This place is a major joke. Stay away from it..... They have my scooter for three weeks and didn't do a single thing... a ignition switch change, 4 wires .. that's all my scooter needed it. Please make this business your first call for all your Medical supply needs. I called at 11:30 on a Saturday about a hospital bed for my mother-in-law whose health took a bad turn the night prior. He arranged for the bed to be delivered by 2:00 that day! This kind of compassion and customer service is so rare to find these days. Michael was so kind and helpful in a really rough and stressful situation. The adjustable bed we rented was such a blessing so that she could sit straight up and have her feet elevated at the same time. Watching your loved one struggle is so difficult but Michael helped in a huge time of need and we will never forget his kindness. Their prices are amazing as well. I would give Federico's Medical Mobility Supply no star but Yelp doesn't allow it. I called 8 days before I needed to rent a power scooter for my 88 year old Dad and provided the date, time address TWICE and the employee, Eduardo, repeated the information back to me. I also verified they could/would deliver the scooter, for a fee, which was fine. When I asked if there was a confirmation or reservation number or if they needed my credit card information for payment, Eduardo said no but they will call me a few days before my needed date to get the information. 3 days before we were scheduled to depart for my niece's wedding, I KNEW this vendor was not reliable as I never received a call back. We ended up bringing my Dad's wheelchair instead. And lucky we did!! If we didn't, my Dad would have missed attending his granddaughter's wedding Imagine my surprise when I get a phone call to verify the rental AFTER my niece's wedding already took place. I told Michael too late. He made a lame excuse that they had a new employee taking the information and I told him that's your problem and that's the cost of doing business. I told him I will Yelp them and give a bad review. Michael claims they only have 5 star ratings. Really? If you were a 5 star business, why would you put a new untrained employee to take customer information?!!! A credible 5 star business would NEVER put an untrained employee to help customers. I put a scooter on consignment about a year ago with Michael the owner told him how much my elderly mother needed to get for it several months later he sold it made money off of it for himself we were asking $2,200 it was a customized scooter ended up receiving less than $800 from Michael disappointed with his decision to screw people over. Federico himself greeted me. He was very sweet. I went in to get new hand and arm cushions for an old pair of crutches. I went out with those installed for me, but also with a really cool seated rollator that folds compactly, weighs only 16 lbs, and doesn't get stuck rolling through my narrowest doorway. It also cost a fair price, less than on Amazon for the same model. My mobility scooter was stolen and I had to have a scooter for business in Los Angeles. Fedricio rented me a scooter for the week and I was able to get everything critical done. As we put the scooter on the car, the Bruno lift wouln't go up or down and his techs spent a half hour finding out that a ground wire was bad and charged me an exceptionally reasonable fee so I could get on the road and get things done. Recently I went in to inquire about a hitch and carrier for my rollator I was told that the hitch was worth more than my rollator I told them that didn't matter because I needed a hitch and carrier . The guy did a good job of talking me out of purchasing the hitch and carrier. There are fancier shops for Mobility Scooters in Hemet, but you won't find one with a more honest owner/operator. Mike was just super with all my questions, concerns, etc., in buying my first "hot looking" scooter. We drove over from Palm Springs because of a used scooter he had advertised on craigs list. After test driving several units, and asking a multitude of questions, we decided on a new GT3 Super Scooter that sure turned heads in my neighborhood when I got it delivered today. We visited a much fancier shop in Hemet, but were given some misinformation, and just generally felt uncomfortable. He delivered the unit the same day we bought it, and went through everything thoroughly and encouraged me to drive it around the neighborhood for awhile, while he waited to make sure everything was working perfectly. We are completely impressed with this little mom and pop shop that still knows the meaning of old fashioned service and caring. read more

I went to Fredricos because of the good reviews and initially I was pleased. I purchased a mobility scooter, yes it was cheap, but it should have lasted more than 1 charge. I called and Mike said sure its a new battery under a years warranty bring it in. 70 miles coming down from Apple Valley. So Mike fixes the battery and sells me a new charger for $100. This time I get 1/2 mile before it dies when it had ben fully charged the previous night. I call Mike and tell him the problem and he agrees to trade The scooter in on a newer version. I know new cars lose massive amounts of value when you drive them off the lot, didn't realize that 2nd hand mobility scooter lose 50 % of their value in a month. I was upset that it had lost so much value, Mike offered to fix it but quite honestly Hemet is just too far and decided to have it looked at locally. What did they find? The new battery already fixed once by Mike was bad and had lose connections. Just saying. read more
