The two-man team worked liked a well-oiled machine and they were courteous and professional the entire time they were here. They communicated with each other as they brought each piece of furniture into the house and placed it exactly where I wanted it. They treated our possessions as if they were their own which was absolutely NOT the case with the moving company (Hill Moving in Poulsbo, WA) that packed up our house for our move out of Washington. So in a panic and a ton of humble pie I called them and they not only got me scheduled into their schedule for that day but did an amazing job. Alex and Eli showed up loaded up my apartment and then delivered my furniture and items safely to the new location. My move was cancelled via phone 2 hours before arrival and set for the next day. But what I had booked changed. Instead of 3 men and a big truck, there were only 2 and the smallest truck the company runs. I have at least 3 bedrooms worth of stuff and a full garage. My house is maybe 1/4 moved over and I have to do most of this by myself since the move did not go as planned. I don't think I would book this company again for what happened. This has done nothing but add anxiety to my situation and also my job. I have taken off work to find out my move was cancelled. So, the thing is, that's not time I get back because I used PTO. This is a long review so you can tell I am very disappointed with my service. I thought this was a local service but it's just another chain that doesn't seem to understand how much stress you have added to my life in one week.

There was no way that I was going to be able to help husband get it downstairs. I called CDA Movers and they were able to fit me into their tight schedule. The guys were here for a little over 30 mins and it took quite a bit of work to get it downstairs and through the doorway. They had to take it out of the box at the bottom of the stairs because the box wouldn't fit through the doorway. Glad we have this good, honest company in available in our community!

After delivery of furniture, etc (less than 5 miles they charged me even more to unload!! Another $2200 (this did cover the 3 nights storge & the 2 xtra guys for 1 1/2 hours) they charged me about $1300 more for unloading for a total of $2600 just to load & unload 6. Today is almost the end of June 10 - three+ weeks and though I've been told this will be handled there has been a 1x effort an now no response The guys loading were friendly.

Many items were not loaded including a patio table and chairs, power washer, generator, shop vacuum, yard tools, hoses, ladder, cabinets, large shop light, etc. It was in the contract that all boxes would be put in the rooms they were labeled for and that all beds and tables would be reassembled. This didn't happen. The legs of tables were put in boxes, not labled. He had no where to sleep. When my friend told him about the sloppy job, the owner told him he would get guys in there to do the work. That took 3 weeks! But the tables were not put together. He also told my friend he would get a pickup and trailer and get the garage items brought to him. This has not happened. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY.

I called told them, told Philip what my dilemma was and he said no problem. They would let me know when a time would be that they could make it out. It was short notice, I just looked down the three flights of stairs and thought oh my goodness what have I done? seem like it was planned out too well for me. It took Justin and Trent 35 minutes to bring my bed up and they even set it up for me. I truly would recommend this company again. They were great to work with!!! Justin and Trent they cleaned up after themselves with all my boxes, took them to the dumpster for me. I felt blessed that they were so kind.
