Once I let them know of the passing on the 22nd, they told me they could not go back and pick up the tanks and supplies despite the circumstances because it's "out of their range" but they would need the supplies back or we'd be charged. I took them back to this location on the 22nd grieving and mourning my dead father, and the location told me they could have picked up everything at my house. They did a horrible job fitting my wheelchair, and in my experience, Mike did not properly fit the chair to my needs.The customer service was also extremely disappointing. There is a woman who works there who uses a wheelchair, and unfortunately, I found her to be very rude and unhelpful during my experience with the company.What has been even more frustrating is how difficult the return process was. I had to return my wheelchair, and I was charged $450 just for a restocking fee.After everything I experienced, I feel completely done with this company. I expected a company specializing in mobility equipment to genuinely care about making sure their customers were properly fitted and treated with respect, but that was not my experience. I personally felt like the focus was more on the money than on the customer. I would not recommend U2 Mobility based on my experience.
