As we all know, that's essentially nonexistent when dealing with the public in any capacity, particularly when it comes to the HVAC service industry. I gave them a call to schedule an estimate. Lisa answered and was amazing with accommodating my schedule and with all subsequent correspondence. Shane came out a couple days later, educated me on the new systems, patiently answered all my questions and took his time explaining in detail my options (I ended up going with the Bosch/heat pump. Quietest compressor I've ever witnessed). Shane sent over a quote that was less than another quote I had received and with many more upgraded options including a $2K federal tax credit. Much more overall value for my money. Shane's crew (Kevin, Rudy & Brandon) came out on the scheduled date and time and handled business to perfection. Removed my old stuff, installed the new equipment and made sure everything was working flawlessly before leaving that same day. The enter process was seamless. I said i would need to reschedule but would need a morning appointment time. I was told they could come the next day, but, once again, I would have to be available between 8:00am and 2:00pm!! No way was I going to devote another day of waiting and wondering if the tech would appear!! I used AC PLUS in the past and was very satisfied with their service. Unfortunately their customer service has declined since I last used them and they are not as reliable as they once were.
