Our windows look used from the outside. They are scratched up and one window from the inside is dented. I was told that the damage happened from transporting yet they advertise that the windows are built here in the Phoenix area. The sealing of the windows looks crappy too both inside/out. There is a window that looks tinted and they have yet to correct it. I had to request multiple times for someone to do a walk through with me after the install was complete and that was completed, pictures and notes were taken but nothing was done about my concerns. You all need to work on customer support. I really wish I would have done additional shopping around. TAKE note people!

The day the roofing crew arrived (a cold day with some snow and ice on the roof) they removed two-layers of old roofing and quickly began to install the new roof, venting pipes and more. AMAZING! And they cleaned-up everything afterwards and used a large magnet to collect all the old nails and screws. A fantastic job. My gutters were free because we agreed to a flexible installation date and now they're trying to add another $9,000 to our contract that we never signed off on. How does free equal $9,000? They can't make the math make sense, or show me where in my contract it says $90,000 with my signature on it. Because that's how much the financing company wants out of us. Considering how much this whole project cost, we really shouldn't have to deal with incompetence or post weekly reviews on how we've gotten literally nowhere. Don't waste your time, energy, or hard earned money on this company. I'm sure I'll be posting again next week.
