Great experience at Accelerated Urgent Care! I had a very nice experience at Accelerated Urgent Care. I made an appointment online, completed all my paperwork ahead of time, and was able to be seen the very next day. The PA was wonderful, very kind, caring, and attentive. I received great care and was feeling so much better in no time. I really appreciate having such a convenient urgent care so close to home. I also noticed that they offer X-rays during certain hours, which is a huge convenience and could save me from having to wait much longer somewhere else. I will definitely be going back. I love this place I don't have e to wait long ever if it's crowded they make you an appointment for later the same day. The staff including doctors give quality care. Came back for my TB test reading and it took them 30 min to call me back on top of people who came after me were called before me.

Came here for a check up for our daughter and the process was simple. I called in to set up an appointment same day and was granted. When we arrived we spoke with Kara. She was sweet and kind. Not too long after we were called in by a medical assistant, I didn't catch her name. She was ok - not very personable - all good though. My daughter was seen by P.A Song Jann. He was very professional, thorough and listened well, nice guy. We were pretty much in and out of there all within 20 minutes. I think the biggest disconnect was where I needed the medication sent. It was sent to a different CVS location, thankfully, CVS was able to transfer from another location so no harm there. Overall good experience. Facility was nice and clean as well. read more

Took my son in for a sports physical at the recommendation of a school coach. When I arrived, I advised them of the physical needed for his tryout. The lady told me a lot of people have been bringing kids in recently. She asked if I had the forms printed out, I said I didn't. She told me not to worry about it and said she would print it for me. She found one page and then said there were a few others. I told her I had them on my phone and could email them. Another lady said they couldn't print them and stated it was against the law. I drove home, printed the forms out (all public and available online) and returned. I paid the 63 dollar fee (they don't accept insurance for this physical) and asked about the law pertaining to them not being able to print a simple form that's available online. They were unable to provide an answer. I don't believe it's against the law to print a form which is available online. The service was lackluster. My son said they didn't even make him do anything, other than jump, and take his weight/height, blood pressure, etc. I've been here several times for myself and my wife has been in there before too. We won't be returning. As a business, I believe they could do better and if one employee offers to do something: don't override what they already said they would do. read more

The staff does an amazing job communicating every step of the way and making sure everything is taken care of. Whether it's for me or my son, we've always felt well cared for and never rushed. They close at 8:30 PM and not 9 PM as advertised everywhere including online, the automated call and even the pamphlets in the waiting room. So I arrived at 8:31 PM and the lazy ass, sorry excuse of a "provider" said it would be best to come back tomorrow!!! Even though I mentioned I had excruciating shoulder pain! Lol glad he's putting his medical license to good use and truly helping patients feel better. After this experience and reading all the comments of billing fraud they are doing here. Prescribing nurse that diagnosed me during my visit was not very helpful. I went in for an upper respiratory infection that was causing my throat and nose to swell and prescribing nurse was trying to send me home with Ibuprofen...... I told him I been taking ibuprofen for the past 4 days and it hasn't been helping. He said he could not give me any antibiotics because what he believed i had was a viral infection. He offered a steroid shot which i approved and prescribed some nasal sprays and caught drops that i could have gotten over the counter... I went to another clinic after this visit and was properly diagnosed and got antibiotics. The rest of the staff was super nice i just believe the prescribing nurse that was on duty on 12/29/2025 could use more training. read more

It's been a month since coming here, I came in for a migraine that wouldn't go away and even though it was busy it was a reasonable amount of time. I was given medicine for my migraine and it went away completely. Then a week later I came back for eye pain, I figured it was probably from the migraine and one of the NPs told me it was conjunctivitis, didn't doubt my pain or symptoms like most urgent cares! She prescribed me eye drops and after using them I felt so much better. 10/10 service here! read more

I came in for a simple migraine. The dr came in wrote a Prescription my insurance wouldn't take. When I checked in a double checked my insurance would be excepted. I was assured there would be no cost. Now I get a text and they say I owe $441. I went back home and ended up in a REAL urgent care. I never got a bill or even the cost of whatever they charged me. I think Artis needs to clean out. Get a great receptionist to help oversee the general operation of the clinic. read more

I had an appointment for 3:06 p.m. I wasn't seen until 7:45 p.m. I was informed that the doctor takes two walk-ins for every two appointments. The receptionist says this policy changes depending on who is in the back for that shift. What is the point of having an appointment if you don't follow one? You should have policies in place that all of the doctors know and follow. Then to top it off they didn't send my prescription in time and the pharmacy closed. I called to have them change pharmacies and they said they weren't sure the doctor would have time to get to it tonight. I had to go back in there and stand there until it was resubmitted. This level of customer service is beyond absurd. It is borderline malpractice. Save your time and go somewhere else. read more

