New to Accurate Auto Care and I couldn't be happier! Mike and Peter are knowledgeable mechanics. They replaced the radiator of my 2005 Sienna minivan on my first visit. I called in the morning and my car was fixed by evening. Their pricing was great and when I picked my car up it had been washed. WOW, I didn't expect that. Today I called in a panic because my son's driver's side door wouldn't close. Bernadette, the office manager, told me to bring it right in. I did so and Peter had it fixed in a couple minutes. He even showed my son what to do should it happen again. Oh, and he did it at NO CHARGE! I have to say their customer service is awesome. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. These are Toyota experts!! These are the most honest mechanics I have ever found. We recently had an issue with our Toyota Sienna, and after their review they discovered the issue was part of a covered recall. They worked with the local Toyota dealer to have the components of the recall repaired under warranty! They have worked on our Toyota vehicles before and we have been very satisfied with the service, cost, and communication during the entire process. these guys are competent and honest. Not knowing much about cars but have a friend in the autobody repair business he recommended these guys as he uses them for his mechanical issues. I've been there three times the last time the repair estimate was about $800 but when i went back for the car the charge was only $350 as they said they figured out a way to save me money as everything they estimated to be done wasn't needed. The prices were fair, the work done was excellent, and the people were professional, courteous, and took the time to answer all my questions. Also, they gave me a coupon for the car wash next door, and allowed me to use their loaner car. These little extras, along with the fantastic work performed, definitely makes this place 5 stars. We take all of our vehicles to Accurate Auto Care because the owners are honest and they do great work. Accurate does small stuff for us, like oil changes, and they do big stuff, like a complete tear-down and rebuild of an old engine. I trust them far more than I would trust any dealership and their prices are extremely fair. Try going to a dealership and asking them to just "do what's right"--you won't be leaving with your shirt. Accurate Auto Care is such a great company. They handled our 99 Dodge Ram with such care and excitement. The work they did was above and beyond what we expexted. We got our truck lifted got a trans cooler that had to be fabricated and the work couldn't have been more perfect.
