I honestly do not remember the last time I left a negative review on anyone's business page. However, I feel like my experience was significant enough to where I needed to share. My HVAC system went out in the summer 2021 and I desperately needed to get a replacement ASAP. Accurate One were the first responders, which I was grateful for. They came and installed the system within two days. Perfect. Everything was fine for about six months. Then clicking noises started happening with the heat pump. This was not normal. Then puffing sounds starting coming from the piping. They came and installed a P trap, which helped with the puffing sounds. However the clicking noises continued. They came out several times and tried easy fixed, all of them failing. I work from home so these noises were very evident, I even recorded them, and played them for the owner and technicians. After multiple visits from them, they just kind of said, "We don't know what's wrong." Then my calls started to go unanswered or I would get late responses. It just felt like they got their money and that's all they cared about. If I'm paying $8500 for an HVAC system, I better not hear any unusual noises from that unit. I should only hear air blowing. Flash forward to June 2024...my tenant called me telling me they there is no cold air. I had a reputable company come out, and they told me the condenser's motor went out. They also informed me that the outside unit I had was a cheap unit from China. I ended up having to replace the whole unit. They put in a brand new Lennox condenser. Then, cut to December 2024...the heat pump wasn't putting out heat. The unit wasn't working properly and failing. Long story, I had to replace that heat pump as well. Also, replaced with a Lennox brand. So, in less than four years, I've spent just over $21,000 on two HVAC systems. This is not counting service visits. However, I trust the new company I'm using now. And I'm confident I will have a HVAC system that will last for many many years. Again, I hate leaving bad reviews, but I just spent a ton of money on a job that wasn't done properly the first time. I felt taken advantage of, and that sucks. And what's worse is that I recommended this company to close friends of mine, who also bought a new HVAC system from them. I just hope their unit lasts longer than mine did. So, if you're considering this company, do your due diligence and your research. Get multiple quotes, ask a lot of questions. I don't want anyone to go through what I had to go through. read more

I'm a little late on this review but we had to replace our AC unit back in April. We were given the best customer service and the techs were on top of things. Fast forward to now, we had to call because of a n issue we are having and they came out with no hassle to make repairs. I would recommend them to family and friends in a heartbeat! read more

2 years have gone by and apparently the capacitor just stopped working, and we barely run our AC here at all. So in addition to an exhorbitant monetary charge, the dude uses subpar materials as well. He left a nice company sticker on the outside of the AC unit I'm guessing for times like these. We'll be fixing it ourselves, thanks. read more

Just had my AC service and Anthony was our tech. It was great from the getgo, he mentioned what he was going to be doing and after the job was done he gave us awesome tips and so much info on how our AC unit works and how to keep in in good running condition. Couldn't of asked for better service! WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! Our AC Unit is 5 years old. It started blowing out warm air yesterday. Mr. Dave was the only technician to call me back after I contacted 5 other companies. He came immediately this morning. His diagnostic of the AC Unit cost 3 times less than what the company that originally installed the AC Unit quoted me!! I noticed that my dog had chewed through the wires of my AC and we decided to call them to get someone here and fix it. We called at 3 pm and they said it was no issue and they would send someone out later that evening to fix it for us. Around 6:30pm we noticed that no one had contacted us and we called them to see what the eta was. No one answered and finally a couple of minutes later they called us back. They let my husband know that it was an after hour service and instead of the $89 they originally stated they were charge us it was now going to be $250.00 to come out. I am highly displeased with this company. They could of easily told us that they did not have anyone to fix it and we could of call another company. read more

after calling multiple plumbers to get a phone estimate on replacing a hot water tank that was 20 years old at my condo I was very happy that accurate one just gave me a price over the phone. When they arrived it was determined that the new tank would not easily be put in the same spot in the closet there by necessity in removing the door jamb in order to give a few more inches of room. The work was done the same day I called and I was pleasantly surprised that when Dave was finished he honored the quoted price even though he had to do substantially more labor than what he agreed to. He also fix my kitchen faucet without charging me anything. I find I'm very honest and trustworthy versus home Depot they quoted me twice as much for a less reliable tank.
