He also helped me select a beautiful front door to update the look of our home, as well as replace an exterior side door and repainted and changed the hardware of our kitchen/garage fire door. When we had issues with some of the work done, Gabriel was right on it to make sure it was taken care of immediately. This type of attention is not always given with other people we've dealt with before. Gabe takes pride in his company to do an excellent job for his clients. After a month and a half since the job was completed, Gabe came over to assess the job, after we had a week of steady rain, to make sure we didn't have any other questions for him. When we contacted Bello Construction initially, we were looking for a good company to paint the…read morewood portions of our house prior to stucco work by another company. As they started their work, Luis and his guys started pointing out issues we weren't aware of. Their attention to detail was excellent, and though the work wasn't in the original plan (replacing a lot of wood facia that was rotted, replacing two termite ridden wood windows, lighting installation, painting brick, etc), following their reccomendations was the right thing to do. The guys working on the house (pre and post stucco work) were all so polite and accommodating, so even though there was a constant swirl of work, it didn't feel that imposing. The end result was that even though the scope of their work increased (doubled) it was way worth it to do and the quality of the workmanship was spot on and the house looks great when combined with the stucco smoothing work done by the other company. Luis was easy to work with and easy to coordinate all aspects of his team (via texting) and didn't push any new fix, just pointed them out. Definitely a reccomend and will likely be having them back for other work in the future.

If we know now what we knew then, we would have paid more to have the job done correctly. We learned our lesson the hard way; you get what you pay for. You can expect Salvador to be MIA for the entire project. Salvador does not actually do any of the physical work. This would probably not be such a problem if he were a good communicator. Unfortunately he is horrible at getting back to text messages, does not answer your questions and we had to tell him what we wanted multiple times which was either forgotten or ignored. He just doesn't care if an issue arises. The only time we saw him was when he would come by to pick up payments. The work he completed was shoddy. Pipes were left exposed and dangerously protruding from the ground, wiring was mickey mouse and he clearly uses the cheapest materials available. We have already spent over a thousand dollars fixing his mistakes. I anticipate having to spend much more. Save yourself the frustration and headache and go with someone more professional, organized and knows what they are doing. You will save money in the long run.
