I was able to locate that same toy at this shop. The price was very reasonable! The order arrived sooner than expected. A staff member reached out to me to tell me of a delay in the shipping, but the item ended up arriving when expected. My cat is very happy with his replacement toy. I will be ordering from this shop again in the future. A nice touch to the item, was that it let me know who packaged the item, which to me, showed that it was packaged with care.

I had to contact the Springfield police department for assistance. Yes, I know it's probably hard to believe that I would have to go to these lengths. The police were able to get the records and give them to me. The owners never once asked me if my daughter was ok. Instead I was asked did she finish her shift. These owners have no regards for humans or animals.

Cat People continue to be ignored, disrespected and just hated on. Luckily, in these hard times, I can just share my chicken, turkey and fish with my furbaby and call it a day. Amazon supplies my cat litter. The Dollar Store offers cheap toys. This Chestnut Hill store is always clean. The employees are friendly and polite. Tall brown skin black male with twisted/locced colored hair Ran a few errands and deposited a check unfortunately TD bank on Germantown Ave closed early that day as a result i was unable to pull funds as they were all on hold until the next day. When i went to retrieve my pure bred $3500 German shepherd i explained to Demetrius the bank was closed but i could leave my card on file to charge the $125. I also left the groomer a $20 tip. Demetrius Hogue did not agree to this and instead stated he would have to keep my dog overnight. I thought that was strange as the store doesn't board dogs but i acquiesced bc i thought the manager who lied and said he was the owner was a relatively sane person. I also thought it strange that he was being highly anxious about $125 after me offering to leave my id and cc on file and i live in the neighborhood and my child also goes to school in the neighborhood. Im literally near the store daily either at weavers way or a coffee shop. When i returned the next morning when they opened at 9 am a different worker was there and was not informed about anything. 2. Demetrius Hogue did not leave the staff any information rather they had to call him and he informed the staff worker that he put my dog in a shelter with ACCT Philly. 3. Demetrius Hogue did not contact me to let me know he did this despite the store having my information on file as he called me when my dog was finished with her grooming appointment. 4. I contacted police and reported theft bc Demetrius did not have the right or legal authority to place my chipped dog with ACCTPhilly 5. I contacted 911 for a stolen dog and pressed charges against Demetrius Hogue and placed an ad in the chestnut hill local for him to be terminated from the store as his behavior was not pro dog. 6. Demetrius Hogue traumatized a dog that is chipped cared for attends daycare and loved for $125 that the customer provided even AFTER learning her dog was given to a shelter. 7. I'm local to the neighborhood so there was no reason to keep and essentially abuse my dog he's dangerous and shouldn't be allowed in a pet store or near anyone's furry family member. 8. For the above stated reasons i will not support nor do i recommend the community support this establishment while Demetrius Hogue is still employed as he does not understand what pets mean to family members and he should not be around people's pets as he's abusive. He needs to be terminated asap.

The care, compassion and kindness that they gave Daisy and I were unmatched. Really amazing experience !. Maureen showed so much compassion when I called and followed up to get Daisy in quickly. Marissa and Chastine checked on Daisy often while we waited and made sure she was comfortable. They, gave her water and love. They even came out to meet us at the car to make sure we entered thru the right door. I was really impressed with Dr. Aime Berman. She was working on a cat that had swallowed a piece of yarn that had tangled up her intestines. The yarn was stuck in several places but she didn't give up. She didn't call it. She worked until she completely removed the yarn. That is the kind of vet I want. One that doesn't give up. She really cares. They are opening a clinic here to treat animals and are open for appointments now. If you need veteran care for your pets I highly recommend you give them a call. The care is excellent and the prices you can't beat. They were one third the price of other vets. They want to help people keep their pets and give their pets the care they need. Give them a call. We knew we weren't looking to replace them--we simply hoped to find two cats who needed us as much as we needed them. That's when we met Scout, an eight-year-old mother, and her six-year-old son, Shadow, at the Montgomery County SPCA in Conshohocken, PA. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and kind. They immediately offered us a tour. The facility was bright, clean, well cared for, and, most importantly, there was no unpleasant odor. We told them we were hoping to adopt two cats, and then we met Scout and Shadow. Scout was friendly and curious, while Shadow wouldn't even look at us--he simply slept. We learned that they had belonged to an elderly gentleman who could no longer care for them. It was clear that this mother-and-son pair were deeply bonded, and we knew we wanted to keep them together. The staff even insisted that we take home the beds they had been using. One was a little Christmas tree with a "hole" where Scout liked to hide. That small gesture meant so much to us. When we first brought them home, they hid together. But little by little, they began to trust us. Shadow started coming into our bedroom at night, and Scout eventually ventured out during the day and would sit beside us. Today, they are completely acclimated and are rarely far from us. Scout is my daytime companion, while Shadow remains my nighttime companion. We are so incredibly grateful to the Montgomery County SPCA for bringing these two wonderful bundles of joy into our lives. They have brought us so much love, laughter, and companionship, and they have helped heal our hearts after the loss of our beloved cats.
