Their Yelp info said they take walk-ins, so I called and Susan told me I could be seen right away. I showed up within ten minutes and she greeted me in a friendly manner, then showed me the pricing. They do have you pay up front, which I was a little concerned about, but it ended up being amazing so my fears were unfounded. I am SO glad that I found Harmony because Susan's massage ended up being one of the best I've ever had. She listened to me when I asked for more or less pressure, and was very thorough in her techniques. I was having tension headaches for a week or so before seeing her, and after leaving I felt like pudding (and still do, days later). I will definitely be back. I will say this as a side note: the music playing, while relaxing, was one single song on repeat. If you're someone who pays attention to stuff like that, it may be a small annoyance, but the massage is worth it. ;-)

I usually get the 90-minute Swedish and Thai combo massage and I always have a great experience with her. Patty is very sweet and applies the perfect amount of pressure. I carry a lot of tightness in my neck, shoulders and back from stress, TMJ and an old sports injury in my right shoulder. She does a great job finding the areas that need some extra attention and really works on the tightness and knots. I've never been a fan of deep tissue massages, so the Swedish and Thai combo is perfect for me. It's mostly a relaxing Swedish-style massage with some stretching mixed in for the Thai portion. I'm able to completely relax during my appointments and sometimes even fall asleep. I always feel so much better afterward and I get the best massages from Patty. After I asked again, her attitude completely changed. She became rough, seemed annoyed, and made me feel uncomfortable for simply asking for what I wanted worked on. I understand everyone has off days, but there's no reason to be rude or aggressive with a customer. It's really disappointing because I've been a loyal customer for years, but after this experience, I won't be coming back. It's unfortunate to lose a customer over something that could have been handled so differently.

I called and was able to make a same day appointment. The location is very convenient to where I…read morelive and I wanted to give it a try since my neck and shoulders were bothering me so much. I was greeted right away and then went inside the first room. The rooms are not completely private rooms. There are dividers and curtains to make you feel like you're separated. There is also calm music playing in the background but you can still hear people moving around outside the room. It wasn't a problem for me. The area was very clean. I decided to go with a 60 min deep tissue massage. The first masseuse who worked on me did an amazing job, I really enjoyed the pressure she used as it was just right. Halfway through, another customer requested her so a second masseuse took over for me and she was great as well! Her pressure was a bit harder but I didn't mind as I have such stubborn knots. Everyone was very kind and friendly. The cost was pretty good compared to other places I've been. I think the price is very reasonable especially since the rooms are not completely private. There is a $2 credit card fee. Parking lot is small but you can also park along the street if it's full. Will definitely have to come back again!
