Don't ever buy a gift card here. I've been here over the years and easily spent over $1000 just in air fresheners for my wife. I've never had a problem, and would gladly recommend anyone here. I had a gift card with a large balance given to me for Christmas a few years back to this place. Since there was no expiration date, I sat on it. About a week ago I went in to use it. To my surprise, I was told they no longer use these gift cards. They had no way to access the card information. They refused to honor it, or give me any other option but to leave. Now I'm not sure what I'm going to do, but I won't throw it away. Currently looking into what I can do to get the money my family spent back by other means. I seen a video from Chemical Guys using tire shine and I recently bought a Mercedes so I really wanted it! I went into the store and they greeted me immediately. I forgot the guys name but he helped me pick out the right tire shine for me and explained to me things I didn't know like some tire spray "slings". I will start this review off by saying this has nothing to do with the chemical guys products. From what I have seen and used they are great, this is strictly related to my experience with management and how they dealt with an unhappy customer. Several weeks ago i purchased a new boat and motorhome. Wanting to take care of my investment I stopped in to grab some products for those vehicles as well as my Harley and 4 household cars, I believe I spent about 250 that day. One of the products I bought was a ceramic coating for about 110 dollars that I intended to apply to the motorhome. Fast forward 3 weeks and the more I look at the rv the less I trust my skill to apply the coating so today I went in to make a return and buy other products that may be a bit more user friendly. After walking in and letting them know I wanted to make a return the young man at the front told me to look for anything else I would want and he called his boss to ask how to proceed. As I was walking the store he came back and told me his boss said i would only be able to receive store credit. I asked him to call his boss back because i was starting to get bothered at that I couldn't have my money back even though I had followed their return policy. Boss got on the phone and after insisting I wanted cash back he told me there would be a 15% restocking fee and he was required to charge me because it was corporates rules and not his. I went on to remind him that the receipt say a restock fee "may" be applied not "will"be applied. He kept on insisting he had to because corporate mandated it at which point I reminded him he is a franchise not a corporate store. As a small business owner I understand the purpose of a restock fee, the item I returned was the size of an advil bottle and went into the display case 18 inches from the register and returned at a time when there was 2 employees sitting at the desk and no other customers in the store. From a business owner standpoint This was not the time to try and press the issue but to each their own. This message is to the owner or manager I spoke with today; this was not a matter of money, had I not been told I couldn't have my money back I would have gladly spent it all and kept coming back for more. I truly hope the $8.89 you kept to "restock" the item was worth it because you failed at customer service and lost a customer that truly liked your store. At a time when brick and mortars struggle to stay afloat you just sent somebody with a fair share of disposable income back to amazon. Thanks goodness for prime! read more

They have a decent selection of quality machines from Torq to Rupes, so you'll find something that fits your budget. I ended up picking up the new Rupes 21 MkII -- it's great to see a local store carrying high-end products to try and buy, without having to go online. Pricing is identical to the chemicalguys website, so you don't have to fuss with wondering if you're getting the best price. All website deals also appear to be available, but ask the staff first. Huge selection of products -- waxes, soap, tools/brushes/buckets/mitts/towels -- they'll very likely have anything you'd need from hobbyist to professional. read more
