The Hospital and staff are fantastic…read more The main issue is the parking. There is next to no handicap parking, (far less than a hospital should have, at any rate) and the Valet is often not there, like to take your car, or to bring it back. I've noticed on super busy days they only have one valet at the stand in front of the Building Q. So cars and people waiting to retrieve their cars are stacked up waiting on one poor valet to hustle around getting everyones cars taken care of. The valet service needs to HIRE more people and PAY them better so they stay with the company. This screams bad management. No one should be the only person at a valet stand. Especially not at a busy hospital when people have appointments to get to on time, and there is next to no ADA parking.

No nurse EVER came in to check up on us or say "the doctor is running late...." Perhaps if there was so communication, I wouldn't write such a horrible review, but this was just awful! After the doctor spent 2 minutes looks at my son's broken wrist, he said "looks like he healed fine...." Which his wrist was STILL SWOLLEN! We went to Stanford and his PCP there was PISSED! She said he needed to wear his wrist brace at LEAST 6-8 more weeks as she ordered 2 X rays and OT! This doctor dismissed my son since he's an older teenager and said he'd be fine..... ughhhh

I am very glad to have met him at NLRC in-patient as well as to have become a client of his at both IOP and as my personal therapist. Finding competent mental health in the Bay area is a great challenge. When I met Chris however, it quickly became obvious that his resoundingly positive attitude coupled with his pragmatic analytical techniques were the right combination of both softening and challenging my hard-ass attitude and that this would set the stage for prescribing a program of cognitive behavioral therapy forward that his helping guide may self actualization.

He's gifted in decerning areas of struggle; he asked clever clarifying questions to get to the root of my problematic areas, then we designed an outline for recovery. Chris has a very drawing personality to him. He's always positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping people overcome their difficulties to make them stronger. As we continue working together over the years, Chris has a clear outline and systematic process I needed to follow to recondition my thinking, adopt new coping skills, and understand the areas I need to focus on improving. Rather it is positive self-talk, improving my relationships, or even establishing better habits and routines. Nothing has been overlooked. He provided a goal-oriented program that has saved my life. Over the years, I slowly began to think differently about my life and myself. I've learned healthy thinking, behaviors, and habits that set me up for success and enable me to love myself and others genuinely. I don't think about harming myself; I no longer lash out in anger or participate in destructive vices or addictions. During times of difficulty or significant stress, Chris has always made himself available, and he's been instrumental in talking me off a cliff from time to time. I think the most significant attribute Chris has is that he's trustworthy. I truly trust Chris wants the best for me, that he's dedicated to his work and honestly puts his best effort into everything he does for others. For him, this isn't a job; it's a calling. Chris - I can't thank you enough for showing me the way to a happy, healthy, fulfilled life. I'm genuinely grateful for your guidance and your support.

I have been a patient of Glenn Fabian since January 2026 following my bilateral total knee…read morereplacement surgery, and I can say without hesitation that he is one of the most knowledgeable and skilled physical therapists I have ever worked with. Glenn is truly at the top of his profession. As a Registered Nurse, I believe healthcare professionals tend to be particularly discerning and detail-oriented when it comes to our own medical care and rehabilitation. We pay close attention to clinical judgment, competency, patient safety, communication, and outcomes. Glenn exceeded my expectations in every area. From the very beginning, Glenn demonstrated an exceptional understanding of the human body, postoperative recovery, biomechanics, pain management, and the complex healing process that follows major orthopedic surgery. What sets him apart is not only his technical expertise, but his ability to assess the body as an interconnected system rather than simply treating symptoms in isolation. Recovery from bilateral knee replacements is physically and mentally demanding, and Glenn consistently provided the right balance of clinical precision, encouragement, accountability, and individualized care. He carefully tailored each session to my specific stage of healing, limitations, and progress while continually adapting treatment strategies based on how my body responded. His depth of knowledge in manual therapy, mobility, strengthening, fascia and movement patterns, breathing mechanics, and functional recovery is remarkable. Glenn has an incredible ability to identify underlying issues contributing to pain, stiffness, compensation, or restricted movement and then address them effectively with hands on treatment and targeted rehabilitation strategies. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and his genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for his patients. He takes the time to educate, explain the rationale behind treatment approaches, and ensure you fully understand the recovery process. That level of communication, professionalism, and expertise builds tremendous confidence and trust during rehabilitation. Thanks to Glenn's guidance, skill, and dedication, I have made significant progress in my recovery and regained strength, mobility, and function far beyond what I expected this early in the process. If you are looking for a physical therapist who is exceptionally experienced, highly intelligent, compassionate, and deeply invested in patient outcomes, I would recommend Glenn Fabian without reservation. He is an outstanding clinician and an absolute asset to his profession.

There was no one at the desk at first, but one of the acupuncturists soon came out and checked me in. She showed me where the restrooms were, asked me to take a seat and said my acupuncturist would soon be with me. My acupuncturist asked me some health questions in the private room where I was to have my treatment. She listened and didn't dismiss anything I said like my regular doctor often does. Then she explained where she would be inserting the needles and why. She also went into detail about what I could expect during the session, which I appreciated. Most of the needle insertions were painless, but a few hurt a bit. The pain went away quickly. The acupuncturist turned out the lights and left the room as I laid on my back on the table with the needles in me. I couldn't feel them as long as I didn't move. I'm not sure how long I laid there, but it was very warm and relaxing with gentle music playing. I almost fell asleep. I had a button I could press if I needed help and the acupuncturist checked on me a couple times. She removed the needles and then had me rollover on to my stomach for cupping on my upper back to help with pain relief in my neck and shoulders. After the session my migraine was gone and my neck and shoulder pain had decreased. I made several more appointments and look forward to them.

I was told that I had to make an appointment via phone for the Groupon. Damian did not pick up the phone or let me know any of this information during the multiple times I contacted Damian. This seems to be a repeat pattern with other reviews indicating the same thing. Still have not been able to get a refund for my Groupon even though Damian refused to see me. Another update that I was told I must delete my review if I want a refund and was sent a rude message when I refused.

I also bought a Groupon to try out this spa. The scheduling process took almost a month which is crazy. Here's the rundown of what happened: - I've emailed the spa to make an appointment but they take basically days to respond. - I had to contact them on IG and call their phone number multiple times to reach them - They also didn't even book the appointment under the right name. - I specifically said in the DMs that I am scheduling for TWO people. Then on the very day of the appointment, they said they only have it scheduled for one person. This entire process just turned me down from this place and made me realize that getting this facial wasn't worth it- so I reached out to Groupon and they kindly proceeded with my refund. I even saw a recent review that describes nearly the same experience I have- which was not there when I was vetting places on Groupon for facials. If I were to recommend someone to this place, it'd be my biggest enemies. Just don't come here unless you got time on your hands to waste. At the very least, use Square or some other booking service because this is the most unorganized establishment I've ever been to.
