Food/Drinks: I cannot wait to try more! I got the Brazilian Energy Bomb and my wife got the Pitaya Smoothie. The Pitaya is more on the sour side, so if that's more your thing than the Pitaya is for you. The Brazilian Energy Bomb has a subtle sweetness to it which I liked more. I still need to try out the açaí bowls sometime. They even offer some delicious pastries that can pair well with your drink or bowl, such as the PB Oat Meal Bar which I found to taste quite unique yet good at the same time. Customer Service: Great service! Did not miss a beat! A reason why I would come back! They were even nice enough to let me know they have a 10% discount if you order online, but I didn't have my phone so next time. Price: Reasonable and affordable pricing. Ambience/Location: Indoor and outdoor seating available. Will I come back?: It's not often I crave drinks or bowls like these, but if I do and I am in the area I will get me some Açaí Republic. I happened to learn about this place after finding a "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" coupon on my car door. I love açaí, so this was a no brainier, especially with it being a pretty warm day. The prices are fair, nothing out of the ordinary and not too high. I ordered a medium Tahiti Açaí Bowl which was a little under $9 and got the same bowl at no cost thanks to the deal. The person working at the time also provided a free Turmeric and Ginger Immune Boosting Shot which was pleasantly refreshing as well. About 2 years ago, I spent a month in brazil for a school function. While there, I took the opportunity to enjoy the culture by steering clear from major big name stores and ate and drank at smaller mom and pop / hole-in-the-wall shops and that was some of the most incredible foods and people Ive met. And so two years, I longed for this same warmth. Acai Republic is that same authentic taste along with that warmth of the people of brazil. Ordered: -The Rio de Jenero - tasted like brazil. The fruits, the blend, the honey. It's incredible. Score: 5/5 -Empanada - This one almost brought a tear to my eye. It is so authentic. This flavor that I thought I would never taste again. I'm not the worlds best Acai connoisseur but this place is amazing. Myself or my family comes here almost every week. We've tried everything, and by far the Sao Paulo is the best item on the menu. Pastries are good for their price. One thing I REALLY like about this place is how immensely CLEAN it is! Everything is always so cleaned up and spotless. The restroom door needs a key code, but that's okay I guess because it keeps out people off the streets who would make a huge mess . All the ingredients seem fresh and healthy. Fantastic service. We heard about this spot from a pretty cool guy we met on the trail at the Fullerton Loop. He handed us some flyers to try their acai bowls. After our run, we came by and he came out from the back, greeted, AND served us! We really enjoyed his good energy and hustle. The bowls were decent, I enjoyed the hot oatmeal with acai blend, but thought there could've been more acai and sweetness. One of the staff recommended the Apple Oatmeal Smoothie, which sounded strange at first, but was very delicious and refreshing! They also have a nice lounge area in the front that's a good place to hang out and relax. Overall, we enjoyed our experience. Will most likely come back again after one of our runs and try their green juice. Again, the bowls could've had a bigger punch in flavor, but they also leave their agave on the counter for self-serve, so I was happy about that. read more

Came to check out this place after a flyer was placed on our windshield. There are plenty of outdoor patio tables/chairs to sit at. There were a few tables inside, but we didn't consider indoor seating because their a/c wasn't working. One of the employees said it was going to be fixed soon. We took a while to decide what to get since everything on the menu sounds delicious. We ordered a large Açaí Bowl: The Cali with coconut on the side, one Berry smoothie and one Pitaya smoothie. The açaí bowl: all of the fruit was fresh, the granola crunchy but not hard, the sorbet smooth and delicious. It was a hit! The large was good for 3 adults and 2 kids. The Berry smoothie: not sweet at all. We asked to have it changed. Mario was extremely nice and made us a new pitaya smoothie instead. I think whoever prepared it missed the sweetener. Might give this smoothie another try. The Pitaya smoothie: Delicious!! Smooth and perfect for anyone who doesn't want milk in their smoothie; they use natural apple juice. The staff was overall helpful. Mario and a young woman with curly hair were exceptional with their customer service skills. They offer complimentary water. Bathrooms have a code. Didn't give the 5th star due to the a/c being out during the really hot days. read more

I waited until someone was available to ask, and the employee told me they were out of boba. My issue wasn't that they had run out... things happen. It was that there was no indication of this on the kiosk, and no one informed me before making my drink. I've had a similar situation at another Sunright location in DTLA when they were out of boba, but they let me know before preparing my order so I could decide whether I still wanted the drink or wanted to change it. That's the kind of customer service I was expecting. When I mentioned that I wished I'd known before ordering, the employee apologized, but it felt so dismissive, as though it wasn't really a concern and they wanted to get back to what they were doing. If you're out of a core ingredient like boba, especially at a boba shop, there should be a notice on the kiosk or customers should be told before their drinks are made. It would save customers from disappointment and make for a much better experience.

I liked the creaminess of the milk tea, but it tasted a little too sugary for me. It is definitely a dessert-style drink. I also tried some of my partner's Mango Sunrise with agar boba, which is one of the best sellers. The drink was blended well with the right balance of mango and milk flavors. It was noticeably more refreshing than the Oreo MooTea. Plenty of seating is available inside, along with some arcade games and a photobooth. With the added entertainment, this seems like a good spot for casual hangouts. Their menu also offers a selection of foods such as bubble waffles and popcorn chicken.

I recently stopped by this place to grab an acai bowl and decided to try their beef empanada as well. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the empanadas were! The ordering process was convenient, thanks to their wide touch screen. Please note location is cashless. The menu offers a great selection of acai bowls, with sizes ranging from mini to large. Their mini bowl was filling. I found the prices to be quite reasonable. The seating options are nice, with both indoor and outdoor areas available. this place is reallllyy good. I've been three time and each bowl I've ordered has amazing quality and great taste. It has affordable prices and a wide selection of food. My personal favorite is the Hawaiian bowl with peanut butter. A helpful thing they do is putting granola on the bottom of ur açaí bowl so you don't have to mix as much! Overall their customer service and attitude is on point. They have free WiFi and outlets if your a student looking for a place to study. If your in the area, definitely give this place a try. I came in on a dry, hot Tuesday noon and it turned out being a great and perfect place to eat some acai bowls. I've been to a couple of other acai bowls but this one was much better by far as the fruit was extremely juicy and delicious, the granola was scrumptious, and the customer service was superb. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to to have a great acai bowl and just relax with friends or maybe even come by to do some homework and use the free wifi. read more

They wanted me to fill out a form, give them my identification to copy. It was too much hassle so I went to the Fullerton Library! What a breath of fresh air! This library was at least two times bigger and when I asked for a guest pass the librarian at the information desk passed me a piece of paper with a numberical code that lets me use the computers. I logged on, found the paperwork I needed, hit print and went to the printer dropped in some coins to get a copy. Easy and so fast. There was a lot of people in the library, a community board and cafe. I didn't order anything to eat or drink this time but will the next time I'm in town. The venue was clean, bright and great. I'm so glad that I went to the Fullerton library!
