Philly, small combo, and lemon pepper wings

My my my! My food was amazing, fresh and made with love! I have been eyeing this place and the reviews and finally made my way there and so glad I did. I called in and asked a question by phone which turned into a few questions but the lady on the line answered all questions and even gave some recommendations! I wanted to order everything on the menu based on the reviews. I pulled into the parking lot and smelled some amazing onion rings so that is what I am ordering next time! I ordered the #1 with cheese sauce on the side with a small combo fry and lean kool-aid(Grape &Lemonade) with an order of Lemon Pepper wibgs! I told the cook "I know you made my food with love) and he did just that! Thank you for taking care of my tastee taste buds

If you're coming down Fry from i10 this place is located in the left in the same parking lot as Ritters right before the food truck park. There's a walk up option and a drive thru for convenience. The ordering process is straight forward: order, provide your number for text and wait in your car. I was about 30 min from home so I had to wait before digging in but it gave the sandwich a chance to cool down. Upon first bite I'll say the sandwich is decent at best , nothing I'd drive for again unless I'm in the area. Great job from the owner creating hype as his instagram post got me here.

What?!? A family of 3 able to eat for $31? You caught our attention! My husband follows Tastee Buddies on instagram. After we all woke up from our Mother's Day nap, we headed out to try it. It's made to order which means it comes out freshly made & hot. The meat had flavor. The bread was fluffy. The cheese was not skimped out on either. Our 3 year old was freaking out because he was ready to eat and the staff was super kind with my husband checking in on our order. My husband got the 1 pounder and he actually said he was full after he was done. I was definitely impressed with the service, the food quality & taste and pricing! Well done, TB!

‼**HONEST REVIEW**‼ !!-100/10 WON'T TRY AGAIN!! This was actually THE worst philly cheese steaks in texas let alone in the world, please save yourself the time and money of coming out to try it!! cheese was 100% NOT provlon, I would say government cheese, it actually made me incredibly sick after three bites a gauged and has an acquired aftertaste. If i ever see the man on tiktok promoting this is the best philly cheese steak in the world... he's personally gonna have to see me! I need a refund.. RESPECTFULLY ‼‼D O N' T GO HERE‼‼

Reside in the Sugarland area and drove all the way here to validate the claim. I actually went to Philadelphia and had a Philly. It was devastatingly good, altered my entire perception of any and all Phillies I ever had before. So ventured to Tastee's best on social media. I got the 1/4 Philly. The claims are true. This monster is good as heck. You have to travel here for the taste of tastee's. The service could use some adjustment. The ambiance is a food truck in the shade. Besides all that, the food is a god sent to your mouth. I am ecstatic I made the journey, totally worth the time and the gas. lol.

Egg roll bite to a crisp with no meat!

Check your food before leaving. This was my first time trying out this place, only to come home and find burnt egg rolls and no meat. This is purely unacceptable and the employee should've know better than to serve something looking like this. Wasted my time and my gas!

My husband and I had a craving for a Rueben sandwich so we stopped at Tastee Buddies. This is our second time to go here. I love their corned beef sandwiches and it really hit the spot for us.

Located in Katy off Fry. The eggroll were good just a little greasy. The chicken & Philly were okay. The sanwiches mine needed more bell peppers, mayo & cheese but the sauce definitely makes it better. Extra sauce is 54 cents. The wait time will be 20‐30

Man been hearing "tastee buddies" in my sleep, so as soon as I was in Houston couldn't wait to try them. They lived up to the hype and motto, very tasty! My wife, son, daughter, all enjoyed it along with me. Definitely will return when in the area.

However, it's well worth the stop by. The food is simply wonderful. I had butternut squash soup, which was marvelous really marvelous as if it were homemade. I also had a Desi pizza which was quite good. Shock full of ingredients all of which were well seasoned and the sauce that was absolutely wonderful. It's really a much larger place than it appears when you first approach it there's plenty of room for seating and it's very well capped. The ambience is very simple but tasteful. It's a must visit if you're in the area of parked 10 on the west side of town. Let me just say this at last there were two people who were there during the lunch hour, and they were inordinately, efficient and friendly. It's a wonderful experience.

They had TOOO many options to choose from. The inside is so cute and adorable- people were working from there which was nice. The service was great- the ladies working were so sweet and accommodating. They gave use recs and it was nice. We got the pastrami royale (14.99$) and the mahanattan melt (12.99$) and both were delicious. They were made fresh in front of you and you could personalize and add more topping if you wanted any. I love how they display the meats on a baking sheet which is so aesthetic. So incredibly flavorful and delicious. And the presentation was just wow!! I would highly recommend if you're in the area

Filling wise, I feel it's a bit similar to Subway's in terms of quantity. But they do have some interesting sandwiches and I'm a fan of their hot peppers. Their chili mac was pretty solid and I need to try their other soups. Their banana milkshake was tasty and the flower cookie on top is a great touch.

I have been going to this location for almost a year now and i'm there once to twice a week getting food and lately i've been noticing they are adding to much meat to it and not toasting it long enough. By the time they make it and I eat it (still warm btw) the bread is soggy and it's absolutely disgusting. I have bad texture issues which is why potbelly's is always a go to and lately I can't even finish my sandwich because the bread is so unbelievably soggy. I've been getting a skinny and it has the same amount of meat that an original does even tho it's half the size. I'm just very disappointed with the food lately and the lady that gave me my food today with the green hair was also very rude and you could tell she didn't wanna be there. I'm just not happy with my experiences lately and I kinda of don't wanna go back! It's very upsetting because this is my go to place but maybe I need to find a new one!!

I pulled forward to place my order and there was a human! A very courteous and knowledgeable young man there to help answer all my questions and make recommendations. I mentioned it was my first time so it would take me a bit of time to he said no problem and started walking me through the menu and recommending options based on my answers to his questions. I settled on the double bacon burger with avocados and tater tots with barbecue sauce for dipping and a flavored lemonade. He offered to add a jaggers sauce and explained with the expertise of a trained sommelier the ingredients and flavor profile of said sauce. True to his word, it was indeed smokey with a hint of pepper. The line moved quickly, payment was easy, and I was on my way. The burger was juicy and had all the right proportions for the condiments. I checked and it had mayonnaise and mustard, but it was still a bit bland. In hindsight, I should have added some of the jaggers sauce, but I didn't want the sauce to overpower the avocado and bacon flavors. Tots were good and seasoned. The drink was about 1/3 beverage and 2/3 ice so I made a mental note to ask for light ice next time. Overall, great meal with lots of options to try later. Excellent customer service and a great first impression. This was a car in the driveway after a long day meal so unfortunately, I didn't take pictures.

Even more frustrating, the food is almost always cold, like it's been sitting for a while. I could overlook a mistake here and there if the service was fast and the food was fresh, but that's not the case. The biggest issue is the wait time. This morning I pulled into the drive-thru before work and waited about 9 minutes without the line moving at all. I eventually backed out and left, and the car in front of me did the exact same thing. When you're stopping on your way to work, you simply can't risk being stuck in line for 20-30 minutes. If I were waiting that long for hot, freshly made food, it would be one thing. Instead, the food has consistently been cold whenever I do make it through the line. That's unacceptable. Management really needs to address the efficiency of this location. I used to stop here before work, but I won't be doing that anymore because I can't afford to be late waiting for cold food. This location has a lot of potential, but it desperately needs better management and faster service.
