I felt sadness as I had done a disservice to our home and attempted to do some cleaning to no avail. One random day my sister asked me what I wanted for my graduation gift, my knee jerk response was, "To have someone deep clean my house." She promptly arranged Mary's Professional House Keeping to answer my wish. We didn't know what to expect and, to be honest, we were a bit concerned of their professionalism when they were delayed by 45 minutes from our scheduled time. HOWEVER, we were happy to be proven wrong as we were BLOWN AWAY by the quality of their service. The hard water stains evaporated, dust disappeared, and the appliances looked brand new. Everything SPARKLED by the end of their 3.5 hour job. The inside of our home looked rejuvenated; something we humbly admitted that we could not achieve on our own. We joked that this was the right time to have people over because the house looked so ready for hosting guests. We were really pleased with Mary's Professional House Keeping and will use them again in the future!

He went and looked at the job before quoting a price of $800. He promised he would do a "deep clean" and get it ready for another renter to "move in." After he said it was completed we went and checked it. It was not even close to ready for another renter to "move in." We walked him through the unit and told him what needed to be completed. The next day he said it was done. We inspected it again and it was still dirty. When we inspected it the floors had not been done, he also said he would have to charge more to do the tile flooring. A "deep clean" should include the floors. Carlos insisted his workers cleaned the unit, we ended up calling in another company, after paying Carlos $700. We also steamed cleaned the floors ourselves since Carlos's company did not do them. If he had quoted us more originally, that would have been fine. He saw the unit before quoting us a price.

They showed up early (45 minutes early!) and went above and beyond in terms of cleaning... even clearing out this small balcony that becomes covered in leaves... definitely did NOT expect them to do that. First, they are great at communicating. Easy to get a hold of someone, easy to schedule, and I felt very confident in the service throughout the process until obviously the end result. I was first told a different price when quoted than what was on my invoice and told that I would get two experienced cleaners to get the job done in a timely and thorough manner. Wendy did explain to me the change in service amount and all that was included in what I was getting and I was happy and expectant to have a great job done. Only one gentleman arrived on scheduled time and I was also informed he was new to the team. SUPER nice nothing wrong him at all. I called to ask about the second cleaner and was told he would do the same job in the same amount of time. Now our house is perfectly clean and updated. We are just moving in and wanted a bit of a deep clean as the counters were dusty, ledges, mirrors, hardware, just little details. But on entering, you would never think it needed a cleaning unless you ran your finger across for dust. When we got back-the only thing that had been done was the floors. Quite literally the floors are the only we paid $130 for, which the floors were already clean and we could have easily mopped ourselves. A deep clean of bathrooms was supposed to be included and LITERALLY nothing was touched. Counters had not been wiped. Sink was already spotless so not even anything to do. Showers not touched, glass and mirrors not touched. Everything straight forward not even looked at. Kitchen not touched. No wiping down of anything. I am 8 months pregnant so the whole point of this was so I would not have to bend down to do these kind of things myself. We had the easiest house, no ceiling fans, no hard to clean areas, the house was already clean, it just needed a deep sanitize and at least a wipe down. We are disappointed and will not be using the services again. Nothing wrong with paying the price, it's that we did not get what was supposed to be included or even close. I could have done the mopping of my floors on my own. My house looks and is exactly the same as when we left. My only recommendation to the company, as they did offer to fix the situation and have the gentleman come back-it is pretty awkward to have the same one person come back and/or to trust he would even do it correctly when he already had spent two hours simply doing the floors when we needed that two hours doing the other items that were supposed to be included in the service. Again he was very nice but my home looked the same and I don't want to watch and tell someone how to do their job if he were to come back and just made me feel uneasy. I told him the same information when we left for the cleaning so it seems odd that they wouldn't have someone more "experienced" come fix this and send me back the new person that did not do it correctly the first time.

But the real reason for the low rating was while I was gone the cleaner knocked the bidet on our toilet and there was a leak. She put a bucket under the leak but she didn't call or text her boss or me let me know there was a leak. I was actually out of town at the time and when I came back my whole bathroom was flooded. Also I had to hire a locksmith when I got back because she didn't understand my instructions to leave one of the doors unlocked so even if she had told me about the leak I couldn't have sent a plumber to fix it anyway because he or she would have been locked out. Honestly it was just tightening a bolt to fix the leak - I was able to do it with my bare hands. So to be clear I'm not complaining about the leak I'm complaining about the failure to communicate about the leak and understand my directions which I actually didn't even get into detail about here. Unfortunately when I gave feedback to the owner and I stated that I was still expecting the cleaning lady to come at the next scheduled date, the owner didn't take it very well and without telling me canceled the date so I was waiting for the cleaning lady to come but she never came. Bottom line: both the owner and the workers at this business are poor communicators and it cost me about $1,000 not including the $500 just to clean my two bedroom apartment once. Can't recommend.
