I even fell asleep during the foot massage part of it. The reasons Im giving a 1 star are for the following reasons: 1. they didn't provide water when you leave, which is common in massage businesses 2. Demanding for a certain quantity for a tip seems unprofessional to me. 3. The place has not been updated with towels and such. 4. The dogs from Petco can be heard through the walls. I understand there isn't much that can be done, but a suggestion might be to turn up the calming relaxing music or provide complimented ear plugs to mitigate the barking. 5. I didn't appreciate the massage therapist sighing at me when I asked her to put less pressure.

The next day my sister's body hurt really bad, she even had bruises (and she's not one easy to bruise, that's me) because of the elbow massages even though she told her not to. She cuts corners with massaging to where I have left now both times feeling more uncomfortable than I did going in. And on top of it, she uses a thick blanket as a barrier that you can barely feel anything. She also acts like it's an inconvenience to get a massage with her. I know she probably has been doing it for a while but she has lost her touch but It's to the point you're either going in for an amazing massage with the younger lady or a terrible massage where she doesn't even hit all the spots.