Worse experience ever. Front staff was helpful & professional. Once inside the provider immediately dismissed my daughter's pain, saying she didn't "look" like she was in pain . Then referred us to an ER because she wasn't equipped to handle her serious medical condition. Later made racist comments that she didn't think I spoke English when I asked for nearest ER. When I told her how rude that was and that I was trilingual her reply was "oh cool." Never going there, don't waste your time, would not recommend. They didn't have the best knowledge of STIs. I found out I had an STI and they didn't give me the proper medication. The service though was good and they were very kind/professional. The office wait time was quick though. I'm really pissed off because my wound developed into an infection and they didn't give me proper treatment. read more

They failed me - I was sent in to get steroids for a rash. They failed to sent that prescription to my pharmacy. I called and told my DOB 6 times ands was left on hold for 10 minutes, forced to listen to their BS promos. They said the prescriber was not working but would ask the prescriber working and would call me back in a few minutes. 2 hours late they say I am shit out of luck and if it gets worse I can go to the ER. I had to check myself in on my phone taking 6 pics of my documents and answering the same question over. This I guess is a DIY clinic and why people just Google stuff. Worth the wait! I could cry. Cynthia medical assistant is the sweetest and has the best bedside manner! I appreciated her kindness so much ! Dr Shaffik was wonderful. I called ahead to ask if they can administer an IV for severe dehydration. The lady on the phone said that they could. I drove there, only to find out that they could have done it but didn't have enough manpower and suggested we go to the emergency room. The place was empty and an hour from closing. Called this clinic at 11:15 am and scheduled a appointment for a Tb test at 4:00 pm. Checked in at 3:45 pm and at 4:26 I asked the front desk staff how long will it be, and they couldn't give me a time. The front desk staff were rude and had zero idea of what to tell me about the necessity of having a appointment when we waited just as long as the walk in patients. I asked for the office managers name and I was givin a piece of paper with a customer service email address and was told " this is all Im allowed to give". Im retired from working in a medical facility, this is such bad customer service on every level. I do not recommend this urgent care. read more

I strongly advise against visiting this urgent care due to misdiagnosis, excessive charges, and a complete lack of quality care. I visited this facility nearly two weeks ago and was deeply disappointed by the experience. The provider did not give me the opportunity to fully explain my symptoms or the level of pain I was experiencing. Instead, he briefly examined my ears and breathing and concluded that my condition was caused by allergies, despite the fact that I had been in significant pain for over a week and had not yet been able to seek urgent care. It was later confirmed that I actually had an infection, not allergies. To make matters worse, the provider stated that he would prescribe throat lozenges, throat spray, and Claritin (all of which are available over the counter). I asked the front desk staff if ibuprofen could be prescribed instead, as my pain was so severe that I was unable to sleep, and I was already taking 2,000 mg of Tylenol daily. The staff member told me that she would speak with the provider, and after returning, informed me that he would include ibuprofen in my prescription. The urgent care then directed me to a 24-hour CVS in Menifee to pick up the medication. When I arrived, I learned that not only had the ibuprofen not been included, but the provider had failed to send any prescription at all. I had driven to another city for a prescription that did not exist. I am now being billed an unreasonable amount for a visit that provided no care, no relief, and no professionalism. After I was told insurance would cover this visit. This experience was both frustrating and unacceptable, and I would strongly caution others against seeking treatment at this facility. read more

From the time I entered this facility and spoke to Jeremiah and Amber, till the end of my visit, everyone was so helpful and so willing to go out of their way to assist me. I was expeditiously trying to complete my school screening. Amber in the reception area was exceptional. She went out of her way to get me checked in and even though we hit a snag with my insurance she made it possible for me to be seen the same day. The back office staff all worked so thoroughly to assist in gathering all the necessary documentation to complete my school screening requirements. The NP that saw me was great and even got me to crack a smile when I told him the reason for my urgent visit being a school screening. The front desk lady was extremely kind and helpful. The doctors themselves and everyone in the facility were also very kind. The only downside is the wait times are extremely long , but that could be due to the hours I went at (6-7 pm I'm sure are busier times) it took me 1-2 hour wait even though there wasn't really anyone in there. In 42 years of life I have never been turned away from an urgent care. I have waited, but I've never once been turned away. The waiting room only had 1 patient, and they told me they were at capacity. I walked in in a panic with 2 year old with 103 degree fever and they suggested I "come back tomorrow." How is this "care?!?" These people have ABSOLUTELY not an ounce of care for another human being, not even a 2 yr old that can't breathe. read more
