You just go to where the van is parked, access the key, call them up and let them know you are there to pick up the van. bought a 2008 chrysler van in Feb this year nithing but problems since, radio only works when it wants to, have starting issues where you have to go from park to nutural back and forth to get it to start now the ramp door wont close all the way because the rear latch is stuck closed and the ramp has to be moved manually. What a great dealership with wonderful caring people. The vans are beautiful and competitively prices. In my previous review I spoke of the quality experience and vans purchase that I made to take mom to appointments and outings as she was wheelchair bound. I since lost mom to the Lord in December and called Sam and Omer to discuss options due to the fact mom had passed away and I no longer neeed the van. They were quite compassionate and caring. Recently purchased a used Town & Country wheelchair converted van from these folks. I only looked at it for a few minutes one day inside the shop...then later that day I called and put a downpayment on it. Picked it up two weeks later after they inspected everything. So far everything is going well after 1500 initial miles. It runs nice and smooth. Somebody kept this vehicle in a garage cause it looks brand new for a 2012 model with 73,500 miles. I got a Max Pride scooter from them a few years ago. They recommended what lift to use, then they told me what kind of car it would fit in. I looked around and got a Honda Odyssey. They even came over to the dealership to measure the back area on how and where they would install the lift. They have a show room. I've been very happy with them, and their service for my yearly checkup. They offered me a free cane with my Yelp checkin. That was super nice of them. They have all kinds of assistive devices. Omer answered all my phone calls, was very prompt at assisting me in the purchase of a Van. He took $1,000 off the purchase price, unfortunately he did not let me know that the year of service coverage was removed due to the $1,000 off. That was disappointing to find out at signing. He is very easy to work with and explained every document prior to signing them. He has a great upbeat personality. The van was in great condition. The rubber seals near the side door and rear door were damaged but that was all I could see visibly wrong with the vehicle. Over all it was in great condition for the year and price. So to respond to Alex and the public, i specifically stated you dont accept FSA cards. That is what was declined. FSA is a flexible spending account for Healthcare items. Thats what was declined. Once you told me that i gave you my regular cc, that you NEVER ran until two weeks later. I never gave you 4 different cards so stop your lieing. I only gave you 2 cards...my FSA card and the card you charged. Stop trying to twist the truth. Provide us all proof of the last digits and my name on the card...oh you cant because i never gave you 4 cards. Also dont you DARE lie to the public to state i bought the wrong part. The part purchased was the exact same part from the manufacturer. What i got upset about is you trying to sell me a a riser lift because you said its for "safety" but yet you tell me ON THE DAY OF MY INSTALL VS 2 WEEKS EARLIER WHEN WE TALKED. And when asked why Omar just shrugged. He said the 2 inch riser is designed to increase the height and per my SUV standards it didnt have enough clearance from the ground. So two things....why didnt Omar tell me this 2 weeks earlier when i placed the order and why did he lie about two things...one is that my car height is too low (12" from ground to hitch) and two Trilift only sells a 2" riser? Seems like upsells to me....required height is 11" for the lift and they sell a 4, 6, 8, and 12 inch riser. But yet Omar is thinking "safety" first....he's just disguising that as an upsell. Omar never said he would refund it. He said "Sure, I'm busy now so it'll be next week" which pissed me off to where i had to call Sommer and tell her i needed the refund done that day. Thats the ONLY reason why it was done then. If thats not the case then Omar needs to have better service and tell people up front what to expect and what to get. I also just called 2 other stores and inquired if there ever was a backorder on the exact lift i ordered. And you are correct, there was...back in oct of 2020. They have plenty in stock since Jan of 2021. So please stop BS'ing me and the pubkic trying to save face and defer blame back onto me. Omar, the RUDE manager, straight up lied to me on the telephone. I was refered to Wheelchair Vans by the OEM for a repair. During the initial visit they determined the cause of the problem, and told me there would be no trip charge for the second visit, since they had to order the part. I subsequently received an invoice indicating 2 trip charges. When I called Omar to have the 2nd trip charge removed, he lied and said he had told me their was going to be a second trip charge. Reading the few bad reviews left here, I CANNOT even imagine ANYONE not receiving polite and professional attention.
