This is the pic showing their add says free breakfast

They rip you off and add a bunch of additional charges after you book your room. Within an hour of checking in I got an additional $50 charge. Then 4 hours later got a $40 additional charge for the valet parking that I refused. The room was $171 and I was charged over $370 plus $50 plus $40. This place should be investigated!! Also the ad said free breakfast but after we get there we find out that they charge you $21 a person for breakfast so we had to go somewhere else for breakfast. Place is a Rip Off!!

The AC is a solid choice if you are staying in the Short North / Convention Center area. If you need meeting space, the AC is Five Star with the rooftop conference rooms. The hotel rooms are modern and the front desk service is Five Star. The only asterisk with this venue is that the bar food menu is limited. To make up for that, the valet and check-in will WOW you. Still, in a post-pandemic world, you can't beat the Columbus AC for accommodations and service for this price point,

Great hotel near the convention center but not right on top of it. Only a year old so the property did not suffer from wear and tear. Great staff. Clean rooms and a fridge in the room. Breakfast is classic European fare with a chef cooked egg option. Bar/restaurant on the 8th floor offers outside seating and is a nice place to work/hangout. Reasonable liquor and beer selections and the food was tapas based so you'll need to head elsewhere if you're really hungry. I'll be back and you should give them a try.

I hate to leave a bad review of any business but I am highly disappointed. I am a Honors member…read moreand I booked directly with the hotel. I was told that my Honors Member rate would be booked for the full stay. At check in, the reservation I made was not even for the correct number of nights. I booked for Wednesday thru Sunday but they only had my block of rooms for Wednesday and Thursday. We were told to come down and check out and check back in the following day. When we came down in the morning to take care of this, that front desk person said we should not have had to check in and check out and move rooms even though this is what we were told upon arrival. We then find out that our rate has gone from $187 to approximately $500 a night for the remaining stay. Of course we are shocked. We went to speak to the manager and he was not willing to meet us in the middle to find a solution. He gave us a hard no and said you won't find another hotel in this area for the remaining days. We found another hotel, three rooms left and did not stay and found other accommodations. I think there were enough issues with our reservations and being told a different story depending upon who we spoke with that the hotel. It is unfortunate that they seemed to not care to loose guests and two rooms. I am truly floored by the switch and bait and also that management/staff really seemed to not be bothered. We might only be 6 guests total but they just lost customers who that will never book with this hotel chain again.

I travel for work with my work wife, whose standards for hotels can best be described as "bougie…read morewith an excellent breakfast," so we end up in a lot of Autograph Collection properties. This trip brought us to the LeVeque. I opened the door to my room and literally stopped in my tracks. My first thought: Can the interior designer come do my house next? The decor is gorgeous. One of my favorite discoveries was that the gold framing around the mirrors and bed? Plastic. The crisscross "marble" lamp bases? Also plastic. Honestly, brilliant. They look exactly like the kind of ridiculously heavy gold frames and marble lamps that would double as murder weapons in a Dateline episode. The bathroom is huge, the towels are fluffy, and there's a separate privacy door for the toilet--an underrated luxury when traveling. My only room complaint: the shampoo has that generic "guy cologne" scent that never quite smells as good as its creators think it does. The hotel's artwork is classy, and the bar area is comfortable with plenty of couches for lounging. The drinks, however, are pricey. At those prices, the martinis should arrive with special effects--a bubble on top that explodes into smoke, minimum. A minor annoyance: the lobby ran out of Diet Coke for purchase. Unfortunately, Marriott doesn't seem to give employees a small emergency soda fund to run out and buy a case. As for parking, valet would have been nice, but instead you park in the garage around the corner. The attached walkway makes it easy enough, though. Overall: beautiful hotel, stunning rooms, great atmosphere.

There also happened to be an art festival across the street. We parked once that weekend and walked everywhere we wanted to go. There was live music in the lobby, and a champagne greeting when we checked in. Our room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The bathtub/shower combination was a dream. The only reason I didn't give it five stars, was our TV volume didn't really work. We even tried to turn it up to like 90 and could barely hear it. They did send service up to try to fix it, but he was unable to. Would definitely stay there again.

The place is gorgeous, well put together. The hotel staff were very attentive. A small hiccup on checking in. I was already charged through a booking website but when I arrived they said my booking was cancelled. Odd but quickly fixed. I took advantage of the welcome cocktail -- well, I asked for mine to be a mocktail. If you're looking for an alcohol substitute, you'd like it. If you're looking for juice with a flair, you will not. The bartender really loves what he does and that was nice. I also took advantage of the free COSI tickets. Lovely museum. Room was clean. Bed was nice. Shower was nice. Would've been better if it had a handheld shower head component. Downsides The walls are THIN. Unfortunately, I was privy to some extracurricular activities. Fortunately, it was short and not repeated. The steamer was dirty and not so great, and the wifi was soo slow. The bathroom needed more hooks. You could hang a towel but then you couldn't hang your wash cloth. If you needed a space to steam your clothes, you couldn't have your towel or wash cloth up. Lastly, they only gave me one wash cloth lol I did ask for more and it took a little while to get it. I think they got sidetracked because when I called down to the desk, it was there within 15 minutes.

It offers all the amenities you would expect to find from the bar to the fitness room. I was upstairs for the event space. The room was crowded for the event but then again there was probably over 400 ladies there for that fitness sampler event alone. I was impressed by the venue, I know many didn't like how small spaces and maybe The Westin would be up your alley if you need a bigger space. This hotel was designed with class I can tell. I even heard they have a rooftop area where many events take place as well. Props to the architect that came up with The Junto. I like the idea here. I will have to book a nights stay soon!

Thermostat didn't seem to be working well, but I had a personal fan that helped at night while we slept. We would turn it down to 68, and the temp never dropped beyond 72. We also called to request a pillow and blanket since we had a pullout couch...And they just delivered us two sheets. No pillow, no comforter, and nothing supplied in the room. Had a bite to eat at the downstairs bar again. Food was good, but bartender both Friday and Saturday night didn't seem like he wanted to be there. No personality and seemed annoyed when we would order drinks or food. Just had a very lazy attitude about him. We did head up to the rooftop bar this time and it was amazing. Bartenders were super friendly and the views were beautiful at night. We asked for a late checkout on Monday morning bc our daughter was at a volleyball camp all day, and the receptionist was extremely rude (putting it nicely). She gave us an extra half hour - which didn't do much for us. Hilton members, staying in a suite and it's a Monday morning ... didn't see why that was asking much. Overall we will stay here again bc we love the amenities and it's a beautiful hotel. Just lacked service this time around.
