As a senior woman who made a significant purchase and trusted Skyline Security to provide dependable service, I expected professional communication, follow-through, and respect throughout the installation and scheduling process. Unfortunately, Eric's handling of my account has been unacceptable. I have experienced repeated problems involving appointments, parts, technician scheduling, and follow-up. His attitude has often come across as matter-of-fact and dismissive, rather than helpful or concerned about resolving the issues Falty sensor, doorbell camera needing adjustment, system continued to go off without warning disturbing not only myself but the neighborhood) (which had only been 2-weeks). Most concerning, after the sale was completed, he stopped responding appropriately to my phone calls and text messages. It is extremely frustrating to feel that once the system and additional cameras were purchased, the level of attention and customer service changed. I understand that scheduling technicians and obtaining parts can sometimes take time. However, customers should not have to repeatedly call and text simply to receive basic communication about the status of their service. If there is a delay or scheduling problem, I expect someone to communicate that clearly and provide reasonable follow-up. I am particularly disappointed because I chose to purchase additional equipment from Skyline Security based on the expectation that I would receive reliable service and support. Instead, I have been left feeling ignored and taken for granted after making the purchase. I am asking Skyline Security management to review this situation, including Eric's handling of my account, the problems with appointments and technician scheduling, the status of any outstanding parts or camera installation, and the lack of response to my calls and messages. I would appreciate having a management representative contact me directly to provide a clear plan for any concerns that I may have and who to contact in the future. The remaining work was finally completed 8/12/2026 with the help of my daughter contacting skyline's customer service dept. directly. I hope Skyline Security takes this complaint seriously and recognizes that good customer service should continue after the sale--not end once the customer has paid. I look forward to a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.

Never get Brinks. The Brinks company will make you pay for an alarm system, even though you don't own the property if you've sold it within the time that you bought the security system. Horrible, horrible horrible company. Never got it right could not get the cameras functioning, right? Was not able to get it on my phone correctly. The reaction time is poor.

What he didn't mention, was that he would have to delete ALL keys already programmed to my vehicle and reprogram ALL remotes again and charge me full price for each remote. I checked with another Locksmith (Gio Keys) and he confirmed that ALL keys do have to be deleted and reprogrammed, but it was included with the reprogramming, as it only took an extra 2 minutes for each additional key. A1 Locksmith tried to take advantage of the situation to make some extra cash for a minute or two of his time‍, just to sit there while the machine did the work!

The guy who I later learned is Ozzy, said bring the key snd the cylinder, but then I thought to myself, I might as well try to drive the car so he can test it. I'm glad I did because based on what Ozzy was quoting me over the phone was quite less after he ran some tests with keys he made and tested them to the door and ignition. At the end I left with a new key for the ignition, doors, and trunk, as well as a spare that will work the doors and my original key that can still work with the ignition. I hope to not have any future key problems with the cars, but if I do, I won't think twice about going to The Car Key Shop first.

If you have adc v724, adc v729 adc vdb750 this is for you. skyline security management inc dba skyline smart home and bh security llc dba brinks home are actively scamming committing fraud turning homes into fire traps. The cameras listed are wifi enabled they come with factory cords and adapters except for adb750 those ise a switching adapter and need a 2 conducter wiring. The install of these cameras were made for simple install mount plug in and connect to wifi. Skyline and bh techs cuts all cords then wire them again with data cable and plug them in serving 0 functional purpose and only doing doing the same if not cut but you have damaged equipment that will short circuit, not catch wifi, malfunction constantly, set off false alarms. If they did not cut equipment cords check all of your connections, cords for kinks, damaged, if screwed down with clip check if they are smashed pinned and stretched, check barrel connectors if they rattle its been tampered, if its not round its been tampered, check anything wrapped in tape, i suggest also dismounting to check cables because they smash the cords bewteen the structure its mounted and and the camera. Skyline Security Management inc has an expired contractors lic 1044820 exp sept 30 2022. Aco 6480 active but none of their techs have alarm agent credentials or low voltage lic. Bh security barely got their c10 in jan 2026 and have held an ACO 7788 but also no credentials for techs or licenses. BEWARE! SCAM! SHADY! THEIFS. Brinks sales person RC showed up at my door posing as a representative from my ADT security company. He told me that he was here to do a routine upgrade from MY security company. I let him in and he changed out my system and had me sign what I thought was an acknowledgment of the upgrade. Next thing I know I am getting a bill from Brinks for $64.99. My ADT system was only $28.99 so now it my bill has more than doubled. In addition I learned that he had me sign something saying I was locked into a 5 year contract. I am 87 years old and would have never knowingly signed that sort of contract. He totally conned me and took advantage. I called him and ask what was going on. He said he was driving around the neighborhood and saw the sign in my yard that said ADT. That is how he targeted me. He has lied repeatedly, saying he saw my ADT bill and it was more than Brinks. That is not possible since I am paperless with ADT. But Have bank records to show my bill has more than doubled. I have tried over and over to resolve this. I spoke to a supervisor but they basically total me, too bad. I am now going to the attorney general, Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs and any TV New station that will listen. This is Fraud and elder abuse and I am not going to take this Scam. read more

There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers. If I ever want more coverage or upgrades, I would stay with this service.
