The computer fell back, hitting the floor and popping the glass screen out of the shell (rendering the computer completely unusable). Four hours later, I made it back to Mundelein and brought my computer to the Computer Guys. Three hours after that, the Computer Guys called me to tell me my problem was fixable, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. The next morning, I received another call to tell me it was ready for pickup. I got to the shop, verified that my laptop was up and running, and I went on my merry way, fully-functioning computer in hand. In less than 24 hours, my computer went from functional to broken to functional again, and I couldn't have done it (and done it affordably) without the Mundelein Computer Guys. As long as I live in the area, I won't go anywhere else for my computer-related needs.

I took an older MacBook Pro that I had taken to another shop that is well known and has several locations but they told me that it would be better off going directly through Apple since they couldn't fix it. Called in and brought in my laptop along with an iPhone 5s that I have just sitting there with a home button issue. No more than three business days later I get a call saying that everything is done and ready to go, and was surprised with the amount due. I didn't know that there was a difference in screen repairs until I broke my phone when I was in downtown Chicago and I went to a different place that put in a cheap screen that failed and then a second cheap screen that had a big white mark on it.
