The salsa roja was not overbearing in spice and added a subtle savoriness. 8/10 The torta de pastor was stacked with substance yet not exaggeratedly big for the bite. The queso Oaxaca (or wtv the cheese is) was buttery and stringy. 8.5/10. The limonada was not too forward in sugar and you can really appreciate the limón here. Not too bitter though.

Bistec can be a hit or miss at times, as it can have a really rough texture, but they always make it perfect by finely chopping the meat. The green sauce they provide on the side is ESSENTIAL. It's got a slight kick to it and the right amount of creaminess. Their quesabirria tacos are also a hit. They have a few picnic tables to sit at. Employees are friendly and quick with their service!

Everything comes together so well in each dish, whether I order the plate or the burrito. The only inconsistency I've noticed is with pricing. I tend to order the same items, but the total can vary from visit to visit, which can be a little confusing. On a positive note, I've also had the chance to meet the owner, Eddie, and he is always very kind and welcoming whenever he's there. I can see people ordering at least 5 tacos at a time lol. I had the fajita/chicken mix plate and it certainly hit the spot. They are open until 2AM on Saturdays so I can see how this place would be popping. It's got great vibes with outdoor picnic tables and heaters as well as a covered seating area. It is located near Franz R's. Off fry across from katy budget books. Their tacos start at $1.75 on corn tortilla or $2 for flour tortilla (and their tortillas are home made) They have plenty of options of meat and even are open for breakfast. They also have flavored Aqua's( juices) that are home made as well. The two people operating the food truck are very nice and give great customer service. People paying $4 for a taco "your getting ripped off". They have seating outside to enjoy your food as your watch all the crazy drivers pass by. Seriously people on fry, RELAX.
