The office has no AC in the middle of the summer when it's 93 degrees outside I had to wait a long time to be seen when there was only one person there. I would not recommend this place. 1 Star -- The Worst Experience Ever Absolutely the worst urgent care experience I've ever had. The staff were not nice, not caring, and extremely rude. The attitude from the front desk to the medical staff was completely unprofessional -- very condescending, dismissive, and made me feel like I was a burden for even being there. No compassion, no effort to listen or help. If you're looking for care or kindness, this is not the place to go. My kids left feeling worse than when I walked in. Front office lady has been rude every time I've tried coming in. I called once to ask if they do Covid tests and she said "if you already know you have Covid we're not giving you a test" (I just needed one to show my work). I just walked in today and asked if they take walk ins, she said it will be a while, I asked if it would be hours or if they were super busy today? (There were two people in the waiting room) She said "it will be a few hours" I said nvm and left, I check online and they have an appointment available for 30 minutes from now! I have been battling this shortness of breath issue for years. I have seen specialists and primary care doctors.      DR PETER OBRIEN WAS AMAZING! For the first time in a long time, I feel like I have hope! He singled out the problem. It was as simple as steroids and allergy medication, I am already feeling better!  I'm feeling optimistic about the future!      In a more general note, A+ urgent care has also been AMAZING! Ever since we moved to Lake Elsinore, we are so happy with this urgent care. We are always in and out in half an hour, and the booking process through the Solv App is SOOO EASY! When we got back the medical assistant was sweet and very competent. Then we waited another 30 minutes for NP Kristine Sullivan. She was rude, wouldn't allow me to ask any questions. Prescribed an acid reflux medication for a cough because she said when he coughs the acids comes up. That's a new one. Her response "I know what I'm doing" Then I tried to ask for the antibiotic in pill form instead of liquid and her response "I'm trying to get out of here, I don't want to get sick" rude little snotty b****. Nice to be able to reserve a time & do paperwork online so you don't have to wait as long in office. Staff, except for PA or whatever she is, was nice & friendly. However, the PA, or whatever she is, has worse bedside manner than 99% of the doctors I've come across, and if you knew how many doctors I've met with 3 boys who ride dirt bikes, 2 older brothers, an ex husband in construction and elderly parents who tend to fall a lot, that's saying something! I would be happy to refer to PA, or whatever she is, by her name or title except that she came in talking so fast I couldn't understand what she was saying. Then every time I tried to ask a question she wouldn't let me and then got completely snotty with me and said "I know what I'm doing, I've been in the medical field for 50 years, let me do my job." She then continued to talk to my child, blatantly ignoring me, about medications instead of me. As if my son knows what the hell she's saying and he's following along with her medical jargon!!! She was RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, DEGRADING AND INSULTING!!! If you're in a bind and need urgent care then go for it. If you can avoid this place then do it!! read more

I suggested my husband visit this urgent care after hurting his back on 7/6/18 he was seen by a NP who was very rude with a terrible bedside manner, backstory my husband is very healthy eats well and has never taken medication. The NP suggested a prescription for a narcotic which my husband politely declined by telling her he doesn't take medication which pissed her off my husband began telling her I just need rest I need to ice my back, her response was "well since you don't the prescription then nothing is wrong with you." First off these NP's,PA's,MD's,DO's need to learn not everyone wants their medication there are people in this world who are actually in-tuned with their body know what they need. No rating. They turned me away for having a work injury. Small cut and wouldn't treat it to make sure it wasn't infected.

They take appointments but when you show up they will inform you they do not honor them. I made a appointment 2 days prior for my 6 year old daughter. When I arrived they informed me there was 11 people in front of me. They informed me it would be hours before my daughter could be seen. The receptionist stated it would not be fair for the people with appointments to be seen before the people that just walked in. I didn't understand the reasoning and make an appointment so if you're not going to honor them. There are just too many urgent cares now to deal with this level of unprofessionalism. read more

