Between Phill and Travis whom stated he's a general manager the conversation from Travis was unprofessional and out right rude he couldn't comprehend his company schedule or the difference between a service call or company contract. After talking to ATPC customer service desk and 3 of the pest control sent to my home about cancellation the company repeatedly sent multiple service agents to my home without my consent to start the service for the 1year contract. this tacted was used to keep me in a contract when services was not completed for the first service call. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY STAY FAR AWAY The company owner Travis Nichols is by far the worst businessman I've come across. His unwillingness to help, resolve problems, and lack of professionalism is the worst you'll see. In September of 2019, their technician stole water from my property which was caught on our security cameras for over 7 minutes. After reporting it to the owner I was baffled by the foul language and his quickness to become defensive over what I had just witnessed. Instead of apologizing and saying it won't happen again, he proceeded to say, "who cares, how much of your water bill did I really run?!" What's sad is he thinks that the monetary amount equates to whether or not it's right or wrong. Its the principal, you don't take what isn't yours. He had no problem raising his voice, using foul language, lying about who he was (first he stated he was the manager then stated later he was the owner), insulting me and my line of work and then refusing to cancel our service! It's clear this guy is scrambling to keep his business afloat. He kept claiming he was a multi-millionaire and that "he doesn't have time for people like me." This guy thinks customer service is some sort of video game and he has to win at all costs. His service was never completed thoughly, sometimes they'd spray both inside and outside, other times just outside, super inconsistent. I had to play the telephone game in order to do any sort of coordination. Even trying to cancel my service has been a pain. They refuse to take no for an answer and are STILL sending technicians to my house even after asking to stay off my property. I even had to have my husband reach out to try to cancel and they still refuse. They will penny pinch you until the last drop, sending technicians to your house to later try and collect more money from you. If you are a person with good integrity and want to be treated respectfully, and you understand what human-to-human interactions should be, take my advice, stay far far away from this company. I've already reported them to the BBB; its unfortunate that businesses like this exist in our communities especially when we pay high HOA fees to be in a reputable community. read more

the service was horrible they didn't give me a moment to speak and when they sprayed there where more living roaches then when we started and there where no dead roaches and they didn't put out any bait to flush them out after the spray and the prices are way out of hand it's 100$ or so dollars for 6 months and we found some one else for 3 treatments once a week and only 80$ a week so I 500% recommend not using this company read more

Accurate termite and Pest Control in Laurel, DE. I had this lame, unprofessional company come out and exterminate for ants weeks ago. I still have ants and called 2 times to report it. I did not want to talk to Rob, an employee, but wanted a manager or owner. The owner or manager told his employee Rob to " Deal" with me. Lol. Rob called me back. I had to hang up on Rob as he got defensive and coped an attitude just because they did not treat and exterminate thoroughly. So, Travis called me with a real hard attitude, talking obnoxiously to me. I asked who he was and he hesitated. I'm the manager. I think he is the owner. He proceeded to yell at me, had no solution, no apologies as to fixing my ant problem except for making me sign a contract for routine maintenance. Spend more money and they will go away! Be very careful with these guys. Had my wife sign a service contract without her knowledge. Hidden in this contract is that after your year it goes quarterly unless you ask for it to be canceled by letter. We bought a new home after our year contract was up and was surprised to see $99 taken from our account. Called them and was given the run around and told I'd have to talk to Ron. He browbeat me about how I was trying to get something for free. Not only that he told me how it "would be a bad idea for me" after I told him I'd spread the word to stay away from accurate pest control. Said it was slander. Shady business practices. Wish that was it but I finally got to talk to the owner and he talked to me like I was trash. Could care less. Please just be careful and shop around. This company is a hard pass. read more

Stay super far away from this pest control company; we caught them stealing our water on our security cameras and after calling the company to cancel service the owner Travis Nichols laughed at us multiple times and it was clear he had zero f**ks to give. He even dared to ask my wife what she did for a living to argue that the amount of water his worker used wasn't enough to make a financial difference on our water bill. He even bragged and stated that Accurate Termite is a multi-million dollar company and he wouldn't hesitate to take us to court. While laughing, he even went as far as to tell me to come down to his office to "handle it" and that he'd be happy to give me my "$.30 back"... disrespectful. Here's what happened: After the technician knocked on our door and saw we weren't home he went to our hose dragged it to his truck and began filling up all of his truck with the water... what kind of vessel he was filling I have no idea, all I know is it was unauthorized. He didn't even use any of the water on our property. How this company is in business is beyond me. They are disrespectful, uneducated, unreasonable and unwilling to help. We will be reporting to the better business bureau. Stay far away! read more

