Had an appointment at 3pm. We were called an hour later only to wait 30 more minutes for a nurse practitioner. We were seen for one minute and sent away with a prescription. I will probably do telemedicine next time or use another urgent care if it requires in person treatment or evaluation. What a joke! I made an appt. at noon today for 5:30pm and I have been sitting in the waiting room for over an hour and haven't even been called back yet. What is the point of having an appt. If they aren't going to honor it? The owner needs to re-evaluate staffing and hire more medical staff as it seems this is a common complaint by so many...... front office staff is nice and the place is clean but this is ridiculous and so frustrating especially for having an "appointment". I was told 1 person ahead of me for an appt after waiting for over 1.5hrs (again my appt time was at 5:30) and just watched 2 other people called back..... when I inquired after waiting for over 1.5hrs past my appt time I was told they have to work in the walk in's ....... This business really needs to learn how to manage appointments....... If you are running behind, just let people know ahead of time so we can wait at home rather than sitting in an office full of other sick people. read more

Visited this location twice, once on Sunday for my husband and the second time on Monday. Had appointments on both days but still waited over two hours to be seen. I asked the person at the front desk what is the purpose of making an appointment when appointments appear not to be prioritized. It was explained that they take an appointment and then a walk-in regardless if there are more patients with appointments. The person, seeing my husband, did not ask any questions to see if he should be prescribed medication for COVID. The person, that I saw on Monday, prescribed Paxlovid and antibiotics for me. I asked why my husband wasn't prescribed the same medication since his symptoms were more severe. She did not know why the other provider chose not to prescribe anything for my husband. She prescribed the antibiotics but not the Paxlovid for my husband, based on his appointment the previous day. I called back today, Tuesday, and was able to speak with the provider he saw on Sunday. She explained that Paxlovid should not be taken in conjunction with the antibiotics. That is not true according to the Ralph's pharmacist and a personal friend who is also a pharmacist. The provider I saw on Monday took the time to explain why she recommended the prescribed treatment and let me make the decision how I wanted to proceed. The provider my husband saw on Sunday, when I spoke to her today, Tuesday, still did not want to prescribe the Paxlovid because she said his symptoms were mild. According to what I have read, Paxlovid is for mild to moderate symptoms. If you choose to go to this facility make sure you arm yourself with knowledge and be prepared to advocate for yourself. The NP/Doctor not sure what he was. After telling him all I was experiencing he just listen to my stomach! I said twice I feel dehydrated. Said ya you probably are just drink fluids. I have a full story ... bad one Service is bad, front desk is rude, specifically Sarah and NP. I asked for my meds to be sent to costco in Murietta. I called costco after 30 minutes and ask for my meds, they said they had nothing. I also asked what kind of experience they have had with Accelerated Urgent Care and they do not recommend this urgent care. Its more often then not that they have bad experiences with them. Never going back. Staff needs more training... people are going in sick weak and tired no energy to fight back with rude employees. Im not there coz I want to be, Im there coz I need help and don't feel good. They need to be more sympathetic to peoples needs. The only kinds person I encountered was the MA. She was very kind. I was very disappointed with this urgent care. My elderly mom had to go twice this past October as she sustained a fall and the attending doctor did not clean her wound she sustained on one of her knees. She went home and complained she could hardly walk and could not get the antibiotics prescribed as the pharmacy the order was sent to was closed. My mom then had to return the next day to try to get the wound cleaned and was charged again for the visit. My argument is she should have not been forced to pay twice since the doctor should done her job during the 1st visit. Also, my mom could have gotten an infection especially with her current health ailments which makes her susceptible to infection. I tried getting a refund however, the medical director determined right before Thanksgiving that they are not at fault. I don't see why they are forcing my mom to pay the additional cost when she had such low quality of care! It would be nice if they acknowledged their wrong doing and just gave my mom the $20 refund. read more

