Update: here with another positive review for Dr. T…read more she called us this morning to check in on our dog and initially we had made a plan for the rest of the week, unfortunate that plan had to change when I found him outside, unable to get to his feet... I brought him to the clinic and she (and her team ) acted so quickly to get him in a room and comfortable. We were able to have some time with him and once he started to struggle, I put the call light on and they were there within seconds. I am so thankful we were able to give our wonderful boy a peaceful passing. And I am incredibly thankful that we had a compassionate, doctor and veterinary technician team.

I would give NO STARS IF I COULD! This is NOT about the…read moreclinic at all, but about Dr. Amber Hinsen. My husband & I are furious about the way we & our cat Blackjack were treated during a euthanasia. After an extended period "in the back" attempting to put in a catheter & then sedate "an agitated" cat who I gave to Tech Jamie purring, he was returned to the exam room with a gaping 4" bloody tear in his neck. Needless to say, we were shocked, but even more so when this doctor denied any knowledge of what happened to our cat! Even insinuating that we had done it by previous subcutaneous fluids over a month prior. She continued to lie to our face about this horrendous injury (pictures which I can't bear to look at) at which time I told her to just put our sweet boy, who never gave any vet, tech etc a minute trouble & purred thru every exam, to sleep & out of misery! I have been a long time client. I have brought many of my animals & spent thousands of dollars here, especially on some orthopedic surgery with Dr. Stockard who I highly recommend. I have written glowing past reviews & recommendations on his behalf. But I will never let this Dr. Hinsen touch any other animal I own, or she see any friend, family member. Also, I will negatively explain any community recommendation I am asked about. Someone man-handled, scruffed or hung my poor kitty by the neck to cause that disgusting injury. I had prepared myself for his loss. I had never prepared myself to live with the final sight of such a devastating injury caused by people I trusted with my fur-baby.

I have 4 dogs, I wanted a good veternaian closer to my home. I went to Dr. Presley other Drs. At…read morethat facility. I rescued two dogs. And one had a hematoma on his ear. They had me drop the dog off, not see a Vet and they would do surgury to relieve the pressure from the bleeding under his ear flat. I got the dog back a few hours later, his ear was filling up with fluid when I picked him up. The next day it was the same as when I drped him off. I did not get any info on how he was going to get relief. I was charged for an office visit, never got to speak to the vet Spent almost $400.00 dollars and the poor dog is in pain with swelling in his ear. So if you want a Veternarian that charges you money, but does not help your animals they are the ones to go to. The office Staff and vet techs are very nice, the Veternarian care STINKS!!!!!

I had a new patient appointment on 8/19/26. I called 8/5/26 to ask if they have fragrance in their…read moreoffices, waiting areas, or exam rooms. Sierra told me that they sometimes light a candle in the waiting area. I asked if she could not light it before my appointment because I will become ill. She said that they could try, but couldn't guarantee it. I told her that this concerns me because if I get there and I'm breathing in chemicals from the candle I will have to cancel my appointment and leave. I don't want my cat to go through the stress of getting there and then we have to leave and she can't be seen. She said she could try to put a sticky note by the candle on the 17th, but the boss likes them to light the candle sometimes because it gets smelly, but can't guarantee anything. I asked her if she could tell the boss and staff about my health condition so they do not light it and she said she can't guarantee no one will. When I'm exposed to fragrance my throat begins to close, my sinuses become inflamed, my eyes become very red and itchy. Additionally, I have flu like symptoms from head to toe, including my stomach and widespread body pain. This can last for days or longer and requires medical attention. It's an immune response which is something they should understand working in a medical practice. It is very common for animals to have allergies in Florida due to the environment, so it's not a new concept for them. The more I was attempting to brain storm ways to make it work, her tone of voice became more annoyed and condescending which I did not appreciate. There was no genuine empathy or an attempt to understand. It made me very uncomfortable. This isn't fun for me. I wish I didn't have this allergy, but I do. It's not something I can control, but adding chemicals to an environment is something that can be controlled. That is a choice. If you have a new patient coming to your business and her mom will become sick and need medical attention over a candle, why the candle can't be put away and the staff informed ahead of time is beyond comprehension. I told her I would have to think about this, she said "okay" like it didn't matter at all. The lack of compassion and professionalism was wild. I was getting ready to establish my cat with this vet for years and spend a lot of money having her teeth cleaned and X-rays performed. I was about to put my full trust into them with my precious cat who I love with all of my heart. I'm pretty shocked I was treated this way and wanted to share my experience so that others don't go through the same thing I did. When a place that works with animals treats people this way, it makes me question how they will treat my baby who can't speak or advocate for herself. It is not worth the risk. I found another vet's office that was understanding and kind so I will be taking my kitty to them. I will not be reading a reply from the business and I am not interested in any further communication.

