I debated writing this review for a long time. This happened a few years ago when the business was new, and I originally didn't want to hurt a small business, but the experience has stuck with me. During my first visit (around the COVID period), I was given a promotional card for a large discount if I came back soon. It honestly seemed too good to be true, but I returned a few days later to use it. When I got there, they suddenly said the promotion didn't apply and that I had to pay full price. It was the same employee who gave me the card, and he even called his boss, but the explanation kept changing. In the end, they refused to honor the promotion they gave me. I still went through with the appointment because I already felt awkward leaving. After multiple add-ons and charges, the total came out to over $400 for the facial and services. The services themselves were average at best, and they were extremely pushy about a large tip afterward. The whole experience felt like shady business practices, misleading promotions, pressure to spend more, and pressure to tip big. The spa environment itself was also pretty unappealing and felt more like a warehouse than a relaxing spa. Overall, it left a very bad impression. I'll never return. read more

Mega Zing Spa offers massages, table showers, skin care, waxing and eyelashes services. I came here following my favorite masseuse Lucy! I feel a business provides a location, equipment, ambiance, but one of the key influencers of a massage is the staff who is doing the massage. I have followed Lucy from business to business and I have been consistently taken care of in her care. I decided to indulge with 2 services. I opted for the Table Shower with Whole Body Scrub ($65) and a 60 Minute Foot Massage ($50). I honestly just got the table shower cause it seemed like something interesting to try. They have a special room with a service table shower and a shower if you need it. Lucy turned on a space heater for the room and I soon understood why. It was cold inside that room. Lucy filled the shower table with warm water for me and left the room for me to start off face down. There was a towel for me to cover my butt. It was super cold, so I'm glad the water was warm and the space heater was there. The exfoliation was really nice. She had a exfoliation glove and it felt like a sugar scrub that she applied in circular motion and exfoliated me. After the back side I flipped over face up. All the areas that needed to be covered was covered. It was a relaxing experience and really reminded me of when my grandma bathe me as a child and soaped my back in a loving way. After the table shower with whole body scrub, I got dressed and headed out to the foot massage area. There were 3 foot massage chairs separated by some curtains. You are able to lay down with a slight angle for your head to be propped up comfortably and they had the plushiest pillow. We started off face up where she spent about 10 minutes on my head, shoulder, neck and arms. Then afterwards the majority of the time was spent on the feet, which I needed since wearing high heels hurt my feet. Then towards the end, I flip over face down for a quick 10 minute back massage to wrap things up. Incredible. So relaxing! Lucy is so intuitive and she has the perfect amount of pressure in each spot. She would check on me from time to time to ask if I needed more or less pressure but I'm like it's already perfect. When I checked out, they even gave me a stamp card. You get 1 stamp for every $50 you spend. After 10 stamps, you can earn a 1 hour body massage. What a treat! The scrub is fun to do once in a while for a polish, but I think when I come back I will do their Combination Massage ($80) where you get 60 minutes for the full body back massage with 30 minutes of reflexology. Yes I was mad but for whatever reason I decided I didn't want to drive far for a much needed massage. So here we are and now I'm fully committed to keep going to see MIMI! I found my lady. She is thee very best and after my 90 minute massage with hot stones, I felt relaxed and ready to just sleep on my day off. She doesn't give any half assed elbow massage. No, she really uses her hands to get into those knots and takes her time. I loved the hot oil massage too. When I thought the massage was done, I was surprised it wasn't. I had already felt so relaxed at that moment so when she told me to flip over for another 30 minutes I was like "yes thank you, it's not over!" I could've been there all day and I'd be ok with it. Located right next to the 57 freeway off Arrow highway, I've always seen the place but finally decided to drop by. Their massage prices are reasonable ($60 full body) and they have couples rooms which are clean and comfortable. Every time I've gone I've had a different masseuse , so sometimes it's hit or miss , but overall I've enjoyed my hour sessions here. Make sure to let them know your preferences as they're all very receptive to making sure you are having a good experience. With the full body, they offer free hot stone massage, but I usually opt out. Call before you come to make an appointment , but usually I don't have any problems coming in within the hour. read more

