When I tried to push for details about the advertised deal, I was abruptly hung up on. This has happened twice so far. If this is how they treat potential clients before they even get through the door, I can't imagine how many eye-rolls I'd get during an actual treatment. Save your time and go somewhere that actually respects its customers.

The swelling, lumps, discoloration, and contour irregularities have been present continuously since the original treatment and have been documented throughout the past eight years by multiple medical professionals. Shortly after the filler was placed, I sought evaluation from a nationally recognized injector and trainer who diagnosed malar edema and advised that the filler had been improperly placed. This was my first experience with tear trough filler or any filler. Since then, I have consulted numerous injectors, vein specialists, and oculoplastic surgeons, all of which is documented. Contrary to your statement, there is extensive published discussion within the aesthetic community regarding the long-term complications of tear trough filler, including persistent swelling, malar edema, Tyndall effect, migration, and filler remaining detectable years after injection. These are recognized complications and not claims I have invented. I have never stated that this experience was a "new" problem that suddenly appeared after eight years. I have consistently stated that it has been an ongoing issue since the original treatment. My review reflects my personal experience and documented medical history. Facts, opinions, and personal experiences are not defamation. Since you have suggested legal action, I welcome the opportunity to pursue this further.

They somehow they tried to make me pay more in guise of "nail art", but how could nail art with less detail and on barely any nails cost more than it was supposed to cost? I will be a client for life! I specifically chose Bare Skin MD because they use the Cellenis PRP system which is supposed to be far superior to the standard PRP systems used by most other medspas. What blew me away was Azita - she is professional, warm, and deeply genuine and spent so much time listening to my history, getting to know me, and analyzing my features. I asked for her professional opinion, and she walked me through every detail of her vision with transparent expectations about the procedure and comfort levels. I felt completely at ease. As for the procedure itself, I have been to other places where cannula work was quite painful. I can confidently say Azita is the most gentle practitioner I have ever experienced, not only for the PRP but for the Juveau I got as well. Dr. Z is a surgeon at his hands and an artist in his eyes, he is a true prodigy! I had consulted with two other doctors previously, however, no one explained the process as thoroughly as Dr. Z did. We were greeted immediately by the front desk receptionist and filled out some paperwork after we arrived. They were extremely informative and thorough about the entire procedure and gave great instructions for aftercare. Dr. Zikria sat with us and chatted for about 15 minutes, easing any kind of doubts that we had about the procedure. The entire session took about 30 minutes and it took about 3 or 4 days of healing before things looked back to normal. Now my partner's skin is glowing and she's loving it. We unfortunately missed their grand opening party but we will definitely be back soon! Thanks MD Cosmetic Clinic!

She didn't show expiration date and after injection she recommended me to use some cream to my next service.. I agreed but she couldn't find and finally found and charged .. while I driving home they called and said she charged wrong amount .. I drove back and she said she will refund extra charge .. after 2 weeks I didn't get money back.. my face start swollen the injected area .. still does .. I giving them 2 star because they promised to refund the money for the service I had .. till today I still did not get my money back and I wouldn't not recommend them and would not get any service..