This company is awful and hazardous to your health. The perimeter pest control doesn't work well, as I had multiple repeat visits in the Spring for ants in my house. Accurate Pest repeatedly sent out "past due notices" to their customers demanding immediate payment and then later sent an email stating that this was a mistake and to disregard. Accurate Pest attempted to force me into an additional termite contract and I spoke with Travis Nichols, general manager, who was extremely unpleasant, argumentative and obnoxious. During that phone conversation, Mr. Nichols went so far as to say that though my house had no termites, he would be "happy to furnish any future owners of my home" with a report that indicated there were termites. Then the summer came and as per the contract, I advised Mr. Nichols July 1, 2022 that I had edible vegetation in the form of fruit and vegetable plants, fruit trees and a Honey Beekeeping box, that were not to be sprayed with Bifenthrin, due to its high toxicity for the remainder of the season. Mr. Nichols responded July 5, 2022 that all mosquito spraying services would be suspended and that " Accurate will apply a granular treatment now around the exterior perimeter of those vegetation areas". On August 17 Mr. Nichols sent an employee to spray the Bifenthrin anyway. The work of months could no no longer be harvested, jarred, preserved or eaten and the Honey Bee population was effectively wiped out. The attorney I spoke with indicated that following Mr. Travis' angry and hostile outbursts, the spraying may have had the intent to cause harm. read more

I called about a situation that happened to the front desk lady and she basically thought it was a joke. So I asked for the manager. He got on the phone and basically acted like a jerk wasn't being professional. Was being disrespectful and wouldn't let me talk about the situation. Was over talking me . He didn't even care what I had to say . All I was trying to say is I have livestock Or my dogs that I put in my back yard. Would of been nice to get a phone call that you were coming that's it. So I can put my animals up so there not in the way or Something happens that someone gets hurt. You just don't show up with out telling someone. I only got one call and that was April. Never got a call about coming July 26th. I knew you were coming and getting the stations but didn't know when cause you didn't call to give us heads up. Disappointed!!! I terminated their services more than 2 years ago (they charged a lot on my card AFTER I terminated their services) now, more than 2 years later they just tried to put another charge on my credit card...which was, thankfully, declined by my credit card company! 1 star rating is consistent for a reason! Absolutely to be avoided. The initial experience was great, and I was told or crawlspace work (vapor barrier, insulation, dehumidifier, and sump pump) would take 3 days to complete. This was for a vacation home, so we weren't there to supervise. After 3 days, I was told the work was done and received an invoice shortly thereafter. Turns out they had only merely dropped off a few materials; they hadn't even started! Six WEEKS later the job was done. We had to essentially harass them to get their subcontractors to finish the job, and some portions had to be redone (FYI - when digging a trench for a gravity drain, make sure it flows downhill!) At the end of it all, I called the general manager to provide feedback. Much to my surprise, he couldn't have cared less. He was extremely rude and combative over the phone, and essentially called me a liar repeatedly. They refused to accept responsibility for their subcontractors, and said I was "on my own" for the electrical subcontractor that THEY hired! Unbelievable. Avoid at all costs. read more

Top notch business. Have used them for past 5 years. Called because I had ants. Now my house is pest free. Office staff are real people not machines. The technicians all know their job and makes me feel confident that they will take care of my problem. Even noticed moisture in my crawl space and took care of very thing. Horrible experience. They installed a dehumidifier system incorrectly. Cost me hundreds in electric fees as the unit ran constantly. Also, did not perform full monthly services yet tried to charge. We compromised on a reduced payment to close account. The owner waited a few months and started collection proceedings for the balance and attached my credit report. The service has really gone down hill the past six months. They no longer call and schedule service so since we both work full time, no one is home during the day. The spray only the front of the house then charge us the full price and expect us to pay for a service we are not receiving. We have asked them multiple times to call our cell phones and schedule a time that we can be home since my schedule is somewhat flexible but they said they no longer call in advance. Now Mike Benson the general manager is sending my bill to collections because I refuse to pay for service I have not received.