It came out to be a little under 20$ tip for a 90 minute massage. Everything was great until the end.. before leaving the room the therapist (I believe her name is Cindy) requested additional tip. I'm thinking to myself, 20% was more than enough. I get to the front desk, she asked if I had cash, I said no. THIS WAS THE BEST MASSAGE EVER! If you know me I LOVE massages, and need one at least once a month. VIC, my massage therapist was the best and very professional. I got a 60 minute (A whole 60 minutes, not that 50 minute massage that those big massage places do) and a 30 minute foot reflexology with VIC and oh my goodness! It was deep tissue but yet it was also relaxing?... I love going to Asian Spas because they incorporate techniques that other spas do not. She massaged me, stretched me, and gave me an amazing foot reflexology massage, I was in heaven! Now lets talk about how that all only cost $70!? At other "spas" that would be like $200! And VIC did so much better than any other place I've been. Also, they have a punch card, where after you get 10 massages, you get $25 off! I am so happy I found this place! And yes, they are abiding by state guidelines and keeping safe. My temperature was checked and both my mask and my massage therapist's mask were on the whole time. I came tonight for 1 hour full body massage and was very disappointed. The masseuse kept stepping out, every time there was customer coming in and she would also take phone calls for appointments. She has no massage technique and was massaging so lightly even though I told her to put some pressure. Ouch. Despite asking the lady to ease up on the massage a couple times, it was still rough. I've had several massages before and this person had no technique, no flow, seemed to not know how to give proper massages. The lighting was awful. There was no background sound, no scents (candle or in the oil). I was not impressed at all and will not return. There are plenty other places for a relaxing massage. This isn't one of them. I found this newer massage spot on Yelp, so we thought we would give it a try. I am not a big fan of giving unfavorable reviews, but I had to based on the low-quality massage we received. It was honestly one of the worst massages we have received. In addition to the massage being a lower quality massage, we paid for a 90 minute massage and received a 80 minute massage. In addition, the massage comes with a hot stone massage, which is something my husband was looking forward to. Can you believe they put the hot stones on my husband's legs instead of his back? By the time his massage therapist got the hot stones, he was already laying on his back so the therapist put his leg at a 90 degree angle to put the rocks on his legs. The massages we have received from other massage places put the hot stones on your back and then put the remaining ones on your leg. Lastly, the massage face cradle they use is extremely uncomfortable and hurts the jaw of your face. It is not like the ones you normally have at most massage places where it is adjustable. The massage table just had a small opening where there is a towel piled up where you put your face into. It is also difficult to breathe through it when you have a face mask on since the hole is surrounded with a layer of towels. The gentleman at the front was friendly and even gave us a gift for coming in for the first time, it is just unfortunate we will not be coming back. There are plenty of other massage places who charge less and give better quality massages. Massage: Good 90 min deep tissue with hot stones $80 (manager's special). Foot scrub and peel $15: Bad They take SUPER DRY pumise (like the sand) and rub it all over the feet. I don't think it would feel so bad if it wasn't so dry. Like it came from the desert. Then when she put the hot towel, she literally burned my ankles. I legitimately recoiled and screamed. She was all like "I was about to ask if it was too hot". The peel part is non-existent. I thought it was an actual peel, but the peeling part is implied with the sand scrub. Atmosphere: Average You get a private room, which is super awesome. The first time I went was a Tuesday at 8:30 pm. It was super quiet (I think I was the only one there). The second time I went was on a Saturday at 2:30pm. The second time, I was really disappointed by the amount of loud talking that was occurring. I don't know if it's the customers. I don't know if it's the staff. Regardless it's distracting and totally takes away from the experience. Full body scrub: My cousin REFUSED to proceed with this service after seeing the scrubbing area. She literally called it a "germ pool. I'm not surprised if it has fungus." She was expected to lie on her belly naked in some nasty shallow bath tub, sticking her face into like a drain. Eww. I would have rated my first experience 5 stars. I came here to get a massage with my daughter who is an athlete and training to go to USC on a volleyball scholarship. She has been working hard, so I thought that I would treat her to a relaxing hour massage and decided to get one as well ! Odd, i thought as she literally just started...fast forward 10 minutes she left AGAIN Now mind you, I have a towel over my face but with my daughter laying right next to me I am listening to every single thing to make sure she stays okay. Lady came back, k cool only to LEAVE AGAIN LIKE WTF??? After this 4th TIME OF LEAVING I took the towel off my face and asked what was going on ? My daughter said "Mom she left 5 times, I counted" I was LIVID !!!!! I couldn't even enjoy the rest of my massage knowing my daughter was being treated like this. After I received a second degree burn on my ankle from the hot stone (that I could hear my girl get outta the microwave (slammed the door)) I said I'm done I apologized to my daughter as this was not the relaxing experience that was promised. To make matters worse when we went to pay, the girl at the front desk asked how it was I legit said "the lady kept leaving " Girl said "the lady not breathing " Me: "No, she kept LEAVING " Girl: *LOOKS SHOCKED "SHE NOT BREATHING???"