I saw the PA amber and I told her I have a bad cough, stuffed up, fever the day before and was having a hard time breathing, and that it always turns into bronchitis. She says I have asthma, and my lungs are fine. I told her I had a fever the day before and I have alot of mucus and headaches, and she says it's a cold. I asked for a z-pak or penicillin, or some kind of antibiotics, and she looked at me like I was asking for Valium. I should of just went to the urgent care in wildomar, at least they're nice, and will give you more than 3 mins of their time. She didn't even check my ears, throat, or nose. I'm not a PA, but isn't that standard. All in all, it was not that busy, and I feel as though she had time to atleast tell me to say "ahhh." I told her that 'she didn't care, and I will not pay for another visit if I come back in a few days w/bronchitis." She just gave me an inhaler prescription, and said "that's it!" And walked out on me. I think i should have contacted whoever is in charge, but I was too sick to want to do anything. And judging from previous entries, I am not the only one that feels the same way about the company. Update, 2 days later....I have bronchitis, ear infection, sinus infection, and horribly sore throat. Thank you Amber for costing me now 2 extra days pay, and my Dr gave me a z-pak, along w/codeine cough syrup. Unfortunately I ran into a person at the pharmacy that had the same issue with Amber. So I'm glad I wasn't receiving star treatment. read more

Alright I'm having mixed feelings about this place. Obviously the wait time sucked but when has the wait time at any Urgent Care or ER been up to par? NEVER! So after 3.5 hours we get called back and surprisingly they are starting to move quickly. I think it took me longer to fill out the paper work then it did for the nurse (not a doctor as the girl said she was) to tell us nothing was wrong and shew us on our way. I am very disappointed with the care that we received. We walked to the back room and sat there for 30 seconds before the nurse came and saw us. My son had not been able to walk on his foot for a whole 24 hours before I decided to take him in. I waited so long because there were no signs of bruising, swelling, etc. So long story short the nurse checks out my 2 yr. Olds foot and claims that she thinks he is just lying. Okay I get it toddlers don't know any better & sometimes cry wolf but not my child. He would cry tears of pain when he would stand up on his foot & she brushed that off as him fibbing. So she wraps his foot up and has him walk around the office noticing the HUGE limp that he is walking with and says "see mom that's normal". She seriously seen his limp as him walking normally. That's when I knew she was a joke. WTF? YOU DON'T KNOW MY CHILD! A LIMP IS NOT "NORMAL" TO A VERY ACTIVE CHILD!! She didn't even conduct proper protocol & x-ray this child's foot (he is too young to explain what is really bothering him so do a little further investigation!!) I am taking him to another Urgent Care or E.R. & if X-rays show anything other than him lying about his noticeably injured foot you can bet I will be back and having a word or 2 with the lousy old nurse! A+ urgent care my A$$ I don't want to encourage people not to go here as everybody in the office is friendly just be aware of lousy nurses. I had an accident while walking in to the home and needed urgent care due to pain in my foot. We walk in to the clinic and they saw us immediately. Very pleased with Kimberly Q and Amjad, for their professionalism and genuine care for my fracture of my foot on May 24th 2022. I am 79 years old and would like to let you know that we will be continuing to come back there if we have future problems. They cared for us like "as if we were family " and we value that in people that are passionate for their work. Had to take our 3-year-old son in tonight for stitches in his chin. They close at 8 and we arrived at 7:30. The receptionist was very pleasant and brought us right back into an exam room for the Dr to take a look and make sure they could just do the stitches or if he'd need an x-ray at the ER. The dr came in, female with brown hair, never said hello or introduced herself. She didn't even greet our son who has his chin split open. All she could muster as she slapped on the gloves was "what do we have here?" She confirmed he'd need stitches, promptly got up and left the room, saying "we'll see him when it's your turn". The best part is, since she left the door open, we could hear her down the hall say to the receptionists "yah the patient in room X is gonna need stitches. And now it's 10 min till 8. GRRREAT." For a dr to have that kind of attitude over a child and to say it out loud where the patient can hear is totally unacceptable and sad. We got right up and walked out and told them we were going elsewhere with our business. Whoever runs this office should really have a refresher course with their staff in patient service and compassion. If you go here, just make sure you're not arriving anywhere near closing time. read more

I didn't believe it until a pa at this place Google my care in front of me and I felt at that point why did you go to school for so many years to Google my problems. I no longer felt comfortable in the medical field. Little did she know I have been in the medical field for 20 years and I've never Google a patient's care before. Times have definitely changed. I've been here a few times and they always take great care of me. They are great listeners and have options that other places don't offer. There is a pharmacy right there and I was able to get my prescription right away. Today Joyla helped me and she was very sweet and pleasant.
