I came here for an updated prescription and for my first pair of prescription sunglasses. Dr. Luong is a gem. She has such a bright and positive aura that you immediately feel as if you're in good hands. And how she examines you so quickly while explaining what she's doing, answering your questions, and somehow maintaining that sweet and patient energy of hers, I'll never know. I was in and out, and yet I did not feel rushed. When it came to picking out my glasses, the ladies at the front desk helped me with some suggestions. Highly recommend this place! The office is really nice without being pretentious and they have an expansive selection of eye glasses. My little girls and I saw Dr. Hsu for our annual exams. Our prior eye doctor retired and I didn't want to try some random place and I my cousin referred me Dr. Hsu. He was very personable without being awkward, which is kind of important to me and my girls. Let me explain why I was referred to Dr. Hsu. This guy is not your average optometrist. Most doctor's see the same thing day-in and day-out, so when they see something different, they have a hard time accurately diagnosing it. My cousin referred me to Dr. Hsu because he saved her friend's life. My cousin's friend came in because she had blurred vision. Dr. Hsu sent her to the ER. He recognized that she had really high spinal fluid pressure for which she underwent surgery THAT'S THE KIND OF DOCTOR THAT I WANT TO TAKE MY KIDS TO!!!! read more

I have been here several times for annual checkups. Dr Lung is awesome and patient. She explained the exams thoroughly and answers my questions in detail. Let me start by saying service is great. Got my glasses really fast, compared to my previous provider. The only reason for the 3 stars is the price of the frame. I wasn't expecting any discounts but their prices are higher than the msrp. The brand sells the glasses full price for less than here. read more

Just wanted to say how impressed I was with level of customer service I received at Accuvision. I normally don't write reviews because I think some people are just too critical when it comes to a guest experience. I'm in sales and appreciate a Dr. like Dr Hsu who takes the time to ask the question... Do you really even need glasses? In reality I don't but he explained that if I wore them for my hipster needs, than I could hurt my vision for the long run. Sometimes the truth is better than the want. I had glasses made with the Doc and was very happy with them. I wasn't getting lost driving as I couldn't see the street signs. Sporting events were like watching them on TV and to be able to see where my golf ball landed was incredible....and then it happened. I left my glasses at Phoenix airport sitting on a chair. Well needless to say US Air has zero customer service as they have an answering machine that says "Leave a name and description of the lost property, if we find it we will call you. If we don't call, we didn't find it." This was a Friday afternoon, I went in on Saturday and due an extremely large head my choices were limited and so they had to special order them. Coming from New York and it will take 7 working days..... I don't know what she did but by the following Wednesday came, she had my frames. No deposit, no real order, nothing, she just did it. She called and I went in and she says I can have them done in 30 mins if you want to wait. I was on my way to an appointment so I had to go and she just come back, they will be ready. No deposit, no money in advance, trust in today's society, I was amazed. Came back and they were sitting there waiting for me. Tried them on and they were exactly like the original.... If you are in the need of glasses, or you just need a check-up, I highly recommend you trying this office....they are second to none in customer service and satisfaction. read more

this place is pretty nice for a doctors office. its in a new plaza so I went in to check it out. ended up getting some nice glasses. and my wife got some tom ford sunglasses. but no sweat on the pocket cause they have specials right now. they said its cause its a grand opening so don't know if it'll be there forever. i'd recommend this place to my family. read more
