When it gave up in July, we called their 24-hour number in the middle of the night, and somebody was there to work on it by late afternoon the next day. It made a difference with her doing that. I liked them compared to who I had to fix the underlying AC I had. I will def call them again if I have future AC issues and the cost was reasonable.
