    my 20 year old Lexus RX330 was totaled when some jack hole ran a red light and hit my husband while he was taking my car for an oil change. Having to buy a car unexpectedly is never fun, and having an unexpected car note after 15 years isn't either. I'd been saying for years that I needed a larger vehicle since I now have several grandchildren, so I decided to purchase a minivan.After shopping several websites, I selected a van at STG in Montclair. I made an appointment, but when I arrived I was told to wait and after 15 minutes of being ignored I walked out. Went around the corner to Enterprise Car Sales. Best decision I ever made. Was greeted promptly by Sam, told him what I wanted and he got it for me. Test drove the van, the price was fair, but I needed to be sure. Went to a different place the next day, no luck. Sam called me he next morning to say he had another van for me to look at. Went in, test drove it, test drove the one I'd looked at previously for comparison, and decided to go with my original choice. The finance process was quick, everything was above board, no price switching or hidden charges. Plus Sam himself is a sweetheart; we are seniors and he explained all the new technology in the car and showed us how everything worked. It was like buying from my son. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good used car with a 12 month warranty and no haggle pricing you head to Enterprise car sales in Montclair

    This week My business was interrupted by an unexpected vehicle breakdown and really put me in a bad position. I had put a lot of miles on my truck trying to keep it on road , when I realized I was at my end point and had to get a another vehicle I hadn't bought a vehicle in over a decade And I was not looking forward to the experience of tracking down and haggling the vehicle I needed I was aware of Enterprise truck sales And since my ARROWHEAD credit Union works directly with Enterprise I made the call, Charles answered his phone And immediately sent me potential pictures of vehicles Charles quickly and easily took my information contacted my bank without me, lifting a finger or a phone and handle all the paperwork immediately on the vehicle we had picked I made my first phone call at 11:45 I drove the vehicle off the lot at 7:30 and that was only because they had to bring it from another county Charles made my transaction the easiest thing I could've ever imagined when buying a car Total gold star service I would highly recommend Charles and Enterprise when looking for a vehicle You will not be disappointed !

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have been searching for a used car for several weeks. I went to four different dealerships in person and wasted time negotiating with shifty dealers who mark up their online prices by thousands. I came across this business on Yelp and was surprised by the high ratings so I explored their website and found the one I loved right away! I booked an appointment via their website the night before the test drive and it went so well! Luis was professional, polite, and helpful.     Was so confused when I started looking for a new car this time around. Jasmine Almazon was great and allowed us to negotiate above the original cash back offer but below our counter as they valued some repairs at $2000 for our 2020 Jeep Wrangler. Jasmine kept us updated throughout the process despite it being longer than expected once the inspection was completed. Overall a good experience.

    First of all I would like to say read this whole review…read more I am writing this review since I got about 20 messages to please leave them one from the automated text even about 3 months later.. First I would like to thank my salesman Anthony (Tony) for helping me with my purchase. I got a ford f-150 from this dealership and Tony was helpful with me test driving the vehicle and I purchased the vehicle from them. He was very kind and nice and I have no complaints about him. Now after test driving the vehicle we got back to the desk and I wanted to talk numbers. Anthony told me the selling price of the truck and it had a $5,000 accessory fee added. Please keep in mind I came a couple days before to test drive an f-150 and it was a v6 but I was interested in the v8 which at the time he let me know they had barely received and was not ready. He contacted me a couple days later saying the v8 was going to be ready same day after their mechanics looked into it to see if it was worth selling (if not they would send it to auction because it wasn't worth fixing/selling) so I went in to test drive the truck and wanted to talk about numbers. This is when my experience turn bad. I told him I would like to purchase the truck at the listed price without the accessories and he went to to speak with his manager "Hector" Now hector is a closing manager and his only job is to make you spend more money on their vehicles He also stated that the truck ALREADY came with all the accessories included meaning they add them before they sell them... remember that I asked the hardest question a manager could answer. "Do I HAVE to purchase the accessories if i would like to buy this vehicle " Which hector replied " you do not need to buy this vehicle if you don't want to..." I told him I would like to buy the vehicle but do not need any accessories He replied with " then I will not sell you this vehicle then, I will not accept your offer" Me sadden by hearing that after waisted 5 hours there I felt that I had found a truck I had liked and was pushed to purchase the accessories it turned into a bad experience. Unfortunately I left with a truck that had mix matched tires with different tread life on them (because they passed their tread inspection) a truck with no second key or with any floor mats, a truck with paint in the bed liner that they were supposed to remove but only removed a section where the previous owner spray pained a license plate ( there were other parts of the bed that still have paint but they didn't want to clean those parts) a truck that was supposed to be detailed but they failed to do that (there was parts of the truck that had tape residue form their dealer paper that was sticked on. Please keep in mind the manager hector was negotiating me the value of this truck when he clearly didn't know 99% of the problem this truck had. He didn't know there was spray paint on the bed, he didn't know it didn't have floor mats (which he told me to go buy) he told me no way he would put matching tires on the truck (front tires are dry rotted) The only positive thing I will say is that service fixed a broken part of the truck (check engine light the moment I got on the freeway from purchasing my truck) and the guy named (Isaiah) he helped me and fixed the problem so appreciate that. Apart from that my credit union had me pay the accessories from the truck and I had to come out of pocket for things I didn't even need but like hector said the dealership needs to make money so good for them I guess. I did not buy any dodge product I only went there since they had a truck I was interested in. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place because of the experience I received form the manager hector. I hope this helps...

