Free topping Tuesday! You get 3 free toppings (in the app)! As usual, the acai bowls are delicious. The service was great too - I saw the 'free topping Tuesday' sign, but had to ask for help re where to find it... the lady behind the counter was so nice & helpful! The place is kinda booming w music, but it fades into the background after a while.

Not the best Acai bowl I've had but they made it easy to order with the kiosks and options to get a mini, regular or large size allowed me to try a new flavor without regret. I got the Tahiti for my daughter and Mango bowl for me. Both had fresh fruit on top but the Acai was a bit bland for my taste. We had to add a bit of honey to ours. Service was good and the place was clean.

Very clean and easy to use kiosk. Love the set up made my selections had my bowl fresh and ready in no time. Service was outstanding and honest. A must try.

This is my third time coming to this spot in Burbank. Love the Cali acai bowl here. Probably one of the best açaí bowl places with fresh toppings and quality customer service. This is my go-to spot for açaí bowls in the SFV!!

It's a new go-to place when I feel like an acai bowl. Love how thick it is, and it has a nice deco inside that makes you want to travel. The customer service was good and friendly too. I'd rather go here for an acai bowl and go to other places for when I'm in the mood for a smoothie. read more

2/3 Locations -Bad Service Well the app fails again with a gift card. I went to use the gift card to order with the app and use my gift card and had a remaining balance of $3 and change. I went to pay with my credit card and it didn't work. I proceeded to try another order and it says the gift card has zero money on it. The app buffers so I delete it and try and redownload it. Then it says my Apple ID has been disabled. I go to the store the employee confirms that basically the money on the gift card was taken without an order, will not give me the 10% I would've saved in the app not just add the cali toppings free of charge like the other locations would have. The same thing has occurred with a gift card I had from the Yorba Linda locations grand opening where the remaining balance was just taken then disappeared when trying again to take care of the remaining balance. I paid beyond the $3 that I should've. The employee Angel was rude and far from accomadating with the unnecessary glitches that occurred. I also wasn't asked for my information for points on my purchase. I'm even wearing your branded black tee shirt. This is what I get for patronage? Im visually impaired and I struggle enough as it is to deal with rude people. read more

Loved the Acai bowl I ordered yesterday I was just sooo disappointed that they missed one of the main ingredients. I ordered the Hawaiian bowl and they forgot to add Pineapple. I was soo bummed because the only reason I ordered it was mainly for the pineapple and nope I didn't get one pineapple in my cup :( other than that problem the rest of it was delicious . First timer here and I'm pretty impressed! I got the Tahiti acai bowl which tastes amazing - the acai itself does not taste artificial like other places and they are very generous with their toppings. The standout for me that I did not expect was their coxinha aka their shredded chicken potato balls. Ordered one on a whim and best decision of my life. 10/10 would recommend. I've been to this location before and the service was okay! But today I had a really bad experience First of all they only had 1 person taking orders and making the orders There was at least 5 people ahead of me waiting for their order I ordered an order for 4 Tahiti Acai bowls and they only gave me 3 And I had to wait longer for them to make my last Acai bowl. After waiting for almost 30 min I live literally 6 min away from this location and once I got home the Acai bowls were completely over blended I'm very disappointed with the service today They need to hire more people. read more

I don't normally do reviews but it's sucks that I had placed an order to go 1:22 PM and the order was supposed to be ready at 1:40 PM. I left my job at 1:30 PM I only have a 30 minute lunch break. They told me once I got there that they couldn't start the order because of an ingredient that Isaid no to so they never started the order but my concern was why didn't they call me to talk about that order so by the time that I would get there it would be done so I had to tell them just do it and I had to wait extra time even though I only have a 30 minute lunch break which is the whole purpose of me ordering ahead of time read more

My first time to Acai Republic was in Tustin, but I went here yesterday because I've been craving good Acai for the longest. I've been to Brazil and I do have to say that this place has pretty bomb Acai. The fruit as the toppings are fresh and so flavorful. They have multiple bowls of Acai that you can try from and smoothies as well. This place is one of my favorites and whenever I'm in the city again I will def be coming back for more!! read more

Also, I bought a spinach and cheese empanada and a chicken empanada ($5.25/each). You have many options when creating a bowl online. I got mine with pitaya as a base with hemp granola, strawberries, blueberries, kiwis, goji berries, diced almonds, pistachio butter, agave, and even bee pollen as toppings. The pitaya bowl was really refreshing and nicely sweet. I appreciated that it wasn't too tart. Combining the kiwis with the pitaya was a great choice. I enjoyed how the kiwis were diced; you'd have enough to chew. The goji berries stuck on my teeth, so I don't plan on getting those next time. It was my first time trying hemp granola, and the earthy flavor didn't quite suit my taste buds. I'd rather choose another type of granola. My most adventurous choice was adding on bee pollen, but I couldn't discern its taste due to lacking a frame of reference. The two other empanadas were adequate. While I didn't eat the chicken empanada, I received feedback that it tasted a little bland. However, I did like the spinach and cheese empanada, though it was a little salty. Overall, I'd come back to try another bowl. The location is convenient with covered parking. It was empty inside, but I still had a warm greeting from the person who prepared my food.

The baristas prioritize in-person orders. On multiple occasions, I've ordered 10-15 minutes before arriving and end up getting my drinks after customers who I see ordering in person. Pro tip: if you're in a rush, don't do a mobile order.

I've always loved acai bowls but I usually go to the one in HB cause I'm basic. But the other day I finally decided to try out açaí Republic on harbor by hillcrest. About a week and a half ago I met this guy named Robert at hillcrest while I was working out. He recommended his work and since I'm a acai guru I said I'll stop by sometime. So three days ago I went and what do you know the famous Robert from hillcrest was working. He just gave me the chillest, most down to earth vibes at hillcrest. And wow he was the same outgoing, super friendly, and super helpful individual that I met at hillcrest. He had all the best recommendations you could think of. Oh and did I forget to recommend how amazingly delicious this place is. Never going to HB for an acai bowl ever again. This place is right in my hometown and when you get outstanding customer service you definitely keep coming back. So yeah not gunna lie quarantine has made me a little bored I've been everyday for the past three days. Make sure to try this place. The ordering process was convenient, thanks to their wide touch screen. Please note location is cashless. The menu offers a great selection of acai bowls, with sizes ranging from mini to large. Their mini bowl was filling. I found the prices to be quite reasonable. The seating options are nice, with both indoor and outdoor areas available. Açaí Republic is AMAZINGGGGGG!! Their açaí bowls are never a miss, always fantastic, and so are their smoothies. Their atmosphere is so friendly and cozy! But I really wanted to get into the service today. Last night, I went to go get a Hawaiian Açaí Bowl and I saw another costumer who fainted after ordering. My mom and her mom helped her up on a seat and she was alert. The worker, Thai (i believe thats how you spell it?) came in so calmly and had water prepared and gave her a little cup of honey to raise her sugar level. My personal favorite is the Hawaiian bowl with peanut butter. A helpful thing they do is putting granola on the bottom of ur açaí bowl so you don't have to mix as much! I've been to a couple of other acai bowls but this one was much better by far as the fruit was extremely juicy and delicious, the granola was scrumptious, and the customer service was superb.
