On 13 Dec 25, Carlos from "Accurate Leak Locators & Plumbing" (ALLP) arrived at our home to repair damage to our MBR's bathroom dry wall ceiling. Wow, no good at all!!!! It started with an insurance claim. They came out and misdiagnosed the problem I ended up having to replace 23 feet of pipe under my slab that caused me to lose my kitchen, dining room, hallway and one bedroom all to find out that wasn't even the problem. I even told them, I didn't think it was the cause of the water damage. They said they did a pressure test after the line was replaced and everything was good. Well it wasn't. As it turns out, my septic tank was full and when my wife switched to cheap sudsy laundry soap the suds were backing up into the kitchen vent line that was broken. Ok fine, fix it..... it was just a cast iron T that needed to be replaced with ABS, problem solved, right? They want 1200$ to replace a T. Don't use these guys. They don't want to take responsibility and they over charge. Oh, and because it was an insurance job I pay for the repair, insurance pays for the damage the original estimate for my out of pocket was 850 but when they handed me the bill it was 950. The owner was very nice and friendly when he originally came out to hydro jet and scope my line, turns out it was just so he could bend me over and take my money do a horrible job that didn't even need to be done and then give me an F.U. Price to fix the actual problem. Again, don't use these guys!!!!! Poor quality work, bad diagnosis, ruined house, absolute rip off! read more

We had a recent AAA insurance issue with a bit of mold. We thought it may be the fridge, however when Accurate Leak Locators arrived, Casey and Angel immediately got to work. I'm still kind of in awe- they were super professional and went above and beyond- they isolated the problem and determined it was likely a slab leak, and not the fridge. After a huge amount of detective work and back and forth with the water meter (down the hill of a steep and long driveway) in 90+degree weather-- Casey and Angel worked like a well oiled machine and methodically tracked down the culprit. It was absolutely fascinating to watch, and they had to get green lit by a Supervisor a few times- to which there was immediate response and very reasonable pricing. They could've just mailed it in, but they were concerned with our family's comfort and wanted to be precise. We lucked out and isolated the leak- and saved my house from further damage. I can't reconnect this company more- and was impressed at the professionalism, the precision, and the hard work that Casey and Angel showed our family today. We recently had a drain issue in the laundry room that caused some flooding. I called Accurate Leak Locators and they were not able to identify the problem after 2 days and two different crews. They opened the dry wall in a few places to follow the drain. They also went pass 2 different drain clean outs and were not able to find them. Wanted to remove kitchen cabinets even though they were not sure the problem was there. I had to hire another plumber to resolve the issue. read more

We had a leak and had a plumber come by. He couldn't find the leak and stated he would call his leak detector company, but unfortunately his crew was booked for another week. Our landlord called around and this company was UNFORTUNATELY available. These guys tried to UP sell everything and anything. Basically guaranteed the leak was in the garage, without even looking at things. The guy Gerry said I bet my life that the leak is right where the main line is because he's been doing this for 25 years. We had the original plumber come, through during the leak detecting, so they could discuss these things among professionals. This was another bad idea for Accurate Leak. Apparently they wouldn't even give the original plumber the time of day for what he was doing and said that the report will be at their office. There was so much tension from the accurate guys that it's not really what we paid for. These guys are good at selling and if you go with their network of plumbers I'm sure they will treat you better and give you the "accurate" information you want to hear with of course their "accurate" payment of an upsell. We requested to get the report, but guess what they said there's a leak! Wow! Thanks for that information but where is it???? They stated they would send their plumber to do the work. WTH! Office stated that the leak is there and needs to be fixed. Landlord asked the original plumber to call the office of the accurate company and they gave him so much inaccurate stuff that it was a joke. These guys are a thieves and the MGR at the office was not even helpful. Basically you pay for them to find a leak and they won't tell you unless you use there network of plumbers. Then they keep everything in house. Of course, you need to submit your credit card to them before they show up because they will run the card no matter what. Basically once they get there accurate sales pitch in full force. I recommend and highly suggesting staying away from this company, as they are accurate leak locators that give only accurate information to their plumbers and not the actual customers that pay for their service. They plan on accurately charging customers for locations that are not the root cause of the leaks. Update- we waited for the original plumbers leak detection company and guess what Gerry the leak was in the bathroom and not the garage‍. We should have waited the week instead of getting charged for useless information and an awkward pissing match from the accurate guys. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company. read more

These guys are truly amazing. They really are great people that care about their customers. Plus they are really sharp and know their stuff, no guessing games. We had a slab leak and they came out and gave us a great price and fixed it immediately. Then came back to re-route the plumbing. While they were their to re-route the first problem I found a separate leak!!! They immediately identified the issue and quickly fixed it. Oscar Vizcaino and Nick Grammatico were the guys on the job. We recently had a shower overflow with brown sewer water. Insurance sent out Accurate Leak Locators who came to investigate. They found a collapsed and corroded sewer line and were able to remove the slab and repair all the damaged pipes with new ABS. In the process they also moved our old water lines out of the floor and into the ceiling. They found multiple corroded pipes which they repaired above and beyond current code. We also had them install a tankless water heater. The crew at Accurate Leak Locators are some of the most polite and hardworking individuals I've come across in this trade. We had a hot water leak in our family room, standing water, but no idea where it was coming from. We called Accurate Leak Locators, and they dispatched Gabe and Adam. They called 15 minutes before arriving and arrived on time both Gabe and Adam had masks on for Covid 19. A few weeks back Accurate Leak Locaters send out two gentlemen to locate a slab leak in my home, Charlie and Casey . They set about to find the culprit and did so in short order. After reporting to the home owner insurance company regarding their findings, they came back within two days and repaired the leak. My home was left clean and dust free after the repair. I called Accurate Leak Locators and Plumbing to help me resolve a problem I was having that seemed to begin with my air conditioning leaking water off the roof of my house. :( Anthony, the technician, was able to identify the problem easily which was a second line under my sink in my upstairs bathroom. This is where the air conditioner runoff flows. (I had no idea) Because the sink was backed up, it caused the water to back up and drip off the runoff pipe on the roof of my house. He cleared out the pipe and now the dripping has stopped. He was also able to repair a faucet in my laundry room that no longer worked. I was very happy with the customer service I received and how Anthony explained everything he was doing while doing his repairs. Accurate Leak technicians Howard and Chris came out today and competed my whole house filter change out, Enviro (best ever) also installed a laundry room sink faucet and were able to trouble shoot my gas line that feeds my fire pit and outdoor fire place.
