In that time we NEVER got an estimate so we thought they were coming back to look into it further/troubleshoot a problem and then give an estimate. Nope. They came back out (again, never gave an estimate), did some minor work that looked more like troubleshooting to find out what the work was going to be and then give an estimate. Instead we were hit with a $400 bill for barely any work! Absolutely ridiculous. No way in hell we will ever use them again. This is the second time we've called them for something. Additionally, the buyer's name was incorrect - a minimal requirement for a valid invoice is correct buyer information. Request to change name was apparently ignored. Transparent, itemized invoice is needed, not required by law, but required by this buyer; correct buyer information, required.
