Ace Alarm은 제공하는 서비스에 비해 가격이 정말 합리적인 편입니다. 더 저렴하거나 더 비싼 업체도 있지만 비싼 회사들은 비슷한 서비스를 훨씬 높은 가격에 제공하거나 숨은 추가 요금이 있는 경우도 있고 반대로 너무 저렴한 곳은 서비스가 부족하거나 고객센터에 연락하기가 쉽지 않은 경우도 많습니다. 물론 가격이 저렴한 것도 좋지만, 돈을 조금 아끼려고 제 안전과 보안을 희생하고 싶지는 않습니다. Too horrible customer service and the account manager "Debora" cheated the next lease take over customer, I paid $30per month n left 11months contract, but they try to charge who wants Ace alarm my lease contract take over $35 per month and the most terrible thing is she shouting and insulting me and also called me for fighting 5 times though my personal cell phone n bussiness phone, because I told the truth how much original cost is!! Why would I have to lie? That you get more price eventhough they are not new contact, that is totally cheating!! Beware!! When you get contract with them they won't tell you, you are doing 2 years least contact and there's hidden cancelation fee $360 and also if you move different place, they are going to charge $160, but be careful this parts!! Whatever... all up to them!! not you!! For example, you have two different accounts, so one of them finish the contact and the other one left the contact so if you ask move the machines which is remaining contact one to new location so ask charging $160, they will just cancel it themself and send the Bill's $360 to you. This is what I got real experience!! Since original ower passed away, his son still running this business, but now there's no one under control. Whatever all up to them!! Not customer you!! Eventhough Debora shouting to you or cheating the price, no one will apologize, no one will stop her. The new owner his son is also only focus on your money not customer service for you at all. Apparently the phone number is a number to a call center, not directly to the company as was before in years past. We've used this company several times in years past with no problems. We used to have their alarm system set up, and they had installed security cameras for us years ago. We've always called them for random services, technical issues with no problem at all. Loved the ease of their company. Apparently now, they can't find any previous account information for my business and refused to help me resolve my issue. They told me they weren't able to help me at all, and the operator was told by Sue to hang up on me, even if I wanted to purchase a separate service with their company. I fail to understand how this is a successful business practice. I asked to speak to Sue/manager available and was told that she wouldn't speak with me. Not sure what happened, but there are some serious issues with customer relations now. I understand not being able to find an account, but I fail to understand being told that the manager in charge (Sue) telling operators to hang up on me because they can't find my account. Does your company not offer outside technical services? The operator helping me was as helpful as he could be. No blame falls on the employee relaying the messages from Sue. He at least tried to help out a previous customer. This experience has lost my business with this company and my network of small businesses as well. read more

I have used Ace Alarm's services since May 2015 in my home. The technicians who came to install the system were courteous, prompt, and quick. the account directer came to me very politely and talked with me about stop service becaus i just clamplained ace alram's torrible customer service problms,and he agreed with me and among my 2 diffrent account, he would... if i keep useing ace alram service from the contact over account, instead of send the bill for cancellation fee of $360, he would charging me the remaing contact account's the equiment moving n re- installation fee $160, but they suddenly came to my business without any appointment or discuss about the discunnection on the phone, they just told me the new owner who passed away original ower's son sendig him for taking off the machine, because his son doen't want the account directer's deal wow.....i lost my world, but i think youguys have to know what i experienced, becaus it can be your case. read more

Dealing with small businesses sometimes can be so hit or miss. But Ace Alarm hit right on target. I had a great experience from sales with David Kim to the install with the no (first) named Mr. Choi. Quality service is obviously important to them and everyone seemed to be well trained and understood the business.
