Lisa answered and was amazing with accommodating my schedule and with all subsequent correspondence. Shane came out a couple days later, educated me on the new systems, patiently answered all my questions and took his time explaining in detail my options (I ended up going with the Bosch/heat pump. Quietest compressor I've ever witnessed). Shane sent over a quote that was less than another quote I had received and with many more upgraded options including a $2K federal tax credit. Much more overall value for my money. Shane's crew (Kevin, Rudy & Brandon) came out on the scheduled date and time and handled business to perfection. Removed my old stuff, installed the new equipment and made sure everything was working flawlessly before leaving that same day. The enter process was seamless.