In other words I truly wanted this review to be full of truth of experience and worth. Couple of things I was worried about. Buying a Car off Holt. Lets be honest there are not a lot of things that I have known that are good to buy off Holt other than street tacos. Not exactly the place I would think I would have an amazing customer service experience with great people and great product. Steve, and the Team here is what I would call Magnificent. I was not exactly what you would call an easy sale. I was also a bit strangely organized financially because of my type of business so I proved to be a bit of a challenge for them. Calm and collected they were never worried. Only me. I left this place driving an excellent car with great milage and what I would call no buyer remorse. Mostly because of the experience which I thought would or could get salted over time but it has not. There were a few issues with my purchase that involved the navigation and control module. Steve assured me he would help me take care of it and another minor issue was that the lights are so fogged up they hardly look they are on. Once I get to a place where I can drop this car off I will have it handled but either way I can say this. There is reason why this organization is 5 Stars. They do everything right. They have the cars you are looking for and more importantly the attitude needed to make a good experience. In sales its about the CAN DO attitude. I was frustrated and felt a bit hopeless and they made me feel like I mattered. Steve Knows Sales and the Finance Guy not only knew finances but also computers. It feels good to be treated with respect. This is going to be the place my entire family and friends get their cars from. Here are the reasons. The 2 Lacosta brothers running this business are the most honest and trustworthy salesmen you can find in the area. They specialize in affordable used cars! Come here to buy, sell or trade! My family has been coming here since our struggling origins. When I say struggles, I mean, we were a ONE CAR household. My dad would drop my mom off at work in the mornings and either he or my aunt would pick my mom up from work. We had a humble living and even with one car, we couldn't afford anything too new. The La Costa brothers were there to provide their automotive knowledge and extremely reliable recommendations. The cars we purchased from them throughout the years had no headaches. When it was time to afford to budget a second car into our household, it was legendary. We felt extremely blessed and fulfilled to have what others would imagine to be basic necessities. La Costa Auto Sales was a major factor in making that transition possible for their reasonable rates and reliability. I will always always feel grateful that they were able to be there for us during tough times. Pass forward to the present, we are blessed to afford to buy newer cars from the Honda dealership, but that leaves us with an "old" car on hand. Honda offered quite an insulting value, and my dad immediately said No thank you! We knew selling it to La Costa Auto Sales would be an honest amount, whatever the offer would be. We saw Steve, and he did a thorough inspection and pulled up the car's official reports, and gave us his professional opinion. My disappointment began when I took my car to my mechanic to have it inspected. Danny sent me a picture of him standing in front of the car, up on the lift, and their mechanic inspecting the rear end of the car. See attached pictures and text. My mechanic put the car up on his rack and immediately determined this car had been in a severe accident which damaged the rear end of the car, that had been repaired and there were also many prominent areas of visible rust that had be growing for awhile. I was assured this car had never been in an accident and (you'll see from the attached pictures and text) assured it had been thoroughly inspected prior to my driving it. How frustrating and disappointing I wasn't informed by anyone at California Direct Motors of this obvious accident. So even though I would recommend Danny as a good salesperson, I can't in good conscious recommend this dealership. And I purchased my current car from another dealership. Acknowledging all your concerns and gets your vehicle fixed in a timely matter. When ever I go get my Integra fixed for maintenance or repairs she is the only person I deal with. Service department is phenomenal. Just stay away from sales side, they get upset if you dont buy gap or extended warranty when buying out a lease. And will change APRs for not purchasing what they want. My first apr rate was 6.0 but once I didnt buy warranty they switched it to 8.9 and I have the photos to prove it. Definitely Avoid Armando Perez sales manager and Armando the closer.

    I want to preface this by saying the guy who helped us out was nice but bad taste in our mouth…read moreafter they have the car listed aggressively low online but had hidden & huge "dealer added fees." Now I know most dealerships will have those, and normally, I call ahead and ask if they have any and if those fees are negotiable or mandatory. Most of the time dealerships will skirt around it and say we can always work something out but I usually don't go to that dealer unless they don't have ANY fees or say it's totally optional. So again, this was on me for not calling ahead. But we packed up our 8 week old. Drove 1.5 hours away ready to purchase and after the test drive we were showed these fees. And after several back and forth, there was no movement. We offered to pay the sticker price (+ tax, license & fees) AND we were trading in an old vehicle (not work much, but running). I mean $5,480 of dealer added fees is ridiculous. So my warning is to be aware of these fees, ask ahead of time before you waste your time. Everything happens for a reason though because we ended up finding a 2022 KIA Sorrento SX Prestige S Line with about 58,000 miles on it for LOWER. I mean it's the highest possible trim level for that model that year and it's a sweet car. Brown interior, heated leather seats, moonroof, anything you need! And it was about $25,000 list price. I called ahead, got an offer in writing (including the trade in value of my husband's car) and no dealer added fees. We came with a check in hand, drove the car and was out of there with the new! WAY better experience @ Wondries Toyota in Alhambra.

He was very honest about the history of the vehicle we went to see, addressed all the concerns we had with the history report as well. I may be wrong but I believe he is a one-man show. He purchases, inspects, repairs himself if viable, and sells the vehicles. He was also hands-off in the best way possible, letting us take our time looking over the vehicle without hovering so we could discuss any matters we wanted to without feeling like we were being listened in on. He allowed us to test drive the vehicle without him present and also took us for a test drive to display his confidence in the vehicle's performance. I believe all the vehicles he has listed on his website are at or below market value so his pricing is rather transparent. Similar vehicles we had gone to see were priced $1-2k more than what Arian had ours listed at. After purchase, we genuinely felt like Arian's main focus was not to sell us car and complete the sale, but to make sure we were confident in our purchase and made the decision that was right for us. I have already referred some family members and if I need another vehicle in the future, I will definitely be coming to Arian at Baron Elite first. Thank you Arian for the smoothest car buying experience we have ever had.