It started with the sassy receptionist. he seemed annoyed that there were people needing care. and when asking me questions would interrupt to get to the next question. while waiting to be called, all i could hear was the sassy front desk person telling his coworker (who was late) how he could do the job without any help. after getting called in, the nurse or doctor, didnt seem to care why we were there. while i was explaining, she seemed annoyed. next after telling the usual medication, she goes off and sends the prescription to my pharmacy. just opens the door and gets on the computer. no have a nice day or exit is this way. nothing. i go to the pharmacy and they send a different prescription than what was discussed. they never communicated the change. i had to call and ask. they just dont seem to care for patients. butttttt the lady who took vitals was nice and polite and caring! read more

Came here for the first to to get a mild illness diagnosed. The check in process was easy and done all on my phone via a link. The wait time was average based on the amount of people in the waiting room. Once admitted, the care team ran through all vitals and diagnostics quickly. The provider ensured my symptoms were captured in my chart and prescribed meds. They sent the script request to my pharmacy and I picked up next day. Someone named Lucy Fernandez had my car towed away last night that had my 1 year olds CARSEAT in the back seat because she ASSUMED I was attended the graduation last night. Good thing I ALWAYS pay with my Apple Pay because I have proof of all my purchases during the time I was parked there. Lucy and her employees made custom papers for their patients to put in their windows so their car wouldn't get towed as if that parking was for Accelerated urgent care only WHICH IT WAS NOT! This parking structure was meant for vineyard customers **I have photos of the parking lot signs to prove this**, which I in fact was a customer. Lucy then told the towing company that I was parked in "reserved" when in fact I was not and spoke with the employees in PERSON today and had them show me the reserved parking and it in fact was not the parking I was in. You not only caused a huge disruption in my night, you had me and my baby out in the freezing cold with no car seat to even attempt to get my vehicle, I live an hour away and my husband had to LEAVE WORK to come and get me and my daughter because I couldn't get my car last night. I spent my Friday morning driving another HOUR to get my car and pay $500 just to get my vehicle you wrong ally had towed. You lied to the towing company but you didn't think this through and probably didn't think I'd have proof to back my story up. Since you have cameras im sure we can pull up the cameras to really show where I was parked. Thank god for Apple Pay and my trail. I have spoken with a manger from Bakersfield regarding this and she stated what happened shouldn't have even happened and you guys could have spent the time you spent spying on cars on your patients or something PRODUCTIVE! I was told this is going to be brought up to the CEO and or other managers and will ensure I follow up daily with this until something is done to make this right! Side note: as a nurse MYSELF I would think if you were so slammed with patients that you had to call the towing company to free up some parking space that you wouldn't have had the time to watch the cameras for 40 minutes which is what you also told the towing company, looks bad on you once again. Also when I looked inside the store last night when I realized my car got towed there was no patients in the lobby and the two girls working were arguing and pointing fingers at everyone outside that had their car towed. I have been here since 1300 with severe sinus pressure that will not let up with Sudafed or Aleve D! Pain is not subsiding with Motrin or Tylenol either. It is now 1441 and no one has been by to so much as check in on me. Not to mention I have a heavy chest which hurts when I breath in. They leave these seats all the way up so it deters you from sitting, the other chairs are so uncomfortable. I basically just paid to be ignored...should have gone to a VA urgent care to be ignored in the waiting room with the other Veterans. At least there would have been good stories told! You can even hear the nurses trying to figure out if someone was seen or if they had just up and left...you have got to be joking! I will be making sure to tell everyone I know not to come here, they apparently still do not have it together. Temecula 24 hour urgent care is better! Went there for obvious diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea and chills. After a long wait 3hrs to be taken back to the room, another wait of 1 more hour. Mind you, the place was empty when we got there. The receptionists were chatting away about their personal life's. When the "Doctor" came in my room she asks why was I there for, I told her Massive diarrhea, pain below my ribs, Vomiting and nausea, mind you while there I went to the restroom 8 times and vomited half a hospital bag. The doctor didn't give me the time of day i deserved as a patient she gave me Zofran for nausea and that's it! Didn't care about my symptoms. Then wanted me to pee in a cup which obviously I Had no more liquids in me to see if I was "Dehydrated" then she said, if your symptoms persist go to o the ER. I waited another hour there and she never came back. Therefore I walked out with no remedy. Next time the ER for me. Same wait maybe less and a diagnosis with meds. This is the second time I've been there. First time was when they opened the facility and same thing happened.
