I made it clear that I had no problem paying the charge--I was only asking when the policy changed. The issue wasn't the cost; it was the way I was treated. As a longtime customer, I didn't appreciate being spoken to that way. Because of this experience, I won't be returning, and I'll be sharing my experience with the customers and friends I've referred there over the years.
