We tried the Satalana & the Kusharita. It was our first time a Labanz Cafe and was pleasantly informed they have 3 locations. Anaheim & Tarzana 1. Satalana & Kusharita both just plain I love. Not sweet and just perfect for our dessert palette 2. We added Dubai style to Sat and it def notched up the sweetness. If u add fruit it's even better in my opinion. I could do without the chocolate but that's my personal preference. It was still delicious with it 3. Kusharita w/nutella pistachios and banana was the winner. The rice rice pudding is so good and any topping will elevate it to ur tastes of the day 4. Inside is roomy and beautiful. I want those couches & I forgot to get her name but she was very helpful and very nice. Bathroom is clean and big 5. Parking is confusing but it's in the back. I loved the murals outside and after passing by a couple times I finally gave this place a try. I didn't have the best experience. There was only one staff member working and so we weren't able to ask questions about the menu before ordering, and because they were busy prepping other orders they directed us to use the kiosk to order instead. Many of the items had photos so we ordered based off the images. Our order took a while to come which the staff apologized for. I got the Satlana with pistachio and Biscoff and it was tasty but the "Hippolita" we got looked completely different from the images of the item displayed on the menu. We noticed immediately and took the order back and they told us it was the correct item even though the Hippolita looks like an actual hippo chocolate mousse not a layered chocolate cake that we were given. read more

We got the traditional two flavors, with both strawberry and banana. Not only that, but it came out pretty quickly as well. Amazing dessert in a cup that comes in different sizes. They have a lot of options which was overwhelming to me but I got the mini satalana with pistachio. You pick the base and sizes then the add on topping. Came out to be $7.50 for the mini size wouldn't say cheap but not overly price. The dessert is like milky pudding crunchy in a cup. Inside is roomy and clean since it's still new, street parking or in the back of the building. Service can be a little friendlier. I was a little intimidated lol. read more

I loved the atmosphere. It was super clean and great AC. Would love to come here to grab a refreshing drink and dessert to do homework with friends since they're open late. There are lots of choices on the menu so plenty to try. I got the coconut mojito, Hippolita, and BonBonita. Absolutely love the BonBonita!! I could eat the whole thing by myself. The coconut mojito is super refreshing and has a nice carbonation. The Hippolita is so cute. I wasn't expecting it to be more of a chewy texture and sour, but it is SO cute. Seriously too 3 sweet dessert delicious treats I've ever eaten! I first tried the satanita (first pic) not sure if I got the name right but wow! I chose a topping that's basically the best part of Dubai chocolates the little crunchy things and sprinkle with like crumbled cookies called biscoff I mean wow and then it was so good I went back the next day and got the crepanita. Both are good but the first picture it's basically like a little tres leches cake with toppings and it's delicious. Staff was very nice and the shop is clean and has a really cool decor. LaBanz in Fullerton has brought beauty to our neighborhood: lovely painted murals on the outside of the building, inside nicely decorated with cozy seating areas. Wonderful to come alone, relax and read or to have a nice conversation with family and friends. The dessert is sweet (not too sweet) and milky, melts in your mouth; I have a hard time to stop eating it! Nina, is spectacular! She always greets me with a warm smile and remembers exactly how I like my dessert prepared. She makes accommodations when I try something new if it initially didn't satisfy me. Nina's kind, accommodating manner makes me feel like I am a guest in her home (I came once when Nina wasn't working and had a male server. He was not friendly, overcharged me and didn't apologize. genuinely the best staff and the best dessert I've ever had the pleasure to experience. They went above and beyond for us and my aunt on her birthday.
