I had requested a cat eye set with the longest length (12 mm) at the outer corners and shorter lengths toward the middle and inner corners. Despite showing a reference photo, the final result was a uniform 11-12 mm length with a D curl throughout, creating a much more dramatic look than I had intended. I didn't feel comfortable expressing my concerns at the time, so I went to the Lynnwood location to see if anything could be done. I was warmly welcomed by Erica, who was understanding and willing to help. Since it was near closing time, I was told a manager would follow up with me regarding possible solutions--whether that be a partial refund or a no-cost correction (such as a partial removal and reapplication to adjust the lengths). Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call, so I contacted the manager myself. When he returned my call, he informed me that both Lindsey and Erica felt the set matched the reference photo--something I respectfully disagreed with. He stated that refunds were not offered, but agreed to provide a complimentary partial removal and length adjustment. However, the conversation felt dismissive and unprofessional. The next day, I arrived for the appointment as scheduled, only to find that it had been booked for just 30 minutes--far too short for any meaningful correction. Erica was helpful again and suggested I do a full removal now and return for a full set (which I would pay for) or wait until my next fill to make the desired changes. At that point, I decided to leaving the lashes as is and move forward with a fill at a different salon where I had already booked an appointment for a few weeks later. Overall, while I appreciated the kindness of the lash technicians, the experience with management was disappointing and did not reflect the level of service I had hoped for. Clear communication and better customer care would have made all the difference.
