So disgusting and truly very disappointed in this business. I was highly recommend to buy my auto parts here. Most Of you who know me know I have money and am honest. I pay for my services and you can ask my business partners. Well this older gentleman went off on me. Was upset because I took a front end grill off the rack to look at. The customer service vulgarity that he let me know was so degrading that I truly was insulted. I carry cash and my cards. I don't steal nor not pay for rendered service. Your parts are so cheap they are plastic. You were giving me a deal on old parts because your business is upside down. Your truly ripping people off because the same quote you gave me Amazon has for $30 cheaper so with that being said stop pressuring the customers to buy your really good deals because they're not. I am truly standing on my truth and I'm not sorry for writing this review which is an honest review. He was so pissed off that when he was yelling at me he told me if I break it I damage it it was not good. So with that being said I told him I don't steal and if I would've broke your plastic part I would've paid for it so that's where I'm saying you can't judge someone or treat someone so rudely at your business establishment So before you treat your customers so poorly make sure you remember that they are your customers. They provide your daily bread for yourself for your family or whatever your business needs are and you wonder why you're upside down in your business your business was so full of dust it's sad I pray and hope that you can conduct yourself in a more businesslike manner and know that this will not stop here for each customer that you lose you've lost a lifelong customer. Bad Business! I came across this company at Pomona swapmeet. I saw a grille and headlight set I wanted. Unfortunately, I had no room to carry them with all the other items I bought from other vendors at the swapmeet. The guy from Patron Automotive said if I wanted to pick them up from the shop a few days later, he will still give me the same price. I drove all the way from Riverside to Pomona for the guys at the shop to tell me that they couldn't honor that. Charging me $50 dollars more than what I was told. NO THANKS!!
