Then I experienced their service and quality. Making an appointment is ridiculously easy. There's constant communication from them when your car is being worked on. They give you everything not only in writing but in an email that you can say if so you can plan future work. They help you know what needs to be done immediately and what can be deferred to another visit. That is almost unheard of. I'm so used to getting a high pressure sales pitch every time my car goes in. That doesn't happen at Grove Street. You're given a list and almost like a to-do list you receive things that are immediate concerns, things that can be deferred and things that are acceptable and already being worked on. They have loaner cars if you need them and they even offer shuttle service to and from your house. Everything is explained in advance and their prices are incredible. It's a great value. I've not had a bad experience and I've been there at least 20 times between my two cars. I can't recommend them enough

The fact have to give 1 star is an insult, I would give less if I could…read more I just finished an "experience" getting an inspection sticker for my father's car (who's been in the hospital recovering from major surgery since the 22nd and his sticker expires this month) I've been using them for years, normally I get some very pleasant nice ladies who run the front desk. This time I get an extra from the sopranos who CLEARLY doesn't want to be up front, and CLEARLY doesn't want to provide inspection services. Instead of a greeting I get "You're sure nothing is wrong with this thing? I don't want to go through it just to fail you." Which i replied "excuse me?" He took my keys and registration while complaining about people on vacation and kids being dropped off and he has to be up front taking care of bullshit. Noted. After they pulled the car in he continues to keep talking rudely to which I replied "im done talking to you". I sit quietly while making small talk with another customer waiting who made an appointment for service and they didnt have one. The car is finished and another gentleman is ringing up the transaction. The other guy is in the back still complaining and trying to justify how he greeted me. Says people come in and make his daughter cry. I've met her, she's a very sweet person. Next thing I know im being called a fucking moron. So I tell him when he sees his business starting to fail, its because of you, and Noone within their right fucking mind should ever let him out of his cage in the back. Then he starts telling me to watch my fucking mouth because there are kids in the lobby. I tell him this isn't even my car, im helping my dad out who's been in the hospital and didn't want his sticker to expire. He says before I know it ill be in the hospital, comes out from behind the desk and gets right in my face. So now there are threats? I'm shaking im so pissed off that I drop my credit card. I should have called the police. I'm sure he's part owner or something, and thinks he can get away with talking to people like this. I will NEVER spend another dime for any service here knowing that somewhere he eventually gets a cut of this, and I emplore you to do the same. This guy has zero business talking to people that come in to spend money, has no business even being around people, and its unfortunate that his otherwise very nice family has to suffer for it. I'm very sorry they have to suffer him regularly. In my 49 years on this planet this is absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever been witness to. So much that I had to come here and write a yelp review. After spending 30+ years in the customer service industry I don't even like yelp. Avoid this place, it will eventually be an empty parking lot again soon.

I've gone to Rose's for oil changes, brake repairs, and routine maintenance, and every visit has been consistent: professional, reliable, and honest. What I love most is that they only recommend what's truly necessary, never pushing for extras. And let's not forget the waiting area, I absolutely loved it! More importantly, they are super friendly and their communication is top notch. They were performing an oil change for me and diagnosing a sound I was hearing that turned out to be a bad ball joint. They researched my make and model and found a known defect, which was covered under my car's powertrain warranty. I was able to have the dealership perform the fix at no cost to me. They saved me at least $1,000. Highly recommend this auto shop.

First off they never sent my car out to be inspected before selling it to me. This means the previous owner dropped the car off at the dealership and two days later they sell it to me without even looking at it. I had to return the car after buying and wait a week for it to get new tires, new seatbelts that were all chopped up. I had my infant son with me so I missed the seatbelt bit when buying. Regardless, they tell me they don't have a rental for me to use so now I am car-less as they fix it. After fighting with the staff they provide a car for me to drive while being fixed. After getting my new car back a week later I find I still do not have my registration. They charge fees to complete the registration at the dealership. This leads to another day of fighting with the staff to get this done. Including excuses such as the DMV website is down and we can't complete it. Mind you the website being down is out of their control this should have been taking care of at the day of the sale. Complete lack of accountability and no remorse whatsoever. The general sales manager whose name is Mark keeps telling me to listen to him and insinuates I'm being emotional by stating he feels like he's talking to a different person and doesn't understand why I'm upset. The day I bought my car I got my insurance on the phone with the car dealership and my insurance agent sent everything over that they needed to get this car registered. Once again they dropped the ball. The general sales manager recommended I drive the car without an inspection sticker until they can get it done even though I have two small children. Complete lack of consideration for their customer's safety.

In 11/2024 I had this business repair my Starter Module in my 2004 Buick Regal LS, it came with a…read moreone year warranty, almost exactly one year later this part broke, called the business and they came out and got my car, when i returned for the car i was surprised to find they put in a "Crank Sensor" in my car, again i was given a warranty on this part too. I picked up the car, drove 5 miles up the street and went into a store for a hot coffee, when i returned to the car, it wouldn't start, when i called the shop yet again, i was greeted with a very frustrated manager on the phone "that part was brand new, i dont know why it broke", still under warranty i asked them to repair it, this time upon recieving my car, i drove it straight home due to being very ill, i got in the car 4 days later to go to my doctor's appointment and the car refused to start once again. at this point i asked to speak with the owner or get a full refund for the faulty/poor work they did on my car and im still waiting for a response. i've called every single day and i'm told the owner Christopher Remillard was notified of the problem and would be calling me back soon. It has been a full week and on going i have heard nothing, meanwhile the manager "Mike" wants to hook my car up for more testes and parts, thus milk me for yet more money to repair my car, and has refused to offer to repair the broken part.or give me a refund on the faulty/poor repair job, DONT TRUST THIS SHOP, and i will report them to the BBB if this problem/refund is not taken care of properly, DONT BE A VICTIM!!
