My dad passed back in 2018 and left us with a huge collection. Ron went out of his way to meet us with staff on a Saturday afternoon. He went through every book and box of stamps my dad left us. He was honest and to the point about value and not over stating anything. He was very kind to my 85 year old mom who just passed also. He was patient and said give him 6 months to a year to sell off everything. He always sent updates to us along the way and sure enough before a year was over he sold the entire collection. He got us a very fair price and a detailed report of everything he sold. It was a lot of work on his part and deserves everything he get's for the work he puts in.
