To start, the girls at the front are not friendly, do not follow up on anything and only call you to try to sell you more stuff. I have never had the same nurse and have only had 2 nurses that were actually nice. I have had a total of 10 sessions and my tattoos are barely faded. One of the sessions I had was a complete waste of time (and money). I think the nurse was new and scared of the laser and ended up doing one dot at a time, barely went over the entire tattoo. I spoke with the "location director" and sent her photos. She told me that did not look like it was done the way it was supposed to, and would add a session at the end of my treatment to make up for that, and that she was putting notes in my chart. I went on Saturday 8/29/26 for my "last" appointment and asked to schedule my next (the one I was promised), and was told there are no notes and that's the end of my treatment. They have lied to me over and over, and only want to talk to me about selling me more treatments or other services they have, which I would NEVER buy anything else from them. I have had tattoo removal at Dr. Tattoff which unfortunately is no longer around, and saw fading after 3 sessions. This place however, after 10 sessions made no difference! Shortly after the filler was placed, I sought evaluation from a nationally recognized injector and trainer who diagnosed malar edema and advised that the filler had been improperly placed. This was my first experience with tear trough filler or any filler. Since then, I have consulted numerous injectors, vein specialists, and oculoplastic surgeons, all of which is documented. Contrary to your statement, there is extensive published discussion within the aesthetic community regarding the long-term complications of tear trough filler, including persistent swelling, malar edema, Tyndall effect, migration, and filler remaining detectable years after injection. These are recognized complications and not claims I have invented. I have never stated that this experience was a "new" problem that suddenly appeared after eight years. I have consistently stated that it has been an ongoing issue since the original treatment. My review reflects my personal experience and documented medical history.