I brought my 13 yr dog in months ago bc she wasn't acting right, I explained that I thought she was having seizures (spinning in circles and having trouble standing) and that she was hiding in weird places (laundry baskets and closets) and for reference on the size she's a husky mix) and they told me it was just her hips bc she's old and sent me off with anti inflammatories. Well I brought her in again and tried asking more questions like if she could have a brain tumor or if we could do something more for her, they dismissed my concerns and told me that was not what it was and they just raised the dose and told us to bring her in again if she had any problems. Well she's dead, I had to watch as she violently seized and gasped for breath and died in my arms. This could have been avoided if they had taken me seriously then if they told me she needed to be euthanized she wouldn't have had to go through that I am so beyond pissed off I will NEVER go back. On another note I brought my cat in a month ago as well and waited 2 HOURS for her to get her routine vaccines then they tried to tell me she needed $600 worth of testing bc they thought they heard a heart murmur, safe to say I'm going to go somewhere else for more testing.

I was told twhen I called that the owner isn't even the primary veterinarian there, as it stated on their website. The only vet they have there now is Dr Quinones-Viera and she's one I had it out with. She's incredibly rude and difficult to understand. Dr. Remillard, my advice to you would be to fix this problem or else you're gonna start losing more patients and recommendations.

I'd attach a photo but my experience with Pendragon Acres has left me with nothing to show for it…read more We were told there was a money back guarantee. Only to be rescheduled 3 times, on the 3rd time we arrived to the facility and waited for 30 minutes until calling in which resulted in the proprietor bursting from his hot tub and running inside his trailer. We immediately requested our money back through his office manager(s). Each time we were given an excuse or told to come back to the facility. After reading other reviews talking about him pulling a gun, we figured we'd skip that experience and asked (extremely nicely) to have our money mailed back to us via check. We were told multiple times the check was coming or had been sent. It never arrived. The money we gave this man in good faith was no small fee. We were told his services were the best. That he had an incredible pedigree of dogs and a large list of celebrity and government clients. We then turned to the BBB whom he stopped communicating with entirely. We were told that we needed to be consistent, we would have been, at least we were consistent in trying to show up for scheduled appointments. Even his office staff weren't helpful in getting a refund. I'm left to believe this entire organization is a front and a scam designed to take hard earned money from people. If you're reading this, you're doing your research. Listen to my warning and stay away from this business!

It is with great regret that I have to write this review, However, This Company deserves -5 stars…read more Not only do they not return phone calls when they know that they are in the wrong. But sold me a overly priced rescue dog which was from THEIR vets mouth. They should had never sold the puppies that were during the blueberry season since they live next to a blueberrry farm and that farm uses air cannons which has caused our new dog to have PTSD also has Hygroma from laying on concrete at the kennel they run. I do NOT care who they sold their dogs to all I wanted was a healthy puppy, What we got is a nightmare. Since I have alot of medical problems it has been very difficult controlling 10 month old puppy ( that we have had for 3 weeks ) to do anything when out for walks or to sometimes even to go outside if a someone is even talking that she doesn't recognize. We have only talked to owners twice after taking our puppy home, once to take her to the vet that they provide, and to make a time to come there and talk about taking her back. They say no refunds but they sold a puppy or should I say a lemon to us. Which by law constitutes for a refund and to take the merchandise back. While they have not returned our calls to discuss further since they had said to give it a few weeks and call back now refuse to answer or return calls. So not only are they liars they are very shady and should not be trusted. I hope this gets to anyone that wants to purchase a Shepherd, I would beg anyone to go some place else, do not go through what we have been through. I also will make sure that this business that has been going since "1920's" so I am told will be shut down if its the last thing I do on this earth. Very shameful that these beautiful animals are put in the positions that make them miserable. I only hope that this review gets to the AKC and the Human society.
