 bathroom vanities w/ sink. No problems or issues. Price was reasonable. Called a few days ago and Clint came out to install parts for a new shower and tub. No problems again. This company was recommended to us by the plumbing company we thought we would use for everything. However, when the original plumbers could not do what was needed, Phend was recommended and glad they were. They are competitively priced, are at the residence when they say they will be, don't try to sell you something you don't need and their personnel are friendly and know their job. These guys are great. They came out right away and took care of our bathroom tub/toilet installation and a minor repair under our kitchen sink. Our tech's name was Clint . He was nice, courteous, clean, and fun to talk with. He did a fantastic job trimming in our toilet/tub/tub fixtures and fixing the rookie plumbing we had going on under our kitchen sink. Second, my husband really liked the technician who worked on our heater because he was friendly and knowledgeable. Third, they were reliable and showed up when they said they would.
